Frank and the staff have always been helpful and courteous, always going the extra mile. But when Covid hit, they really stepped it up. Always calling and checking in, asking how they can help. I have been a customer of Willmott Self Storage for a little over a year. The management Frank & Barbara are amazing. The facility is clean, they do constant checks of the facility and if I ever oversight on locking my unit correctly, they give me a call immediately so I can head over and correct. I originally rented a very small unit which worked well and when I needed a much larger facility they accommodated my need with no problem. I did price other facilities before selecting Willmott and this was by far the best and with customer service of management glad I decided to go with them! They get 5 stars from us!!!

First of all, before you go into a storage you need to talk to the people who run it, first comes Frank which is who helped me out, he is really cool and down to earth guy, hes not a oh yea let me take your money kind of person, Barbara is such a sweet lady as well, and always cleaning, theyre definitely the right people to run this storage facility! Now the units themselves are also very clean you dont see trash as youre driving in which is a nice feature considering so many fields around LB causing debris. Over all Ive been very pleased by the services Ive received here!

My mother and I have had our things stored here since 2018, and we have been nothing but more than pleased with Frank and Barbara and their facility. Everything is always nice and clean and Frank is very attentive with the units security. If I ever forget to slide the lock or completely latch the lock he makes sure to call and let me know as soon as he notices. Willmott Self Storage is the cleanest facility I have ever kept a storage at. I felt my belongings were safe, as the staff would do daily rounds to make sure the units were properly locked and secure and notified you if they werent. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. This is the storge facility I would definitely return to when I need extra space for my personal belongings. Simply put; Frank rocks! Long story short: I experienced a problem with the business website, involving a double payment. I initially dealt with another employee of the company (who was very nice), but likely new to the job. Unfortunately, because of which, a week later, the problem persisted. I later spoke with Frank, who first of all, listened, without interruption to my now drawn-out story. (A rarity in customer service these days). Once I was done telling my story, it took Frank less than 7 minutes to research the problem, call me back, and send me a receipt for my transaction, solving the problem completely. This was not the first time that Ive received this type of excellent service from Frank. This is however, the first time that Ive written an on-line review - FOR ANYTHING, as I am a keep it moving type of guy. Needless to say, Franks pat on the back was long over-due. l would recommend this business to anyone (in no small part), thanks to Franks excellent customer service skills.

Willmott Self Storage is the best storage place in Los Banos. They will always work with you on payment. Also when i first got my storage they were full but he let me know that a person was moving out an got ahold of me asap so i could move my stuff in. Definitely a 5 star establishment.

The folks at take care of Willmott self storage Could not be more friendly and professional they took care of us beyond expectations. During rain storms Frank the manager would out of his way to call me and tell me that he was getting the water off the cover of our boat and cinching it down so when you get blown away I’ve never had service like that. Almost makes me wish I had something to store there again.

After checking several of the storage facilities in town, I chose Willmott Self Storage. The management has been fantastic in helping me with my storage needs. STOP!!!!!!....Do not rent your vehicle from this location!!!!!I was charged a fuel charge when I returned my truck after hours even after I filled the gas tank to the EXACT level I drove off their lot with, they STILL charged me for fuel. After I called the corporate and local #s they refused to refund me the money stating that it was essentially my word against the employee who checked in the truck the following morning. Meaning I was out not only the fuel charge, but the money I spent to refuel before returning the truck....VERY SHADY.... I will never rent from U-Haul or this location again. It wasnt even really about the money, it was just the principal of the thing, leaving me no recourse...I would suggest if you do still rent from this location that you snap a picture of the fuel tank reading prior to dropping the vehicle off...BIGTIME RIPOFF!!!!!! Dont do it!!
