Dr. Nicholson is a great eye doctor. She got my contact prescription spot on after struggling to get the correct prescription at another provide. Aspen Grove locations has a large selection of frames. They have a wide varied from trendy options to more subtle. Highly recommended!

I went to yesterday to choose some new frames. I was assisted by a man named Ben. He was so amazing to work with. He was so knowledgeable and was even able to give me some history on optics and how they were invented. Its so nice to work with someone who has a real interest in what they are doing and cares about the customers experience. Ben is a true asset to your company, thanks for hiring him!!

World class service! I’m a first time customer and they fixed a pair of sunglasses for free and faster than I was able to find a parking spot. Will be back to replace lenses, get glasses etc! These guys are the best hands down

I went in here to get my glasses re-adjusted and the team was extremely helpful! My glasses fit perfectly now and Id definitely recommend them if you need glasses or just need a simple tweak like I did.

They have a wide selection of frames, you’ll probably find a frame you like. But do not go here for prescription glass. They refuse to accept any responsibility for their blatant mistakes and will deny anything you say even if you’ve proven their mistakes with your eye doctor. I wasted $900+ for glasses I can’t use. I said these glasses make my eyesight worse and their response was - just get used to it, it’s not our fault.

The delightful, clean, many-mirrored optical store was colorful and appealing as I waited for customer service to fix my husbands eyeglasses. He cheerfully said, No charge. The glasses are better than they were before the lens came out. They were bent out of shape, and now they have been restored.

This is a high quality store and staff, with an exceptional selection of frames. Ive purchased 4 pr. of glasses, my wife, 1, and I love each of mine. When my wife ran into problems due to her prescription (from a doc whose name I will not mention), Europtics fully took care of her.

Terrible customer service and slow to correct a mistake on their end with a prescription. Took 4 days to get the wrong ones and now 8 days later I still can’t get a solid answer.
