Made a phone call and Lavon picked up. Told him the situation, that I had no questions about the truck and asked if I could do the paperwork remotely. It was against company policy so my wife & I jumped on an airplane and headed to TX. Stayed at an awesome hotel he recommended, ate some great food. Have been a ford guy my while life, but have been debating that since my moms car had a problem with the car not detecting the key and hence not starting. Had to have the transceiver replaced in the car. It was covered under warranty but the car only has 24,000 miles. That should not even be a problem with such little mileage, or rather for the life of the car.

Glen Germer and team were excellent. Have a great truck now! Enjoyed the entire experience. Will shop there again.

Bridgette De La Cruz was a great sales representative to work with regarding personal customer service and would recommend her services as a 5 star rating. I was a difficult customer in my opinion yet she always answered phone calls, questions and did best efforts negotiating with management. I only rate my experience 4 stars out of 5 because the vehicle itself I feel the dealership itself could have had more negotiation room on top of the already listed discount with the hail damage which I knew about when inquiring on this vehicle. Aluminum metal and tri-coat paint is every expensive to repair regardless how minor damage seems. In addition after taking possession found some mechanical issues that could have been negotiation factors and are apparently Ford known (TSBs are listed) that can be very costly repairs without warranty coverage but I always purchase a third party policy (non-dealer). Simply if a thorough inspection was performed the noises and leaks noted would have indicated the issues Ecoboost engines are known for. Overall happy with my purchase for the family, pretty impressive for a Toyota loyal customer, the Sequoia is just to out of date for my liking.

Overall, a very great service. I didnt feel pressured by anyone to buy, and the deal I got was actually quite remarkable. Basically got a 2019 Fusion (with very minor hail dings & 14,000 miles) for under $10,000. I know opinions dont matter as much as numbers do when youre looking for a car, but if youre looking affordability, and great service. This is a great place to check out.

September 13th I took my 2019 Ford F-250 into Lockhart Motor Company Ford for service, they advised I should change my fuel filters as well. 15 minutes after leaving the dealer the truck blew up. The dealer had the truck picked up and rented me a car.Today I got a call from the dealer stating they would not cover the cost of the truck, that they had no fault in the fire. We reached out to Fordmotors who will do nothing.Everyone can draw their own conclusions- Serviced fuel system- Truck leaked fuel for blocks- Truck blew upDealer claims it wasn’t them @ford will do nothing

I also have been having issues with my parking sensor and set up an appointment with Maxwell ford in Austin. just my luck, they informed me the vehicle had been in an accident and voids the warranty (im at 27K miles) and the damage may go all the way up the wiring. as far as the the vehicle pull, I will be going to have this vehicle aligned and tires rotated and balanced from someone I trust. until then, I would high recommend having a third party check any vehicles from this lot.

This dealership is worth the drive! I recently purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Bridgett. She was very helpful and accommodated my strange request to go out and smell the vehicle before I drove out to see it. When we decided to pull the trigger we were in a rush to catch a plane. We had our financing lined up so we called ahead and said we were on our way. They had the paperwork laid out and waiting for us. We were in and out in 30 minutes.On the drive to the airport I noticed a significant shake from flat spots in the tires. I texted Bridgett. She reached back out to me and told me to bring it back in at my convenience. I brought it in and they had the issue remedied that day. I went in there a few months ago to price out an f350 for this year 2020. They took their time knowing I wasnt ready just yet and worked up some numbers, looked at some trucks with me and sent me on my feeling treated well. I came back the begining a February purchase an f150 since my 02 was going down, again. They got me into the truck I wanted, even with being the problem child I am.
