Overwhelmingly happy!! Should’ve came here first! Where do I even start. So A diamond fell out my wedding band that my hubby purchased from ANOTHER jewelry store.. when I went there to get it fixed the employees were more concerned about selling me a new one since I didn’t have insurance. I told them over and over again about the sentiment behind my specific ring but they didn’t seem to care. Disgusted, I went to Kay’s at this location since it is closer to home. There I was immediately greeted by all three workers. They all seemed genuinely interested in trying to ease my pain and not just make a quick buck out of me. Unique was very patient with me and made different suggestions on repairs to my band. Basically, if you want people to listen and not scam you go to Kay’s at Livingston

If I can give this 0 star I will. I went to return a gift. With a receipt. It was 2 African American woman. One with short blonde hair and one with big box braids. She will not let me return a item when I had the receipt and it was brought in cash. I wish I remembered their name. She said it was “store policy” that the person that brought the item needs to be there to return it. What’s the point in having a receipt?? So I called multiple Kay’s and they said that was not their policy. So I had to drive 30 minutes away to Clifton to return a item that she did not want to accept. This particular store need better customer service.

She provided a grate customer service and she puts a smile on my face because she helped me picked out the right ring for my girl and she loved it. The staff here is amazing!!!! I went in for an engagement ring for my boyfriend. And as a gay man it can be awkward going into a jewelery store looking to purchase an engagement ring. But the manager Arline and associate Will made me feel so comfortable!!!! They made me feel welcomed and relaxed. (This is the first store after about 3 that I felt this way). They took their time to explain diamond quality, their service plans, and helped me pick out the the best engagement ring. I have never received such amazing service from a retail store and I highly recommend everyone to shop here!!!! See Arline, Will, or Manny. Manny by the way is the assistant manager and is amazing as well. He was there when I picked up my now Fiancé’s ring from being sized and engraved with what they called a piece of me heart. My overall experience was amazing and I can’t wait to work with this staff again I the very near future!!!!!

Poor Customer Service- The Livingston store either need to CLOSE or implement customer service training, From the manager to the associates have the worst customer service Ive ever experience, for a manger to show no empathy to me as a customer is unacceptable, I will take this review to their headquarters and share my horrific experience with them.

Today I stopped at Kays Livingston store wanting to purchase a few items for the holiday. I walked in and there was 3 employees one of them appeared to be a manager. I noticed that Nobody acknowledged me, or anyone else that walked in after me. Not even a hi or hello. I stood by the Movado watches for 17 minutes waitng for assistance as well as watching people enter the store and just walked away. Still no acknowledgement, I finally walked to Zales.The minute I stepped into the store I was greated with a hello.Ultimately I was able to make my holiday purchases at Zales.

Worse experience of my life, I was humiliated, belittled n every way possible. The associate was very racist and beyond rude to me. I am returning every single piece of jewelry I got from this company and I am filing a civil suit against Kays, I will not stop until that associate be fired for the way she treated me, and its not the first time experiencing rudeness from this particular associate, but anyway, Kays will be hearing from my lawyer.
