I was having discomfort in my right ear for several weeks and finally decided to do something about it. I wanted to see a Dr that specialized in hearing so I called Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus. A short visit later my issue was sorted and I’m feeling much better.

I found both the receptionist and Dr. Rudden to be very professional as well as good communicators. Dr. Rudden was able to clearly explain the results of my hearing exam and map out the various options I had for the next steps including her recommended type of hearing aid for my specific hearing loss.

Dr. Rudden was excellent. Ive had many audio tests but this was my best experience. She took a lot of time and explained the results with precision and clarity.

I am so glad I found this place! My experience was just the best experience I ever had with ANY medical related interaction! From the phone call to the reception to the procedure itself, all was superb! The front desk and the doctor made me feel at home and very relaxed (I have ear trauma), but not in a patronizing way: we can feel that they are just happy to help another human being the best way possible. Shonda (not sure if the spelling is right), the front desk lady, was very friendly and helped me with the paperwork and guiding me to where I should go, and the doctor, another extremely nice lady, encouraged me to ask questions before, during and after the procedure. And she not only answered the questions but also showed me on a monitor screen! Awesome! But there is more: my appointment was at 4:00PM and at 4:27 I was in my car driving home completely satisfied with the experience and telling my wife about it. She got so impressed herself that she is calling for an appointment pretty soon. Im really really happy and Ill recommend them to everyone. They are just awesome!

I have gone to Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center for years. I would give them 5 stars every time. Everyone is warm, friendly and very competent. Dr. Rudden is attentive and respectful. Having hearing aids can have its challenges. DAnne always understands the problem and has a solution.

Short Story: I highly recommend these guys. Nothing but good things to say.Long Story: I experience constant tinnitus and have been diagnosed with Menieres. Due to these challenges I try to stay on top of my hearing and watch for any decline.Years ago I went in to the Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center to have custom ear plugs made. They were patient and understanding, walking me through everything I would experience and gave me time to adjust when I was overwhelmed with the sensations. Even 9 or so years ago I would have hightly recommended them to anyone.I’ve been coping well and moved out of state where I dealt with another hearig specialist. My dizzy spells and menieres symptoms were a huge challenge to overcome. While this company was good at their job they weren’t great at “bedside manner”.I returned to Colorado 4 years ago and have recently noticed a change in hearing. In my mind, The Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center was the only place to go. Dr. Demers was new to me. She took her time and listened to all of my questions and concerns. She even asked about the App I use to track and was patient with me and all of my long winded explanations.I highly recommend The Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center to anyone looking for a solid, caring place to trust their hearing to.

My experience with the lady doctors at the Hearing and Tinnitus Center was excellent. They did their best to be sure I had the right information about my hearing and provided me the best apparatus to help with my hearing loss. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

I had a great experience with my hearing test with Dr. Rudden. She very exact in the way she performed the hearing test. All the words were enunciated clearly and the test results showed deficiencies I didnt realize I actually have. She let me know that I need to have at home monitoring for at least a week or so; then, Dr. Rudden will give me suggestions on how to proceed if I choose to do so. I have never had an extensive hearing evaluation like this in my 74 years. I look forward to find out my results!

Im glad my doctor referred me to this practice for my first hearing test. The all-woman office was both friendly and efficient, and I felt safe with their Covid protocols. Best of all, I feel they are upfront and honest, and wont try to fit you with a hearing aid if you dont need one; I didnt. The audiologist I saw was Caney Demars, Au.D. Overall, a very good experience!

Just got hearing aids for a family member and cant believe the immediate improvement in quality of life not just for him but for us! Were not all yelling to be heard and his voice is so much more relaxed. Doctor was patient and explained everything clear. Would recommend!

We had a great experience with Dr. Rudden and Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus! My dad is beginning to experience dementia and both Dr. Rudden and her assistant Jami were very patient and kind! Dr. Rudden was able to fully explain the processes of his ear cleaning and hearing exam with ease! Her hearing test and graphed results were very easy to understand. She cleaned and cleared the blockages in my dads ears and he has had significant improvement with his hearing just from that! Dr. Rudden also gave my dad a few different options for hearing aids as he has significant hearing loss in both ears and she made the process very simple for us! What a great appointment today with Dr. D’Anne Rudden today. She did a thorough job of evaluating my hearing loss. She recommended some additional cognitive testing which was very insightful. Recommendations were made for hearing devices. The Oticon hearing aids are much more automatic, connect to my phone, and do require batteries, but utilizes a charger.

The staff was great and Dr.Demars was so professional.She did numerous testing, and explained the results and treatments that would be beneficial for me. I would highly recommend this center.

Excellent communication by Dr DAnne Rudden. I’ve had 2 other hearing tests over my life and hers was by far the best ever. I highly recommend visiting with her, even if you are just beginning to have hearing loss. She didn’t push me into super expensive hearing aids but talked about a couple over-the-counter options for my specific situation. I’m just starting to have some loss and tinnitus and she was fantastic.

I have been seeing Dr. Rudden for a few years now. She and her staff have always been kind, friendly, and very helpful. I had a hearing aid that lost a wire that helps it stay in my ear, plus my aids needed cleaning. During Covid times, I called and they had me come by. A staff member met me at the door, took my hearing aids and cleaned them while I waited in the car. When they were done, they brought my hearing aids out to me, took payment, and I was on my merry way. I will continue using Dr. Rudden for all my future hearing aid needs.

She explained every step of the process. She discussed the results with me afterward, and I was on my way. Her report was posted in their portal and forward to my PCP and ENT within 2 hours.
