The bud tenders are so knowledgeable they have first hand experience with these product Ive had them recommend me some products a bit cheaper than what I usually buy and am often surprised at the precision these guys hit on with there recommendations. Came in for first time. First got there parking was great inside was very clean and organized, and they have a display for you to look at if youre waiting in line. Oscar helped me he was awesome it was like I was talking to one of my friends great vibes and personality thank you for a great experience Oscar.

Never coming here again. They REQUIRE you to take OFF your mask to go in. That is so unsafe. There is a pandemic. The front desk person was unbelievably rude. When I said I felt unsafe taking off my mask she just handed me back my ID. Ive been there many times and will never return.

I stopped by today thinking I would give this place a try. I requested indica flower and was given sativa. I notice 5 Minutes after leaving and immediately came back and they would not help me. I am someone with chronic anxiety and depression and have bad reactions to sativa. Very disappointed in this place. You could of done so much better, unfortunately if you don’t care about the person and only the money you are in the wrong business.

This has been my go to place since there opening! And before that Belmont shore. Catalyst has literally changed the game completely it’s all because of the customer service and their caring CEO. Most cannabis brands and clinics only care about one thing which is money, NOT THIS ONE. I’ve never seen a ceo so invested in his community and the future leaders of America! I don’t even live in Cali anymore but I still visit from time to time to get my meds here. This is the ONLY place that gets my money. NOT TO MENTION BEST PRICES INTOWN like cmon now.

The bud is great, the staff extremely courteous and knowledgeable. However, I have a problem. When you enter the building after displaying your ID they will tell you to take off your mask and show your face to the camera (left of counter). At first I thought they were taking regular video or a picture and thought nothing of it. As time has progressed it has come to my attention that they might actually be using privatized facial recognition software. To me it seems there is a little more to that particular camera than meets the eye which troubles me. If this is the case you are not informing customers that you are essentially taking their fingerprints. I come for the bud, not to be mass surveyed and added into a database for later comparison. I do not know what you are doing with that data or who you may sell it to. You have my state ID on file and that should be good enough. The part about that camera being for your protection is utter BS regardless since you should be identifying me at the counter via my ID barcode. If you were really that concerned have people show face at front door. To be clear I do not care about showing my face to people, that camera is sketch tho. Covid is slowly becoming less of a concern, you can start asking people to show their face to a person. Again, screw that camera. Quit forcing people to show their face directly to it and youll definitely be a 5 star dispensary in my book. I acknowledge that I may just be paranoid, but I hope you can understand why this might bother me and others. Hell, maybe the herb is just that good. ;)

Any dispensary that INCLUDES TAX IN THE FINAL PRICE are the real MVPs. Like this establishment. Easy to find decent amount of parking. Large selection ranging from budget buyers to disposable income buyers. Fire quality bud. What i picked up was Sicario, a sativa, got me toasted. Side note (one annoying experience): I was standing in line and waiting patiently, when the bud tender asked if there were any online orders/call in orders, the last guy in line raised his hand and walked to the front, then when checking out, bragged to his buddy about how he never has to wait in line and he just lies about having an online order because catalyst never cares....

Im always loving to pick up some bomb affordable tree especially when the dispensary location isnt too far from me. Im glad they opened up this new shop. This place always has great deals on their 1/8ths and daily discounts on the whole store. I recommend this place to all my friends who are looking for some good tree or edibles.

I always love coming into Catalyst East Side. While the best part is always the fact that they have all my faves at 20% off, the amazing staff is a close tie. Today I shopped with Ariel (total sweetheart) with an assist from Bjon (he’s a bit newer but I like him already). Also got to see Mack! What a guy- I always trust his recommendations. GIVE THEM ALL A BONUS- it’s too hard to choose!
