4:50 & NO CARTS IN STORE. I told young girl, thin, tall, dark hair that I would have bought more if there was any CART AT ALL. She did not contact a manager to get your cart person. Another female worker was stocking. You are out of haagen daz ice cream, san pellegrino water, more...

Stopped here for a few supplies and got everything I needed and then some! SO exciting to get a great deal! The cashier was nice too.

The last few times that I visited, I checked out with a very friendly employee named Gerri, she is the definition of what a good employee should be As far as customer service goes! I’m normally not a very talkative person but her aura definitely drives our conversation. From now on when I go I will shop here I will look to get in her line:) such a pleasant person!!:)

Cant call it the Dollor tree anymore because thay are charging g more $ for certain things 😔

Its a dollar store. A bit more packed with people. As you always seem to be waiting in line. Only ever 1 check out person. Bummer

The dollar tree is a very complicated place because there is such a variety of stuff that you can find there but also you never know when it is going to be there. But, overall, its a nice store with decent stuff sometimes its a little dirty

Ok, usually I would have rated a dollar tree 5 stars, but now this place is terrible. Theres no carts, and now they have a $3 and $5 section! Most of the things in that section arent even worth $3. One more thing. There was only one staff at the register, and she wasnt even trying to act happy. She rolled her eyes a lot and talked very rudely to all the customers. I didnt get her name, but my brother said that he remembers seeing Ann or Anne on her nametag.

I like getting simple products for simple prices. Great service.

We left after getting in line and waiting 5 minutes and the line of about 10 people wasnt moving what so ever. Felt terrible for the 1 yes 1 young man working the check out. The other 1 employee that I saw was having a casual conversation with someone about balloons.... I wouldhope the manager would staff more appropriately for the busy hours when school and work is getting out

Probably the worst Dollar Tree Ive ever been inside. Cluttered, messy in some areas. Entire aisle of $3 and $5 items. I thought this was DOLLAR TREE??? Will not go back.

The Dollar Store is a great place to go to get giftwrapping supplies, candles, picture frames, quick snacks, cheap party supplies and decorations, cleaning supplies, snacks, and filled balloon displays. If you need a charging cord or some packaging material,s, hygiene products, and a host of other things, go there first!

I like to go to different Dollar Trees and I really liked this one. It was real easy for me to find what I needed

It was great except that an late 50 to early 60 woman customer refused to wear a face mask. Also the manager blew my concern off. Very displeaseing!

Cashier very polite.

Disappointed. Went on my lunch break and ordered balloons to be picked up 3 hours later. Went back to pick them up and they didnt even start the order. Employees need to learn how to wear a mask. Under the nose is not effective.

Much better than most Dollar Tree locations. Isles are clean and organized. Sometimes I come in here to checkout Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars, but today they were all sold out of Hot Wheels.

The store was extremly clean and well maintanied today. My shopping was to help replenish the church pantry and the stock on the shelves was plentiful. Thanks Dollar Tree for keeping the shelves filled. My cashier was helpful and cheerful too.

Its a great dollar store! This is a fantastic place to get birthday bags, ribbon, and cards; toothpaste and toothbrushes (brand name, too!); cleaning supplies, craft supplies, seasonal supplies... if you think of it, they probably have it, all for $1.00 (each). Dont waste your money on small things that you can get for cheap at the dollar store.

I love this store! It has great options for parties, art projects, home and office organization, and snacks. And everything really is a dollar😃

Very nice and organized. It always looks clean as well. Yet, I do have a few things Id like to bring up for anyone. The employees sometimes talk down about each other, especially the managers. They complain about employees not doing their jobs or how they are trying to get employees to quite by making the work environment unwelcoming. Sometimes- no often- the lines get long due to few cashiers. I heard it is because of hours and that sucks. Next is a few managers. Jenn is one I see always working so hard each time I come in, but the others I see mostly talk or are on their phones. They are unfair to their employees too. I see them giving unrealistic duties (like I overheard 60 boxes and hour?). I also see them- the managers- downtalk employees, make them work when sick, yell at them and a lot more. The environment is always gloomy and tense. They also have an attitude and never have a customers best interest.I can go on but the end result is just go for the dollar items. Nothing spectacular here.

Had a great lesson with Ariel ! I made a good gorgeous bowl and I get personalize it by adding a lovely glaze and picking it up in a few weeks! We learned so much about the art pottery making and design ! Thank you Dollar Tree!

This place has been pleasantly clean in my experience. It always amazes me both what kind of stuff you can get for only a dollar, and the kind of weird knock off products that wind up in a place like this. If youre looking for an adventure, go pick out 3 food items from the frozen food section in the back. Itll change you.

You use to get more for your dollar I noticed the the package are smaller I wouldnt by paper goods there waste of money but it has its value.

I realize its holiday season but the store was such a mess. No aisle was without boxes of merchandise. I will say that the employees were working very hard to get products on shelves. As busy as they were there was only two registers opened .

Every once in a while, one can catch something unique. Its also right next to the good will .

The fact that everything is a dollar is nice. Some things arent good quality (since they cost a dollar) but thats fine. I only go here once a year for something cheap.

Just went to the Englewood location at 1:30, and the store was closed. Hours of operation says they opened at 9a.mThere were no employees there and a crowd outside waiting to shop. I left and went to another location. It would have been courteous to at least have a note on the door with an explanation, and apology for any inconvenience.

Always a fun trip especially when new seasonal stuff comes out!

The person rang up my items twice and refused to refund my money because she couldnt refund for any reason then was incredibly rude about it even though it was her fault for over charging me. Usually I can find what I need there but they seem to always need one more cashier to open. I always make sure I give myself plenty of time to wait in the checkout line.

I am not too proud to use this store. I use it for soap, cleaners, plastic baggies. Even food: flour, raw sugar, cake mixes, soups, etc.💗

The manager of this store is very inappropriate with his staff and customers. But his staff are very nice and they serve great customer service.
