We were replacing a 40 yr old solid wooden garage door and garage door opener. Dan and his wife came out and did a great job! They worked great together, answered all my questions and had everything done and spotless in a little over 3 hrs. I would highly recommend DC Garage Door & Service.

DC Garage Service received the “gold medal” replacing my garage door in professionalism, punctuality, and politeness. I was fortunate to have Dan come out to my residence the same day after my garage spring has disconnected. However, my wife and I decided to replace our old 1963 garage door. Dan did a great job helping my wife and I pick out the design, price, and scheduling for the replacement. Dan did a first-rate job finding out and making sure the supplies and door was in stock for us.It was nice to have David and Dan to come out to my house on time for the replacement of my garage door. The replacement only took a few hours, with an awesome outcome. I was impressed with the style and the lack of noise my new garage door sounds going up/down.

When I 1st called, I told them my problem. Danny got on the phone and told me to hold a reset button for 3 seconds. I did that and the problem was solved. Other shady companies would of came out and charged me an arm and a leg for that. He was not going to charge me anything for that. I also needed a new key pad installed. They made the appointment the next day. Danny found a couple of other problems with the door and repaired those. Overall so trust worthy and professionally repaired. I would recommend to all of my friends!!

Dan and company are very responsive and easy to work with. I appreciate Dans expertise to diagnose the problem. He reprogrammed the opener and adjusted a few things to get the door running again. A different company recommended a new opener but Dan was able to fix this one. Thanks!!!

They came out when they said they would and it appears the problem has been fixed. At least right now, I hope it stays fixed. The only thing, was that he said he would call when he was going to the house, and no one called. Im still glad the work got done, but would have appreciated knowing when he was there, since I couldnt be at home myself.

DC did a great job on repairing the overhead door and was able to get in and out quickly. Also great to work with and communicates well

Although the problem was resolved before repairman arrived, he was very informative in explaining the workings of my garage door. I was very thankful he did not not charge me for the visit and highly recommend their services.

While during the fix they also took time to observe the system to make sure there were no other faults or problems with the system. I called DC to get service on my door. I was able to get put on the schedule for service the same day! The technician who arrived was very nice and explained that I had a broken spring. He was able to replace the spring right then, since he carried then on his truck. My door now runs great! Im very pleased with my experience with DC and will definitely call them again if I ever need anything.

Came home from work at 4:30. Garage door slammed down to the ground and wouldnt open... car stuck inside. Called and explained my problem. Less than 5 mins later, I got a call back from the technician. Explained the problem to him, and that I needed my car for work in the morning. He said to give him a few minutes to see if any of his techs were available this evening. Less than 5 mins later, I get another call that a tech is on the way, and should be there in 45 mins. David showed up in less than 45 mins, looked over the door, showed me the problem (broken spring), got my approval to replace it, and was done within about 30 minutes. So two hours after the problem came up, it was fixed. David was very nice and professional.

BAD BUSINESS. Purchased a garage opener from them that broke 1 year later. Danny said it would be 4 days before they could come out and it would cost $150 minimum to fix the opener they incorrectly installed

Very nice and professional.

I requested same day service and was promised to be the next call. Serviceman never showed and did not return my call. I was very unhappy as it was very called and the doors were stuck in open position.
