After calling this morning and speaking to Tim about trying to get parts for my vehicle. He was rude and informed me that the parts I was looking for wasnt made. I informed him I found them on the website of a competitor so I know the part was made. Tim informed me I insulted him by mentioning the competitor. Sounds like the competition will be getting my cash. If I could rate zero stars I would. He would not take the time to how he could rectify the situation. Poor customer service. Then I was told he is in management position.
