Unethical business owner. This store is completely run down and filthy. The customer service is terrible. They are clearly paying for fake reviews online.

Upon entering,I was greeted by an exceptionally polite and happy man. Let us sample candies too. Would highly recommend as I left extremely satisfied,would go again.

Cozy little shop and its very well maintained. When we were there the Summer staff was being trained and the trainer was doing a great job. They have all the standard flavors and some fun ones too. Check your receipt for great offers. Theres parking in the back with a back entrance. The outdoor seating is also a nice touch.

The ice-cream was good and their employee was friendly. The location was good and the place was well-kept. The price was reasonable.

If you expect to use the Los Altos HS Eagle Card at this store be careful how you order because the the guy serving (Jim) is very petty and pedantic.The card says that if you buy one scoop then you get one scoop free - a good deal - so I thought Id take the team Id been coaching for a celebratory ice-cream. I told the team about the offer so that they could have two scoops for the price on one.However, when I met Jim at the counter he said that two scoops in one container meant a double and did not qualify for the offer, so you had to pay for a double. To qualify for the offer you had to take two single scoops in separate containers and then you only have to pay for one scoop. Ive rarely heard of a more ridiculous policy and totally ungreen as you need double the cartons.The ice-cream was good though and the team loved their treat.

This is ice cream parlor never fails at getting it right. They have all the best flavors. Sometimes during summer theres a line out the door.

I bought ice cream but their was lice in the ice cream and i knew it wasn’t my lice because i don’t snitch so it was a very bad experience i would not recommend if you don’t want lice.

Great selection of ice-cream flavors.. and for the sugar conscious: they have a few sugar free options.. (splenda based) that are quite good too.
