I just rented a storage space with Mark. This is such a convenient facility for me and Mark is such a thorough and thoughtful representative for this place! He made it easy and got me set up in no time! Ive been thinking of doing this for a while! Im so glad I did it!

I am thrilled with Studebaker Self Storage, Marc and his team are indispensable. We frequently have deliveries sent here and knowing that its secure, safe is a huge benefit. I get an email letting me know they put the package in my unit. They understood my needs and when a better unit opened up for me they made sure I knew and helped me get transferred. I cant thank them enough.

Studebaker Storage is awesome. The location is good for Longbeach customers and most importantly customer service is excellent. The Manager Marc went out of his way to accommodate me and my special requests even before I signed up for the storage unit. I highly recommend them for your storage requirements. 👍

First experience with a storage unit company and pretty painless. Never anyone there to bother me. The gate is automatic with a code you setup and youre free to do your business.

Mark was very helpful and professional over the phone. I would definitely recommend their services to others looking for storage in Long Beach.

It took 20 minutes and the credit card reader still did not work.Other than that things were good. Not sure I should have to pay $25 admin fee when I had to come back a second time...

We love this storage facility. We even drive many miles out of our way to store our stuff at Studebaker Storage (and we go often). The reason we drive out of our way is simple......the staff. They are so customer-friendly and take care of every request with a smile. Marcus and Nate really try to help in anyway they can. It’s a little hard to find but once you do, you will find a friendly, clean and secure facility. Highly recommended (if you can’t tell already tell). 😊

Amazing customer service !! She was nice, kind, fast. I went from parking, seeing the unit, signing contracts, getting my lock, and back on my way in less them 20 min.Highly recommended! And it’s right off the freeway 😎

Actually i dont have any business with you guys, i just when to pick up a freight from one of yours customers and when i arrive i spoke to the guy in charge and he was so nice he tried the best to help me out, unfortunately i had to wait for the customer.But i recommend anyone to do business whit you.

It was my first time renting a storage space and so I was a bit nervous, but Mark was very cheerful and helpful, and even made me laugh. He took care of all of the details. Great customer service. The storage areas are very clean and well maintained. I’m so glad I chose Studebaker Storage. I actually look forward to going there. He even waved goodbye as I drove away. Overall it was was an excellent experience.

I have been more than pleased with the service Studebaker Self Storage has provided. On my first visit, after traveling over 6 hours in the car and attempting to store my boat, I arrived after closing. Nevertheless, Mark at the front desk waited for me and helped me find my space, execute my paperwork, and get everything settled. It was obvious Mark could have left well before my arrival but he chose to stay and help me out. I was beyond grateful and hope others have a similar experience.

Studebaker Self Storage came highly recommended to me and I wholeheartedly agree. Marc helped me figure out a storage unit and he was extremely professional and helpful. The storage units are clean and fresh and I like the fact that they have wood floors vs cement. I requested a few palettes and they were brought to my unit.I am very happy with the service and happy I chose Studebaker Self Storage and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to store their items.

Mark in the office was terrific in helping me decide which unit to rent. The facility is easy to access and getting started with a unit was very quick. I like how the units are outside and you can drive right up. The fact that rental is a month to month is another bonus. Glad I got a unit at Studebaker Storage!

Mark (at the front desk) is such a kind gentleman. Explained everything to the tee. I could not be happier as this is my first time renting a storage space. Like that the units have a key rather than padlock. This prevents someone cutting off the lock and stealing your stored items.

Mark handle everything at a professional level yet was very friendly.

My stuff is still there and the restroom was open.

Way too expensive and the entry and exit locks are on the wrong side. Also the hours are terrible. The only good thing is that it was convenient to get to.

Not impressed. Access to trash restricted. We were given false information about shredding services (told it was free to clients). Ive come to there conclusion that unless youre using the stuff you have in storage you probably dont need that stuff anyway.
