I have been trying to get help on my bill/plan for over a month. Troy Myers, the manager, told me to email him and he would try to help me. I emailed him two times and received no help, not even an email back saying he wasnt going to help, nothing.Sadly I had to go in again today because the modem Troy gave me was humming really loudly. I received great help but the older lady next to me was being spoken down to by a thin kid in his 20s with piercings all over his ears. She said, I dont understand what you are saying, I dont know what that means. He told her in a very loud voice, I have explained this to you 3 times, it is simple and pretty easy to understand. I just cant believe customer service people would talk like that to an elderly woman who is just trying to get help. Shame on him and them!
Absolute worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Impossible to talk to anyone, no help with anything. Good thing we pay plenty of money for the services
This company will lie through their teeth to get your business. They scam you and cheat you and raise your bills even though they never state it was promotional. They have done this countless times and do not care about you as a client. Unfortunately they know that they are the only company around here that we can use so they just keep screwing you over because they know you cant change services. What a joke of a company.You would think with how terrible their reviews are they would care even a little but they dont. Typical big corporation that steals peoples money. Just what we all need, right?
Worst customer service imaginable! They all say they will call you back but never do. I’ve been on the phone trying to get my issue resolved for days. One time I was transferred to 7+ people and on the phone for 3 hours, hung up on 4 times, talked to 2 supervisors without results. Our cell phones have been not activated still and they were suppose to be activated 1 week ago. Customer service is just HORRENDOUS! I wouldn’t ever waste your money here. They don’t know what they’re doing, they just transfer you till you give up.
0 STARS. After spending 2 full days on and off phone and chat (30-1 hr between replies across numerous agents) trying to get customer service to assist with an X1 upgrade to the XG1 for 4K (basic request), I finally got a qualified rep to schedule an appointment with this location to swap boxes. They said: Bring in the old so youre not billed for two boxes. Weve confirmed that they will have the new one there for you. While waiting in line at this location, I watched several people in line in front of me storm out and slam the door. Maybe they were having a bad day? Then, it was my turn. The woman at the counter was talking to another rep, turned to me, and said, Are you gonna just stand there or are you actually going to say something? I said I was there to simply swap X1 boxes, had an appointment made by their customer service team, and the new box should be there for me. She said, We dont have any 4K boxes. When I asked her why would customer service send me here after confirming such? She said, I dont care. They dont have access to our inventory. Call them back or whatever. Can I help whos next? I finally was able to get a rep on the phone after 3 transfers and an hour on hold to ship me a replacement. Moral: DO NOT SHOP OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. Try to resolve all issues by phone or shop online.

Just like others have stated the store can be busy and I did have to frequent the store often due to phone issues. I appreciated them taking time to problem solve issues which ultimately came down to my phone itself. Tony S. was amazing and he was very personable. He took the time to figure out was going on to make sure I was satisfied with my new phone and experience. I ended up having to exchange my phone and he helped with all the leg work with getting a new phone. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. He even ended his break early to help me set up my phone once I got a replacement.Remember to have patience. I observed employees working hard and hustling trying to serve customers. Once they had a minute to breathe, I was always asked if I had been helped and they were very friendly.
I never write reviews but my guy TONY deserves a promotion, raise, anything to make him feel as appreciated as he should! I walked in here after a stressful day of moving to pick up my WiFi router. Tony greeted me with the most enthusiasm, and literally made me excited to be there. I don’t even know Tony but I feel like he is my best friend now. Amazing customer service!!!!!!! Give that boy a raise
Stopped in today to change my address and ask some other questions. Didn’t have to wait long, and once it was my turn they thanked me for my patience.Mike was super helpful and awesome. Not much more to say than that. He helped keep my bill low and took care of my address change.Alex next to him working was also awesome and kind.
Miguel Hernandez help me transfer my phone service to Xfinity mobile. The process was smooth and he also helped my mother who lives out of state activate her phone. Great customer service.

Very poor service. New employee without a clue. Very unhappy. The guy we were working with needed help every step of the way. Knowledgeable employees wouldnt stick around to help, therefore we didnt get any help about downsizing our service... probably on purpose...they dont want to lose anyone, especially a customer of 40 years. They do not cater to their loyal customers. Want more and more from them at a ridiculously high price. Comcast is a failure at customer service.

When you come for help to get a new phone, you would hope the representatives would know about the products..Joe could not help us with multiple questions, which was disturbing when we had appt.We left and had to come back and get someone different to help us complete the transaction.. very frustrating and troubling, such a lack of knowledge 😒
Cable TV and high speed internet monopoly. USA wake up and have MULTIPLE cable providers is each area, to....you know...have good old American free enterprise competition!
Phone service has been very spotty since switching from Verizon. Was told I would receive a $200 gift card for signing up, now a couple months later there’s still no card or credit being given. Considering I didn’t even know there was a gift card offer and was signing up anyway, it’s pretty annoying that the store clerk told me I’d be getting it and didn’t follow through. The American system of Monopolies is truly depressing.
Not a great experience at Comcast for Xfinity Mobile support. My new phone stopped working on data because I had just swapped the SIM and it eventually freaked out. The in store folks were very nice, but they arent given the tools to do their job. They had to chat with tier 2 and eventually tier 3. It was impossible to effectively communicate my issue and was basically an old school game of telephone via chat... I kept asking if we could talk to someone to troubleshoot, but they said hold times are too long. I was there for about 2.5 hours on my vacation day and Im not convinced my phone wont have the same issue again soon. They need to empower their customer facing teammates or at least add more phone support to tier 2.
Waited in line for nearly 3 hours for them to tell me they cant assist me when I was told on the phone they could. I was on the phone for nearly an hour waiting to get help and that turned into 2 hours when talking to a supervisor who told me to come to this store. What a waste of a day.
Had wonderful service at this store. I went a few weeks ago and the store manager Justin offered great service. He was so helpful and friendly. Today, (April 16), I went to the store again to get the new xFi advanced gateway. Ryan helped us and he was so GREAT!!!! He was friendly, courteous helpful, offered expert assistance. I love this new store in the new location!!!
The people working here are very condescending to customers. Especially the elderly. Not everyone understands your business and how it works exactly so the customer service reps need to be more attentive and understanding. Talking down to people I not going to help them understand. There is not a pleasant helpful environment here at all.

Visited the store in person today and was helped out by Brian. He was courteous and gave me his undivided attention despite it being somewhat busy. I had several questions that he patiently answered. He also was able to help me save a few dollars on my new service which is always appreciated.In reading other peoples comments, I often wonder if theyre treating people as people rather than some enemy to be conquered. I treated Brian with respect and was afforded the same in return. I would recommend anyone to go to this Xfinity location and speak with their associates directly.
I dont know how anyone can like this company. Weve had issues with our TV for weeks and they cant figure it out. Then told us to go into the store to replace their garbage equipment. Of course the store doesnt have replacements. Then when you call they put you through an automated system that ensures you cant talk to a human. Cant wait for century link to get fiber in my neighborhood. Then it will be good bye worst company in america.
In 10 minutes, Steven and Tony helped me resolve an issue I couldnt get done after 10 days of phone calls and chats. The covid-19 protocol makes sense and is geared to be efficient.
Terrible on every level aside from the nice folks who work within their brick and mortar. God bless them. Online support is run by children. Avoid this provider at all costs.

Edward Cedras lied to me and convinced me that if my daughter switched too she would receive a free SE phone. Canceled our Verizon only to find there is no SE offered at all! What a cheat!
Long wait but it is very busy and its understandable. Staff doing their best. All these complaints are probably entitled Karens aged between divorce and menopause or boomers who cant figure out how to open their email. Sorry not sorry.

This store is always busy and the wait can be super long (make an appointment ahead of time) I cut my mobile bill in half and the rep that helped me was patient and explained everything to me

Unequivocally the worst customer experience I have ever had. On my 10th visit to the store to ask about our work order status to set up internet (which was ignored for 3 months in the system until we gave up), one of the store employees advised us to choose “literally any other internet provider,” as Xfinity had recently laid off and outsourced huge portions of the company so we would “likely never hear back on our work order,” and the store had no ability to do anything about it (or just didn’t care to try).
I was unable to to actually speak to anyone. Very frustrating! The constant confusion, of course my confusion, in the call center was very disappointing. The text message was even worse. Big loops with no end. Im now resigned to go to the xfinity store and put myself at risk. I am an older person and I have medical issues. Not pleased with the maze I have to deal with in these times. All I needed was to have 3 minutes of someone time.
I went to the store to see what I can do to set up and service with them and to look at their phone selection, whenever I got in there not a single person greeted me at all. There was another gentleman who was asking about a router modem that was by their TV and he had to ask three or four times for them to even notice that he was talking to them and he only got his question answered whenever the young lady who was helping him walked out of the back with his equipment. Granted the two gentlemen were stocking product but I do not think that’s a reason to blatantly ignore customers. I waited a while longer to get help and still no one talked to me, the young lady probably would’ve helped but those two gentlemen didn’t even bother offering any assistance.
Maryanne was amazing, she took the time and was dedicated to solving my problems and was able to help me through all of my questions and service upgrades, the entire staff at this location is amazing. I would highly recommend going in and using this location and the services they offer! Thanks guys
We came into the Comcast store after a disappointing call with Comcast customer service. Our promotion term had ended and our bill increased. The rep on the phone started changing our service without even asking if that was what I wanted to do, only “saving” us $10. We decided to visit the store and see what our options were for a new promotion. We talked to Sara, xfinity rep at the store. She helped us sign up for a new promotion (inherently the same package we had before, but new reduced rate). She also informed us that this time of year has a bunch of good promotions(back to school). Luckily, we brought in our cable box and equipment and we swapped it out for a new one very easily. Sara was very knowledgeable, positive, and patient while working with us. She also didn’t try to sell us on any other products or services while there, which was refreshing. Despite the 15 min wait, this was probably the best experience I have had with Comcast so far.
Xfinity has the WORST customer service out of any company I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to get assistance to solve a simple problem such as setting up a new account at a new address has been incredibly frustrating and I was unable to do so despite several trips the Xfinity store, using Xfinity chat, and speaking with multiple agents. Ultimately they ended up assigning me to a different users account multiple times. I was so frustrated I canceled my own account and ultimately Xfinity ended canceled the other persons account in addition to mine. Trying to get in touch with a real human who could help me was the most frustrating part of all this. DONT USE XFINITY. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Dont let this store touch your cell phone. They are poorly trained and do not care if they mess things up. They can only give you a new remote for your tv.Terrible service and the supervisor Justin does not care. 8/14/2020
We have had many people come out to fix a problem. It still is not been fixed after 9 people have come out and it has cost us more than a thousand dollars to have nothing fixed. Waste of money and the Wifi constantly goes down for a couple of minutes every hour

I’ve been standing here waiting for 20 minutes, no one checked me, acknowledged my presence or even made eye contact with me! There’s no where to sit and there are more employees in back of the store than are up with customers. I called ahead to avoid waiting but that was a wasted call. The staff here is absolutely useless!

I sent the modem to get credit from my bill because Im disabled as they were so busy that they told her to just leave it and they will send a recite to my email .I dont have one . So they will bill me for it now.!!!!

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Do not waste your time with the sub par employees at this location, if they arent making a commission on the sale they dont care about you or your business. As fast as I walked in the pushed me out, go to a corporate store we dont do that. If the door says xfinity and you sell their product you should take care of your customers. Take my advice and go to a different location before you waste your time like I did mine.
Worst customer service ever. I know everyone says comcast customer service is the worst, but I have never had a problem with them over the phone, or at the location I used to go to on Platte Canyon and Pierce which is now closed. but this place has hired the worst employees, previously when I was setting up mobile services and today when I had questions about my cable service. will avoid this place at all costs from now on

After giving up on talking with Comcast Indians and my online order ignored, I made a trip into the store. Unless you are first at the door before they open plan on at least a 30 min wait.At least they speak English. No chairs for waiting, no order for queing up. So, the same low-level Customer Service that they are known for.
Want to actually get internet for your house from Comcast for $50 come to a store and get off the bundles m. They aim to please you can get phones and internet for $140 that’s with unlimited!

I have gone into a location to switch to a new phone that they held for me since the first day i went in. They could not figure out where my payment had went. They had kept telling me to come in the next day and the next day, i went in everyday for 2 weeks. This is ridiculous! Once i they can figure out where my payment went, i am switching services.
