My wife and I recently purchased some glass shower doors for our new house and we are extremely happy with how they turned out! There was a bit of a mix up on one of the doors, but they fixed the problem right away and made sure we ended up with what we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and responded to everything extremely fast. They did an amazing job with the installation and our showers now look amazing!

What a great experience! Needed to replace a broken pane of glass on a fireplace insert. Called first to make sure they could do it and was greeted by a friendly and helpful customer service rep. Sorry I cant remember her name but she was most helpful. I brought the door to them, they evaluated it, told me the type of glass (specialty fir the fireplace), size, cost and time-frame to get it fixed all upfront. Quoted me a 4 day turn time bus said they would get to it sooner if they could. Received a call from them 2 days later letting me know it was finished and ready to go. Great craftsmanship, attentive service, and realistic timeframes are why they deserve 5 stars and a recommendation from me.

While working on my garage door I had broken a couple of panes of glass and needed to replace them. I took in an unbroken one for them to measure and match the glass. Everyone from the front office staff to the technicians exude professionalism and friendly service. They provided exactly what I needed while I waited for a few minutes. Good price, professionals who know their business, and delightful service - what more can you ask for?

I needed to get some mirror glass, as I had ordered a custom mirror on Etsy and it came broke. Their quote was super reasonable, and they literally had it ready the next day. There was a slight issue with it, and they quickly cut me another mirror and had that ready the very next day. Good customer service and quick and efficient experience. My contractor recommended them and I would too!

These guys can do it ALL! I needed a custom piece of frosted glass for a halogen kitchen light fixture so I filled in their web form asking if they could cut the piece I needed. I had found that many places cant cut less than 3 inches - mine was 2 1/4. Within a day Jennifer had my order. The next day the custom cut glass was ready so I drove 15 minutes from my home to pick it up. The dimensions and quality are perfect. Obviously, I highly recommend Ken Caryl Glass!

This place is disgusting all the office employees are disrespectful and liars. They lie about price and are very rude when you bring it to their attention. All management and women at the front this place needs to be shut down asap.

I’m rarely pleased this much. When all the other replacement window companies wanted $8,000 and up for 8 windows following the hailstorm in July, Jeff at Ken Caryl was able to explain/show me that tearing out perfectly good frames was not necessary to fix the old windows and merely replacing the window components themselves was all that was needed. Saved me over $5,000. The scheduler, Ian, and the installers, Mike and Jamal, were great. These folks know what they’re doing.

I bought a home 4 mo ago that is 11 years old. The seals in some of the windows and our sliding glass door were leaking. I asked Ken Karyl glass to come out to look. They said they could replace the glass for $3,500 and they did. What they did not tell me was that the slider glass door was warped from the wind and sun & that replacing the glass would not solve the issue. After they replaced the glass in slider door, I noticed wind whistling through the door. After closer inspection realized the entire door frame was warped and that we needed to replace the entire door. I called Ken Karyl glass to see if they felt the technician should have caught that and if they would refund any of the $3,500 I spent with them. I spoke with Ian who told me that is not the technicians job to inspect the door frame on a door that they are replacing glass in. He would not refund me even $100.00.

I have been dealing with Ken Caryl Glass for mirrors, shower doors, window glass etc for more than 25 yrs. I have found them to be honest and they do first class work.You wont regret it.

Wow. I was flat out lied to by this company and they will not admit or be accountable for it. I called to see about getting glass replaced in a home window. The girl who answered gave me a ballpark for the glass piece and the installation. Installation was way too high for this simple a job so I asked if I could just order the glass. She said fine and got some more info from me. Then I asked if I should bring the panel in for measurement and when. She told me I could do that or they could send someone out to measure. I asked how much and she said free. She never said free if they install, but with a charge if they dont. After the estimator got here a couple days later I got the estimate via email. Not only did it have installation charges on it but when I called to remind them I was just ordering the glass I was told Id have to pay a charge for the trip and measurement. After some back and forth with the estimator and him talking with his supervisor the answer I got was it was their policy to charge for the measurement. Well, thats fine to charge for that service but you cant say its free and then change the story later.I hope they do a better job than this normally but Id be wary of a company that cant stand behind what they say. Ill be taking this to the BBB as well.

These guys are great. 2nd time in to make a special part for shower door. They greet with a smile and make the part.They also cut a little mirror for my daughters handheld magic mirror and even made us an extra just in case!Would recommend for sure

They were prompt, courteous and very kind throughout a difficult situation where a home buyer was demanding a new window be installed before closing on a home. I had them cut some custom glass for me per specifications I gave over the phone. They screwed up the dimensions and I did not notice until I got the glass home and tried to install it. I called them and they admitted their mistake and had a new piece cut and ready within the hour. It would have been better if they got it right the first time, but everyone makes mistakes, and their great custom service and willingness to make it right was commendable. I will use them again for future glass needs.

If theres one thing I experienced here, it was excellent customer service with an emphasis on getting the job done to your satisfaction. The front office staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. I gave them 4 stars because they muffed the first attempt at doing my project. I would definitely recommend them and I will go back when I have a need.

We had an unfortunate brake in at our business. After calling around to see who could help us in the same day, we were referred to Ken Caryl Glass. Much to my amazement, they were able to come out the same day while we were at work, cut a new piece of glass for our front door, and get it back to normal so that we didn’t have to board it up for the night. I want to share the experience that I had with Ken Caryl Glass. I was on my way out of town in my rv and noticed a window seemed to be coming out. I pulled in to Ken Caryl Glass and asked for help. Dave and Ian took great care of us. The removed toe window, fixed it and re-installed and we were on our way. These guys took the time to fix the window properly on a Friday afternoon and the price was very reasonable.Ken Caryl Glass will be my go-to window company in Littleton, CO.

Ken Caryl glass replaced 6 windows of mine that had the seal fail after 10 years. Thats kind of expected. I have used this glass business for the last 10 years and had been satisfied with there work. With the new windows, I also had special window film installed by Ken Caryl before the glass was installed. That was my biggest mistake ever. All six windows had numerous air bubbles both big and small, one window the film was scratched and yet another the film didnt even cover the entire window. This is shoddy and just plain sloppy workmanship. It is without a doubt the glass left the shop without being checked. Now I havent talked with Kevin the owner as yet but will do so within the next day or so. Ill update everyone once I get his response.

For months, our glass shower door had become increasingly difficult to open and close. A local handyman recommended Ken Caryl Glass, who came out and gave us estimates for three different solutions, ranging from us removing the door and bringing it in for adjustment (under $100) to a whole new glass shower enclosure (well into four figures). We chose the middle approach: having KCG come out and make the adjustment. They showed up on the appointed day, and repaired the problem efficiently, and to all appearances, permanently. They may not be the cheapest shop around, but for us, they did good work. Id hire them again.

We called for a product/film that tempers glass which was needed immediately for certificate of occupancy. They sent the information over with in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service

I gauge customer service by how they hand things when they go wrong. Im sorry others have complained about the customer service, because my experience was great.I have a sliding door with three glass panels. One of them broke, so I went to Ken Caryl Glass to have a replacement panel match the existing panels. I showed them the panel to match, and a couple of days later they called to say it was ready for pick up. The size and thickness were perfect to fit into my sliding door.Here was the problem - the translucency of the new panel wasnt quite right. The original panels were a little more frosty, and the new panel stood out like a sore thumb. I returned the panel and explained the problem. They took the problem seriously - one of their technicians explained the options (etch - which could shatter the tempered glass panel, overlay an adhesive sheet, or replace with an acrylic - not glass - panel). Beth in particular was helpful with showing me what these different options would look like. The adhesive sheet gave the best match to the original panels, so thats what we went with.The next day they called to say the panel was ready for pick up. Done and done.

The guys in the back who do the installs and handle material are awesome. They go out of their way for the customers even for the littlest things. However, one of the front desk girls (jennifer) is overwhelming. She talks over you and jumps to conclusions before you have even said much about what you need. It may not be intentional or she may not even be aware of it but man is it annoying. She needs to tune up her give and take communication skills she just wants to dominate the whole conversation. From what I have read from other bad reviews I am pretty sure she is the one who people are referring to.

Just came from KC Glass as I needed a fireplace glass replacement. Rather than try to help me the the front reception clerk choose to argue with me about why she couldn’t/wouldn’t help me! Overpriced & zero customer service ethic from Paul Dixon. Quoted me to match the existing glazing at my storefront, then attempted to charge me twice when the first piece wasnt anywhere close to a match.

Why is it so difficult to order a window? I called the first time and it seemed like I was transfered to an answering service...She just kept saying sorry my Glass specialist isnt available. Ok, so she left a message for one and he called me back next business day. Said he would order the window and call me in 5 business days to pick it up. 6, 7, 8 business days go by and I call back to get a lady in the office who told me that there is no record of my order. So, I had to tell her that I would call back another time because I was so frustrated.I call back and get the dreadful answering service...great. She left a message and someone will get back to me next business day. I am sure I will eventually get the window, but this isnt the way to run a business. What happened to customer service? I would rather have a voicemail than that answering service lady!!!

We had an accident at our home which led to having to replace 6 windows. I found this company online, I called and the customer service was good and they were very knowledable, the service guy came out and gave us a great deal.... At the time I wasnt aware that it eas a great deal.. I called several other companies that came out and gave my husband and I an estimate and Ken Caryl Glass company beat there rate by $2,500.00. Im so glad I called Ken Caryl Glass, they saved me and my family money we didnt have. Im so grateful that the money saved can go towards paying down my family debt.
