I cruised by this dealership on a Sunday and saw a nice red Dodge Ram pick, I kept in contact with the office staff to see if it was going to be available in about week due to my busy work schedule I set up and appointment with Steven on a Saturday to come take a look at not knowing about the outcome or how it would play out to be based on credit score, I was a little nervous about it but Steven put my mind at ease and was honest from the get go, in less than an hour I was walking away with the keys to the pick up truck that I wanted. Over at chuck Nash they are good people honest and not trying to get you in something or sell you all the fancy bells and whistles like a big dealer. We had our truck serviced there for a DEF code that would eventually make the truck go only 4 mph if not taken care of. They had to replace the tank because that’s where the pump is. I won’t get into details but the service department was extremely helpful in helping us out in these times of hardship. I highly recommend this shop to anyone because they care about the people that they are dealing with. I don’t say that lightly because there are some dealers out there who only care about the bottom dollar. I want to say a very big thank you to Laurie for your help and thank the service tech for doing such a speedy job.

The service department has great mechanics. i didnt believe what the service writer was telling me so she let me speak to the technician in person. he made me feel comfortable after explaining to me what was going on. he showed me what was broken and the procedures to replace the water pump on my explorer. no wonder it was expensive. i trust them now and recommend them. those guys know how to diagnose and troubleshoot todays cars! :)

I wouldnt do any business with a dealership that uses deceptive marketing tricks to get people in the door. This is indicative of sleezy and bad business tactics. I didnt even have to go in to know this was a scheme but you can Google and find out exactly how this kind of thing works. Unethical.

This was, by far, the best dealership I have purchased from. The sales people are honest and straight forward, but also friendly and genuine. They seem to work as a good team and help each other out. The buying process was easy and not unpleasant. Also, when I needed assistance after the sale, they were more than accommodating. This dealership is quick to get you in a vehicle and take your money but if you experience any problems with the vehicle you were buying they will avoid you and act like they are busy and never get back with you when you call and leave a message so I return the vehicle and I am still waiting for my refund once again I keep calling to see when I’m getting my money back no one ever calls you back and you can never speak to no one I had to solve the situation myself by calling their main dealership in San Marcos

We had a wonderful experience at Chuck Nash in Lockhart TX. where we purchased a Ram 3500 Laramie. The people are friendly, not over bearing, pushy or persistant. Our sales rep. was Frankie and Melissa which did a great job explaining the vehicle and helping us program different componants, as did the finance mgr. Joe. He to did a great job at explaining everything to us and helped us fix minor issues. If they have what your looking for, I would highly recommend them. It was a short drive from San Antonio, TX and well worth the trip. By the way, the pictures that you see on the internet do a great job of representing the vehicle. What you see is what you get!🤗 The service dept. which I cant leave out did a great job of fixing the minor issues, washing and detailing the vehicle. Thanks to the whole team for making this a great and painless experience!

Very poor service in the service dept. They take in your vehicle and never call to inform customer of anything. Had to call multiple times to try to get answers on my vehicle then would get the we will call u back in a few and never call back. Went to pick up vehicle and all my caps r off just laying there far from the way I dropped it off. Very unhappy wouldnt recommend to anyone.
