Went by to get a headlight replaced. Ulises and a new employee were kind enough to assist me by changing it. Very curteous very professional and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!! Thank you for the excellent service!

I went into the store because i was having issues starting my Volkswagen and thought it was my battery. They tested it and my battery was good. I played with some fuses and my car would not start after. I thought i was screwed since im not too familiar with cars but Raj came out and checked all my fuses and replaced the fuse I put in the wrong spot... My car started right up! I really appreciate Raj’s help and knowing that he’s willing to take the extra step! Definitely will be shopping here from now on!

First off I have always enjoyed going to autozone but after my latest experience I highly doubt I will ever go back. I ordered my husbands fathers day gift and was expecting to pick it up today and when I called to make sure my order was in they said the VENDOR cancelled my order?? no call?? no heads up? and I have to go in for my refund?? the man on the phone was very nice im not sure if it really was out of their control of notifying me but I believe there should be some interaction with vendors and employees.

Udit is an awesome gentleman. My AC was giving me a problem but due to the degrees of 110 needed to drive to pickup AC pressure. Thank man you totally ROCK.

I was hoping to get a new car battery and it was my understanding that Autozone replaces the old battery for you. Not at this location apparently. I was given some excuse about how they dont replace batteries anymore because of Covid. I have no idea how that would effect replacing a car battery. I had to drive to the Atwater location (where they replaced it for me). If youre looking for a new car battery, dont go here. For the prices they charge, theres no reason they shouldnt take 5 minutes out of their day to replace it for you.

The lady was rude when I went in to return a wrench I didnt end up needing/using. Taller lady, grey shirt, tattoo on arm. Didnt get a name. But service sucked overall. Only reason I went in was because oreilly didnt have it and I was in a rush.

I walked in with a fuel pump and not one person that was working knew anything about fuel pumps

Staff is great they will help you to the best of their ability everytime. If they dont have a piece you need they bring it from another location. The wait can be long sometimes due to short staff the times we have shopped here. But very well organized store we always shop here.

Our car was going to blow the block . The people who worked at Auto zone tried to help. They opened new packages of tools for us to use. Nicest people ever to be in need of parts and advice . Well never forget them.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Research for your parts prices before you go or ask if they have different prices on similar parts.

I took a car battery to be charged. and I was told it was no good. so I bought a new one and the old battery was good. When I tried to return the one I purchased. The manager which btw, he remembers me for some weird reason, just gave me store credit option with attitude in his voice. not good customer service by him. everyone else is good

Went to autozone because my battery died. Store manager gave me a pro-rate on the battery and received 30.60 back towards a new battery. The store manager was very polite and a kool guy to talk to. We had a laugh as I told him Id write this review. I forgot his name though. I think Its Victor? I could be wrong though this was back in 6/29/2020 at 10.30 a.m.
