Was looking for a new (to me) shop to mount and balance some tires. Ive dealt with 2 other mechanics in town and did not want to go back to them after some not so great experiences. Googled, saw the reviews and called them up. Jordan was professional, friendly, and pleasure to work with and had them done that day even though theyre slammed. I found out theyre moving to Santa Fe which stinks but they will be by go to shop for all my vehicles regardless from now on. Thanks!

Jordan is busy, busy, busy! Its because he has the best auto repair shop in town. I have had several occasions to take vehicles there. The workmanship is good and he is honest at a level seldom seen in auto repair shops. His prices are fair. This is my goto place for maintaining my 19 year old Lincoln Town car and my 1997 Land Rover Defender 90.

Quick, friendly, honest and reliable service. I recently took my vehicle there when my air conditioner gave out. Even though they were extremely busy, they had my ac running again by the next morning. I had been here years ago and was also happy then. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else.

Went to solve my gear shifting issue but couldnt solve it rather received a bill of $700 for repairing oil leakage and incomplete transmission fluid change. Problem not solved at all.

This is hands down the best shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. Jordan and his crew work fast and are honest. Theyve never tried to upsell me on something I dont need. They also provide legitimately friendly customer service. Highly recommended if youre in the area.

Service is top notch. You can always trust that the work was done correctly with the right parts. Theyll talk through problems with you and help you troubleshoot, only get parts you need and only do work they need to and you want done. Theyre fast, accommodating, and they do a good job, full stop.Its a breath of fresh air not to be upsold on a million things and then have shoddy work done. Theyre a true Mom and Pop joint, bit pricier than the competition but damn is it worth it to not have them save a buck that costs me hundreds later.

The most professional and pleasant automotive place Ive ever dealt with. Jordan was amazing to work with and my dented fender and headlight were fixed promptly and the prices were extremely fair. They changed my oil and let me know about some issues with my sway bar that I was unaware of. Excellent service and a wonderful crew!

I CANNOT say enough about how great Professional Automotive is!! They bent over BACKWARDS to make sure we got the best service and the best price. Our car was misdiagnosed by another repair shop and Jordan and his guys found and fixed the two (real) problems with our vehicle, even giving us a discount for the confusion!!! Jordan even offered to let us use his personal car until they could get to our vehicle, and then did everything they could to get our car fixed in just one day! I am visiting Low Alamos area from South Dakota to help a friend recovering from surgery, and found a crack in one of my front tires. After seeing the great reviews, I drove in, and Jordan was looking at my tire within just a few minutes. He made the sensible suggestion that to be safe, the better tires should be rotated to the front until I can get two new tires. He said they could do the rotation within twenty minutes, which they did, and the price was very fair. The prompt service was not due to lack of business, as three other customers came in while I was there. Prompt, competent, professional, friendly, courteous, what more can I say - I gave his card to my friend.

Wonderful experience! Immediate and very friendly service! I will definitely come back with any future car issues.

I was in town for an event and my car started overheating and simultaneously the alternator decided to die. Luckily they were open on a Saturday. Despite not having an appointment, they were able to take a look at the car and volunteered to stay open past their closing time to fix both problems. Friendly and reasonable prices. I am incredibly grateful.

After being punked for a fraudulent repair by the big name auto repair shop in town I found Jordan at Automotive Professionals. These guys are great! Never did I get the feeling they were trying to scam me. My interaction with them was honest, professional and they gave me the impression they really cared. I have since taken all of my vehicles here for tires and other repairs and I will continue to do so. They have delivered in finding the best cost effective options for all of the repairs and I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything extra or unnecessary. The repair costs have been very reasonable and completed in a timely manner. If you are looking for an knowledgeable, honest, repair garage, this is it!

Left the car there for a rough idle problem. They had it for 2 weeks before looking at it. They did get it fixed eventually, so I cant say they dont know what they are doing, they are just slow at getting it done.
