Yes this Rite Aid is not the best, this is just the closest to my shop, like walking distance. Their customer service is okay but you won’t see them most of the time. Except for one cashier behind the counter which looks they hate their job. But who love their jobs right. I feel for this employees, no manager is looking after or watching them do their job properly, encourage them to at least like their job even little bit. This pharmacy is where I hangout or shop when I take a break from my stressful workshop. Sometimes I walk around for hours looking for makeup’s vitamins etc. I like that there’s no one bugging me or trying to sell their products to me, so I kinda pick whatever I like, read descriptions or ingredients peacefully. At the same time I can google them.I will say Rite Aid is not the cheapest to shop, especially vitamins or makeup brands. You can compare prices from online stores, or different local stores (Which I always do) but I still end up buying here cause I can shop and have the product right away.And Here it’s not the safest too (everywhere), I’ve witnessed fights or commotions inside the store, at least twice and some angry customers. But the stars are for the employees who stands up for themselves professionally whenever you encounter an irate customers. Even without a manager.

This rite aid store may not have medications immediately and you have to wait sometimes days before the medicines are available. 4stars

Terrific customer service a little bit slower but that should be exactly during this pandemic pharmacy food beauty supplies anything you need its all in one place great staff they work very hard probably late at the store

I would like to give it 5 stars, but I have an injured knee and I have to use a cane to support me, and several times I have been left standing waiting more than 5 minutes, the staff, one on the phone and the other person, ask me if I need anything, I answer Yes, and I keep standing waiting, lousy service, I will have to change pharmacy.

Experienced pretty poor customer service once again. First time it was just pure attitude as if something else in life was bugging them. Tonight it turns out their registers are ahead of network time by a 4 minutes while other stores line up with it. People in front of me had just bought alcohol but when I take two steps up the time has passed by 4 minutes. This is their prerogative but if you want to avoid people who want to do away with you to go to their smoke break or treat you like crap because theyre having a bad day, there are plenty of other options in the immediate area. Ill definitely be exploring them.

I moved from San Francisco to Long Beach and wanted to transfer my HIV prescriptions to your store and they replied. Oh we dont carry those kinds of Meds go to the store on Cherry and Broadway(Gay area). Since I am in the pharmacy business myself ANY pharmacy can order any type of medication for the following day. WOW what discrimination against homosexuals and at RITE AID! Shame shame on you! DO you not fill prescriptions for a disease more specific to African Americans like sickle cell anemia too?

Customer service was just not available when I shop here. They are extremely nosey in your business and treat you like an inmate. I feel like Im commiting a crime if I touch something. One day I asked to use the restroom and the pharmacy made me leave my purse with them. When I came out I looked in my wallet and was missing $120. They swore they didnt take it, but I know I had it in there, I just cashed a check and held onto the money until I walked in rite aid and then put it in my wallet in my purse that PHARMACIST with red hair bug belly kinda gay, had taken behind the counter! Character defamation, discrimination, and social profiling! Is this a crime?

My mom, grandma, sister and I went to buy make up when the security guy wouldnt stop being in the same area as us, but keeping his distance of course, when we went to pay my mom paid with the credit card and once we were walking out the alarm sounds. So I gave him the bag, I guess he was expecting to find something thats not on the list but all he accomplished was to make himself look like a fool since all he said was oh thats weird and then when we walked out again the alarm didnt sound. So were wondering if he was the one who pressed a button to make the alarm sound. ( Im Hispanic)

This is my home store. You know; places within walking distance or quick bike shot. This Rite Aid has my neighbors workin there. My default pharmacy rarely has issues. They call when I can come pick up. If you watch for their ads and flyers there are bargains to be had daily. And if the line is caterpillaring through the store when you arrive, itll probably dissipate by the time your ice cream cone is half eaten. Post holiday bargains abound (however, its a universal rule that you cant eat Christmas candy after Valentines day). Trust me on this. Only exception is fruit cake, which has an infinite shelf life, or lifelong prop to keep your piano bench level after your Sumo Wrestling Aunt broke the front right leg while playing a rousing John Phillip Souza medley for her yoga for large folks monthly gathering.

I just went to drop off a prescription and the tall gentleman of latin descent was extremely rude. he told me he could not fill my prescription due to the fact that they did not hv the forms for it. as he was saying this another worker says we have her prescription it just came in. you see i had bn ther a week before with this same prscription just a smaller quantity. then i looked at him and said why cant you fil this prscription if yo could fill the other exact same thing? he then gets aggrivated and says i dont know we sdon thv the forms, i say can you get the forms? he says i dont know... no. so i go to the other line to pick up the one they did recieve and he said its not ready yet take a seat! yes he said it just like that as if i was at a police station filling out a complain form. totally rude total attitude. so i sit, finally my name is called. then i ask to speak to luna or lana athe mangr. in one minute she gave me the anwers joe attitude could not seem to give. she handled it apologized for his apparent rudeness and it all ended well. just be careful yoiu dont get turned away by a kid who doesnt wither know what hes doing or doesnt feel like taking the time. deal with the manager directly.

I was very dissapointed when I went to the Rite Aide at 3300 E. Anaheim, Long Beach, CA 90804 at around 11pm Sunday evening. There was a male and female employee behind the register and a tall black gentleman infront of the register talking very loud about gay men and how discusting homosexuality was and if they have seen a gay adult movie and again how discusting gay people were and that its against the bible because the bible says so. the female would laugh outloud and say judgemental remarks while the 2 guys had to make it be known that they were not gay, no way not them. I never have heard such closed minded, judgemental, ignorant, a__holes in my life talk in that manner especially at a Rite Aide in Long Beach like if there were was nobody around and yes there were customers like my self who were shocked at the bashing that was coming out of those 3 ignorant individuals. I immediately put everything down that I was going to purchase and walked straight out and saw that the female glanced over at me as I left and took my business across the street to WALLGREENS where I will do all my shopping from now on. I will never step foot back into a Rite Aide ever again. I hope that these 2 individual employees will be delt with in the appropiate manner and fired for such rude and demeanor language targeted to as they said discusting homosexuals who will go to hell. I would really hope that Rite Aide management would appologise for the actions of the 3 ignorant individuals as well as an appology from the 3 individuals.

Advertise passport photos but their machine doesnt work

The pharmacists was very rude, was not professional at all on the phone, and hung up on me, I kept trying to talk to a supervisor, and the staff in the pharmacy kept hanging up every time I called back.

This ride aid sucks

I am a regular here and the staff are all friendly and professional. It has become my neighborhood Drug Store.

Long lines sometimes but its close and the prices are good.

This pharmacy is useless I have waiting an hour and a half. And I still have to wait 15 more minutes, lousy service and also the employees are rude.
