Not a bad experience here. They have less hot food items prepared than most other locations. Also no alcohol at all. The big thing about this one is the fact that they dont sell menthol cigarettes in any way, shape or form.

POST YOUR HOURS!!!!!! If you search it still says you are open twenty four hours when you aren’t and haven’t been for a very long time. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?!!?!Edit: the response was to go to some website to explain when there isn’t much to explain. The store isn’t open 24 hours, and there are no hours posted, so you see people there early in the morning trying to get in and late afternoon night. What else is there to say?

Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Christmas Day and everything was closed. I was just looking for a good cup of coffee. Staff member started a fresh brew being that what was left had been there for a while. Covid compliant with cap, stirrer and cup sleeve handed to me in a plastic bag. Coffee was actually pretty good. A pleasant surprise

By far the most insincere and just plain rude staff. I go to 711 daily and thank God there are a few in my area I still wàlk 6 blocks out of my way to go to the one on 4th at Atlantic or my favorite on ocean and alamitos.

Been there, done that! Nicely stocked, friendly staffed, clean but crowded at times! Its too bad LBT stopped running their passport down pine! if one is mobility challenged its hard to get to! nice for the bar & restaurant crowd! 😞

Can get extremely busy on the morning hour. But there is a reason to that. They have decent prices for what they sell. And since they are so busy, the coffee here is always fresh and recently made.

This place, every single time, is disappointing. Whether its me waiting for the person at the register to select the playlist they want to listen to while Im at the register. Or its me literally pointing out which hot dog I want, and then getting the opposite. On that occasion, I then asked to get to correct one, to which his reply was You already got that one. I hadnt even touched it or put any toppings on! How hard is it to give me the right one. Id rather go out of my way now than return here.

Im in here literally EVERYDAY almost,and I live 2 blks away from this store and I can honestly say the mgmt here is good! There was a rough spot I observed when a family member or closer relative was hired an she turned out to be a foolish child,with zero business practices and comm. skills. The senior workers were already top notch, so he was quickly bumped out of the way to build a more efficient team! That boy was rude and lacking proper supervision...Its easy to say downtown store is one of the best. And they have to take care of their own security in-store themselves. Give them a significant raise of pay,and help to keep them safe. Praise for U my friends....

Sooo I go in here to buy cigarettes. Ask whats the cheapest and the dude asked if i had my ID and i said yes. He then suggested i go to a girl that was waiting in the corner eating!! I was told if i sign up with her id get $2 cigarettes. But when i went to her she seemed like she needed to finish her break. She apologized and needed time to swallow her food. When i asked her who she was. She wouldnt give me a name but stated that she did not work for 7eleven but handled the cigarettes i guess. And when i took a pic, she became offended and after saying i dont have to take a pic, i said ok. Put my phone away and she left the store. Then men came to do their job. Be aware peeps. This is a first. Like ALWAYS: YOU NEED ID TO BUY CIGS. DUH!!

Uber bad customer service came in to use restroom. So first I bought coconut water asked the guy at the register if I can use the restroom he sad no. I have friends who own 7 Elevens that that have told me its against their policy to refuse service to customer who as to use the restroom. He didnt mention anything about it being out of order (as some would do to get rid of you) he simply said no. Then I returned the product at which he got mad and was demeaning. Took place today on sept 30 2017 at around 11:30ish pm. I work in the hospitality business I know and expect better service.

Twice I have been overcharged. The Indian lady has a serious problem with counting especially when it comes to hot dogs, chicken, tacos etc. Check your receipts. This franchise rubs a shady business. There is a serious problem with there service and fraudulent charging is a crime

This is by far the worst 7-Eleven Ive ever been to In My Life. Incredibly awful service, very rude personnel, and drunken transients all around the place.
