Always a pleasure coming and going from this location.I always have to do monthly visits for my classroom decor and it helps to have it close enough to my site. Appreciate that it is indoor and air conditioned!This site is always clean, workers are available during regular times, especially to borrow a cart since I have so many boxes.Will continue using this place for storage!

Ken was a real help. I got there pretty late and he help me quickly and gave me a heads up about the fees before I ever said I’ll get a unit. Expensive because it’s in the outer traffic circle and in high demand. But at least you can count on the service. Thanks ken.

Great facility and service.I had my entire house stored here for almost 6 years while I was out of country. It was all in perfect condition when I came back. The controlled environment really keeps the units dust and bug free.The move out was so easy. And the service at the desk from Adrian and manager Ken was superb. I highly recommend.

The manager Ken is useless! Do not rent from this public storage. My unit was broken into within the first month since renting it! All the manager could say was I’m sorry? There were about six other units that were also broken into when I went to check my unit the door was down and locked! A portion of the door was off the track. After forcing the door up I noticed all of my belongings had been gone through and things are missing yet my door was down and locked!!! How is that even possible? Maybe the locks public storage makes you buy from them?the other 5 units I passed with doors halfway open were not even being watched by staff! Really? DO NOT RENT from this location

A little pricey for monthly rental of not that big of a storage unit. Other than price, the location is great on the outer traffic circle making it easy to access the facility, lots of parking in front and much more on the side of road in outer traffic circle. Security is excellent, too soon to tell but doesnt seem like theft happens often/or at all.

My experience here was well. Reasonable prices only went up $10 during a year of having it.

I like that the units are inside spaces, adding an extra layer of security. It’s also handy that the office has packing supplies for sale. Highly recommend this location!

This is THE place for my personal storage! I needed a 5’X10’ unit for our condo contents during a major remodel. All the units are inside a large building so there is no public access nor sun exposure. It has super-security safeguards, is clean, well-lighted and great climate control. Ken and Ruby were fantastic on every visit.

This place fit the bill for us: clean, temperature controlled, well lit and secure. We only wish it didnt cost as much as it did but you get what you pay for. And, having this extra space has literally given me some of my sanity back as we are going through items in our home.

The Manager Ken was a great help at finding us a storage unit that was both clean and in our price range. He even suggested other locations to us if need be. We ended up coming back five minutes before close to purchase a unit, and he stayed well past close just to help us. So thankful for Public Storage for the excellent staff and service.

Walked through to the storage I had reserved with Ken & was able to make a final decision on whether to take it or not. I decide to rent the storage unit. It is very spacious & secure, which as a women is very comforting. Definitely recommend this storage facility.

We just acquired a storage unit at this facility and were very impressed with everything. The facility is super clean, organized, easy to access and best of all was George, the manager on duty. He was so kind and easy going and provided us all of the information that we needed. He worked around our schedule and made our move a little less painful. We had looked at 3 other facilities and this one was by far the best for all of the above reasons!

As with any business, its the employee, associate, cast member, etc that will make a customer come back, stay or go. At this particular location the Manager Kimberly is excellent. Very attentive to the needs of the property and to those of us who rent there. Able to explain in detail any procedures, come up with creative ways to keep you there when rent increases and just an all round joy to do business with. Any employer would be lucky to have an employee such as Kimberly. The storage location its self is well maintained, very accessible. The hours of access are amazing for anyone working any kind of shift. I highly recommend this location to anyone wishing to store anything here. 75% due to Kimberly!

I rented from PS in LB @ Traffic Circle, and was impressed on how well run the facility operates. The manager, Kimberley, is there most of the time. She is attentive and efficient. The hallways and surroundings are clean and free of debris. The bathroom is clean and always has soap and toilet paper. Kimberley is friendly and considerate when customers are waiting, and she does what she can to minimize the wait. She was able to give out information on the phone, while taking my payment, and have a new customer fill out paperwork. I have rented at other facilities, and they dont have the attention that is viable at this location.

Everything is AWESOME!!! The staff (Sara and Cynthia) were so helpful, sweet and funny to top it off! The facility is clean, the storage units are super secure but easy for renters to get to when needed. I just moved all of my stored items from a different companys lot and I couldnt be more pleased with my decision of Public Storage!

Wow! not sure where to start. I have been a customer for years with this Public Storage. Ive had some pretty good service before but none to compare with Sarah. She was not only informative and professional but very very helpful. She broke everything down for me to understand clearly and helped me to pick out the perfect space. This particular space became available a few days ago, up until then I had been on a waiting list. As soon as something popped up she called and walked me through everything from A-Z. The facility manager Juan was extremely helpful. He went over every detail of renting a unit and how to use it. I find every time I see Juan his smile brightens my day. He makes you feel welcome as a new comer to the city. The facility was very clean and even going there at 9pm I felt safe. I would recommend this Public Storage facility to everyone.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. I chose Public Storage because of the convenient location. I booked a unit online, and literally got a phone call from them 2 minutes later to confirm my unit which was wonderful! When I showed up to move my things in I realized I needed a bigger space and Cynthia was super accommodating and more than willing to help. She told me that a larger unit was supposed to be available the following day and she said she would let me know when it was. At 9:30 the next morning I got an email confirming my reservation for the larger unit and I was very happy! Cynthia was very diligent and willing to explain everything in detail. The customer service was great at this location!!

The staff that works here has always been attentive and helpful, but the current staff, Sarah and Cynthia, are the most friendly yet! They really make you feel like you are an important customer. Cynthia and Sarah were and are always very helpful whenever I need to add a unit or find one in a another city. They are the best Public Storage employees I have ever known. I needed a storage unit immediately and was accommodated with the exact size, clean, ready to occupy at this location. The staff is phenomenal, the location was perfect for me and the unit was immaculate. The area is completely safe day or night and well lit. The facility is kept clean, carts are available and any maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely fashion. Overall our experience was 5+++. I would go back again should I need a storage unit in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Public storage is always clean. i feel very safe when Im droppong things off or going through my storage day or night.

Stopped by today to get my unit to store a few items. Kimberly was helping me through the process of checking in and discussing the best options, she was very professional and friendly. The storage units are very clean and the best part is that each floor as a different access code.

When we visited, the facility was being rewired for an upgrade to their security systems, which is impressive already, with cameras even in the elevator. The facility is clean and well-lit by motion-sensor lights. We were glad to find that not only is the location temperature-controlled, but it is also pest-controlled. Cynthia and Sarah are cheerful, efficient, professional, and courteous. Cynthia showed us a 10x13, a 10x15, and a 10x20 just so we could visually compare the size differences before making up our minds on the 10x15. She also looked up pricing for us and was able to get us the internet price, saving us on monthly rental costs, all of this in less than 20 minutes, and we did not feel rushed. We were in and out in about 30 minutes with a signed contract and glad that one of our big goals for the day was done so pleasantly. Thank you Cynthia for your great service. You are a great representative for Public Storage!
