Exceptional professionalism, an extreme eye for detail. There was a scheduling mix up for my door repairs. Mr.Marye managed that situation with both are and knowledge. I would absolutely recommend this company to you for your door repair needs.

After attempting to contact numerous times They finally picked up the phone and right off the bat was extremely rude and very un-professional. I am head maintenance of a major hotel in Lakewood and was attempting to offer them our business but due to the lack of courtesy and obvious lack of interest in doing any business with us at all, I will gladly be looking elsewhere. I highly recommend staying as far away from this company as possible.

As others have said... seriously unprofessional. I called for an estimate, and within a minute realized this would be a nightmare. Good luck to anybody working with him.

Very bad experience. His repair failed on one of my interior doors, then he wanted to charge me again to fix his failure. Very unprofessional. Very poor communicator. I would not recommend him to anyone. I hate being negative toward somebody, but maybe his poor ratings will help him step up his game with future clients...if you dare to hire him. 😱

No called, no showed me twice!After a string of emails and calls I took the day off for my appointment with him. He didnt show up and didnt respond to emails or phone calls. A few days later he emails me and says he is availble now if I still need my door fixed. We agree to a day and he says he will call me to set a time because it depends on another job which I agreed to. The day came, and another no call, no show.

A two minute call for an estimate was more than enough to tell me that this is not the kind of person I want to work with. He was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him.

Called to make an appointment two days in a row, never received a call back on either occasion. From reading other reviews on here it looks like this is the norm.
