My order was complicated and she was extremely helpful, even as other customers came in she never lost her cool. I heard several guests thank her for her help as well. She had a very kind demeanor and in the end my order was perfect.

Wonderful experience! Gabriella was extremely helpful and polite in helping me shop for a gift for a friend’s wedding. She provided plenty of options and was even able to assist me with the engraving process on what to say. My friend loved her champagne flutes. I definitely will be back in the future for other gifts!

Perfect place to find a great gift when youre left without any time to order something online. I came here the other day to buy my grandparents a beautiful clock with their names engraved on it for their 50th Anniversary. I couldnt be happier with how it came out, they have a fully customizable station with employees thatll help you find the right gift. I have to admit I felt so much better when Gabriella told me to come on over, she was such a great help. From the time I called on the phone, to the minute I left the store.

Had a gift made for Christmas and they messed up twice.. first time was they spelled the name wrong when I had it written correctly on the paperwork. Second time, they wrote the words backwards... The staff was nice, which is why I’m giving three stars.

I walked in thinking I would walk out disappointed but I was very happy with their service and kindness make a note to give a beautiful gift for my son for Christmas

Ive shopped here before last time I shopped i purchased a nice necklace for my mother with her named engraved she was thrilled at the gift still wears it until this very day!

I got an item customized for my wedding anniversary. It was perfect.

I used to come here every year to get birthday and mothers day gifts for my mom and it was phenomenal now, not so much. The inventory is terrible and the customer service is also terrible. Walked in and I was one of two customers total and yet the two women working didnt bother to stop their conversation and greet me. Once I started browsing and about 10 minutes into looking around an employee finally decided it was time to stop the conversation and do her job. By that point I didnt need or want her help so I simply gave her a No when she asked if she could be of assistance. Wont be coming here again another store will have to be found.

Awesome place for getting things engraved. You dont even have to buy it from them. Bring in something that wont explode when they put it in their engraving machine and they will carve whatever you want into it. The price is more than worth it. Make sure you double check your spelling, they wont do it for you, and the engraving machine doesnt do autocorrect.

They should allow for negative stars. The new store manager is awful. She couldnt spell customer service if someone read her the letters. Save your money and time shop.

Terrible staff. Two employees working there were goofing off the whole time, and when I needed help they seemed bothered by it. I was buying a cake cutter and server with champagne glasses (a set) for my wedding and they rung me up and that was it. I left, the staff called my phone 20 mins later and said that I had to come back and pay them $150 more because they messed up the set. I went back to the store to cancel my order and just get a refund because I was upset that they wanted to charge me $150 extra because of their mistake. They would not give me my cash back. I was there 20 minutes prior and no customers went in after me. They didnt even know how to tell me when I would get my money back or how I would get it back. I had to wait 30 mins for them to use their cell phone to call their manager to get an answer on when I can get my money back, and the manager never answered. I was so frustrated at this point, I started looking for signs on the counter stating anything about a refund/return policy. Of course I found one that was right in front of them, yet they still dont know how returns work and have to call a manager. I am shocked at how a store can be operated by people like this.
