Terrible service and no sense of urgency out of anyone there. This store is listed as an Amazon return location where in the return it states no packing needed. The store takes care of it all. Some how they took half of my Amazon return with no problem but the other half I needed to supply the packaging. Showed both return QR scans where it stated no packaging needed but the employee wouldn’t accept returning the second part of without paying for packaging.By no means is the $6.73 payed for packing a real concern but, if it says no packaging, free return, easy and the UPS store will take care of it, why was I charged? Why not just make it happen like the first half of the return?
Five stars for not being FedEx, you guys deliver to my house and not to a house a street over like FedEx does, theres nothing more I can ask for. Thank you.
Theyre usually nice and helpful but they shut the door in my face without even acknowledging me. I just had to drop something off. I get you have to close on time but just let me know instead of pretending Im not there.
Shipped several packages out of this location and every time the guy behind the counter made my experience completely hassle free and helped me out with items that literally every single other UPS store or USPS location would charge me for.
If I could have given it a zero, I would have. I just left this store with my husband trying to FAX some important paperwork. We pulled up in the parking lot in a blue vehicle, a lady was standing at the front of the door waiting for services whole also practicing social distancing. My husband was standing there when a black car with a lady pulled up and parked next to us. When the lady that was in front of my husband entered the bldg, that left my husband NEXT in line to be served. He went in and was promptly sent back out the door bc the MAN working in there said that the lady BEHIND him was next in line!!!! My husband didnt argue with the man, left the store and told the lady who had arrived after us, what the man said to him. She didnt seem to care and entered the establishment. That was VERY wrong and UNPROFESSIONAL of the man working in the UPS store today.

Used their print and notary services a couple times. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Only 6 people allowed in the store and they manage it great. The times Ive been there the line moves quickly yet Ive never felt rushed while being attended.
Unless you enjoy genuinely clueless customer service this is a UPS location to avoid. Been a customer at this store for years simply out of convenience but no more. Counter service was sometimes intentionally bad & sometimes just plain incompetent. Today they were actively running customers off so time to put them on the NEVER/EVER list and use the UPS Store in the Kroger Center (less than 3 miles down Atlanta Highway toward Snellville, have received consistently good service there).

I am very disappointed in this particular UPS Store. They lied to me and then developed a very poor attitude instead of apologizing. I called the corporate office of UPS Stores and they agreed with me and stated they would have a talk with the Manager, Lisa. Be careful and read everything they give you before you pay them. You will be surprised at the lies that appear on their paper work. Not all UPS Stores are bad. Just this one that I know of.

Will no longer be a customer of UPS.Edited to reply to the response: that’s the thing, I had a sign language interpreter ready to interpret for me, and the employee said I had to speak in “their” language. I speak English and I sign in ASL. He intentionally discriminated me by refusing accommodations that I provided because I knew that masks were mandatory. I even spoke up and explained that I read lips and I needed an interpreter to help me understand what was being said because i could not read his lips, he STILL refused to work with me.
I was in & out even with the max amount of only 6 at a time. Printing & mailing service was a flash. I love the location being so near to the post office.
I go here all the time whenever I need to drop things off and return for amazon. The guys that work here are very efficient and really friendly. They are very personable and I am always in and out within two-three minutes. They act like they actually want to be there lol. They really are the best around! Thanks for having great customer service!
Went into get some documents notarized they said they cant after 5 pm, but the guy that signs and stamps was right there and could have done it. They both were very rude. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I rather have my items shipped via fedex! Or regular postal office because now I have to wait for the next business day to pick up an urgent package. With out with out sign up fedex is best!

Dropped off a package at this store and havent seen any movement when tracking it after 5 days. Called the store for assistance and was just told that UPS picks up everyday and they dont have room for packages laying around. Never attempted to assist me or verify any information.
This review is not for the store specifically unless they had a hand in creating an inconvenient mess for me. The UPS courier falsified a delivery attempt even though I was at home ALL DAY waiting on the delivery. UPS customer service offered no help other than having me pick up the package myself or wait 3 additional days for it to be delivered. Beyond irritated.
