They didn’t get the truck in to even look at it until a week after our apt. We called several times each time being told let me check on it and I will get back to you. Didn’t ever get a call back. The engine light came on we googled the code and it said it was a sensor. The told us could be the injection pump then they changed the regulator. It cost us 800$ they called and said it cleared the code but didn’t fix the problem. They wanted to start pulling injectors we said no we will come and get it we took it to the dealership in Logan it was in fact just a sensor. Fixed it for 500$. I feel like that should have been a pretty easy diagnosis very disappointed in their knowledge and customer service. I won’t go back.

They went out of their way to help us get back on the road again. They went above and beyond. These folks are good people and very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a Diesel repaired.

My truck has been there for 2 months now, i have tried to get info but they will not communicate. Not impressed with this shop. I’ve been told 3 times it was going to be done “tomorrow” but never got a text or call. Very unprofessional.

My truck has now been sitting in their parking lot for 3 weeks, I’ve already paid for parts and whenever I try to call and get an update they say “let me check and call you back” I never get a call back because they’re stalling. I don’t know what’s going on. Not impressed at all wouldn’t recommend.

Really nice people and very reasonable prices. I was a little disjointed with my experience. I took in my truck because of a low power and it is slow to create boost. The owner checked out my truck and gave it a clean bill of health. My total bill was under 100.00.A few months later being frustrated by the low power I climb under the truck too look at the turbo from underneath. I noticed several large cracks on the underside of my exhaust manifold. .I change the exhaust manifold and my truck is back to normal. I feel like the shop should have found this issue. Other than that I am very please with this place.

I have had the luxury of recommending Brock and his crew many times. I have never once been afraid to send a customer there. They treat them wonderfully and complete the work in a timely manner.

They tried to charge one of my clients $8,000 to replace a CP3 and injectors. Which wasnt the problem. Truck only had a sticky injector which was fixed with a simple flush. Dont ever take your truck there!

I purchased my first diesel truck 8 months ago - knowing little to nothing about diesel trucks, or truck maintenance in general. I thought Id done enough research to at least know what I was getting into with an 05 F350 6.0 PowerStroke (I probably still dont know!) - unfortunately the seller lied to me and many, if not all, of the work I was told had been done on the truck was untouched and in most cases things appear to be original parts and fluids on a truck with 180,000 miles.I bring this up because with such naivety it would have been easy for the team at Northern Utah Diesel Experts to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and rip me off like the last guy! On the contrary it was a breath of fresh air to work with a mechanic shop that was so upfront and honest. On multiple occasions I was walked back into the shop so Brock or his team could let me see first hand what they were working on and what the problems were so that I could be reassured I was making the right decisions. I was quoted on my costs day 1 and paid exactly what I was quoted.At the end of the day it was so nice to work with a shop that was up beat and positive every time I stopped in.
