I takes them entirely too long to do anything on their computer systems. We had to have a wedding ring resized and a bracelet repaired. We waited an hour just for them to input the information. When we went to pick up and pay for our items, it took an hour for them to work the systems and take pics of the repairs. Everyone doesnt have that kind of time. I know they want people to stay longer to look at the merchandise but after an hour, everything in there is ugly.

Had an appointment scheduled on 9/15 at 11 am to get my ring inspected. The store was closed. Waited until 11:30, store did not open. Super frustrating.

Ok, so I went on Saturday to purchase a gift for my mother, everything was going well, until the sales lady started being rude with me for no reason. I was going to pay and she gave me the wrong amount and she tried to make it look like I didn’t understand. I told her I am not crazy you gave me the wrong amount, after that she started rolling her eyes and being rude, you know the typical, hand movements and lips smacking completely unprofessional and ghetto. After, she didn’t even offer me if I wanted my gift wrapped I had to ask. After she finished she literally threw the gift and I said thank you, she rolled her eyes. I will not go back to that place. If I give them two star was because I like the gift I bought otherwise it would be one star.
