Marshal was great. He went above and beyond and helped me choose the right storage size. Great smile and up beat person.

Last week we had a family emergency and needed to get some items into storage fast, and boy do I mean quickly, but with just 20 minutes worth of notice Storquest had us set up. Not only that but they noticed it was the last unit of that size they had available and offered to hold it for us. The gentleman at the counter was really helpful and polite.

This company is one of the best storage units Ive ever been with. The staff is friendly helpful and always available when I need answers to any of my questions. The maintenance is excellent and the area is clean. Its easy to come back and forth whenever I need to, and theres no worry for me about potential theft or break-ins,because of the lock system they use. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs a place to store their goods.

I came looking for a place to store my things in the near future. It is close by my home and Stephanie helped me out, was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Came here same day needing the biggest storage unit they have & they set us up right way even the day before Christmas Eve. Isabel at the front desk made signing up super quick and easy for us & Damon helped us out as well and told us all about the units and the best way to pull in our trailer and load everything easily. We moved everything from our three bedroom home in one day & they helped us get all of our things in, within two hours. Great customer service we were super happy with it.

When I got to the StorQuest Self Storage I had chatted with the staffer who explained in detail what was available and the services provided. He set me up to hold the unit I was interested in and a few days later I got the unit. The day I arrived to get the unit officially, they were a man down, with the regular staffer out and the front desk was being covered by their maintenance man, who tried his dang best to take care of me... without hesitation he called in a manager who arrived quickly and with barely a wait, I had my unit and was ready to pack my stuff in their space.Entry and exit is a breeze, the hours are clear as a bell as to when you can come and go, and they have cameras ALL OVER THE PLACE.Its a top-notch run organization and this location in Los Banos was quite the great experience.

All I can say is this... Marshall is so dope! He ALWAYS goes above and beyond with any questions, concerns or needs while I store my personal belongings at Storquest! It’s good to know my stuff is at a clean facility that cares about its customers!! Always friendly and willing to help!

Employees very nice. Love their accessibility, including when coming from afar. Very flexible and well maintained. Very clean and love the reminder calls when I happen to forget my payment date, they call ahead of time so we wont get charged the late fee. Always will recommend them to family and friends.

I have used your facility and encouraged many to use your storage facility. I was referred and told to ask for marshal. It was a pleasure to meet him. When ever I go to my unit he makes it a point to say hi. I am retired and disabled veteran. I also had a very successful business which I later sold to a NFL football player. Marshall is a great manager. He takes his job very seriously . If he was not there I would probably not be there. His helper is also a great guy.

Great Storage Facility. We have a storage there through work, and every time we go there its always well maintained and very clean. The bellman Damon is always a great help anytime we have a question he is always right there to help. Its nice to go to a place where the staff is friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the customer service given to me by Marshall Parker, Sales Manager at the. Los Banos office on Mercy Springs Road. The gentleman was very informative and efficient in all aspects of his job. Very people oriented and a great employee who makes time for the customers at all times as I observed while he handled customers that were ahead of me as well as myself. You need more people like him because I also was helped by another employee who seemed too busy to help with issues I questioned and had to return again to get assisted by Mr Parker. WOW! I have been dealing with Storage Quest for YEARS from out of town. Marshall, who seems to run the place is fabulous, you would think he owned the stuff in storage, he cares that much. Recently, they hired property management company.....I thought that was the end of the personalized care from Marshall. I was wrong. We had a big problem with the unit and my elderly mother paying it on time, by the time, I got to it, it was out of control. I called Property Management and I felt like I was talking to my sister.
