Extremely easy to setup. The Tech was awesome! He called and let me know what his timeline was looking like throughout the day. We werent home so I left my truck unlocked. He did an incredible job and he even locked my truck up without me even asking. He was awesome and the whole experience situation went flawless

I contacted my insurance online about a major chip in my windshield and scheduled my appointment through the insurance website. Once I arrived, the work was fast and thorough. They even vacuumed my floor before returning my truck with no additional calls with the insurance company. Very smooth and easy experience.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. A lot of times you can make an appointment for the same day even for a complete windshield replacement. They even accidentally cut a hidden wire for my auto start and fixed it professionally and without any hassles at all.

Went in on a Monday to get pricing and find out when my windshield could be replaced. The following day I took my car in at 8:00am and was on the road with a new windshield in just over an hour. Great price and even better service! If I ever need another windshield this is the only place Id consider going to! Niko (sorry if I misspelled) was great to work with, very courteous and easy to work with.

True story: Literally less than one day since I purchased my brand new SUV, I get a rock chip in my windshield driving on the 34 between Loveland and Greeley. Worried about the expected below-freezing temperatures that evening causing further cracking, I raced over the Safelite without an appointment. Nico was extremely empathic to my circumstance; without hesitation, he found a way to fit me into their schedule that day and then got me in and out in no time. The window looks far better now and Nico 100% has earned my business for all of my cars moving forward.

Showed up a few minutes late but they were understanding. Had to fill 2 small cracks. Was a quick and painless process. Was out the door in less than 30 minutes.

They came to my home, and the glass replacement was done by someone who obviously knew what he was doing. Nice job. Only one complaint, but not enough to reduce to 4 stars: I was supposed to have a new E-470 transponder put on my new windshield. Probably forgot. No biggie, but some time wasted doing it from scratch with E-470.

I have used Safelite before, without issue, but this time the experience was bad enough to get me to write a negative review. I scheduled replacement of my windshield the first time for June 22. Safelite showed up with the wrong glass. They removed my windshield, further cracking it, then put it back in when they realized they had the wrong glass. Now the car is not usable. No big deal, rescheduled for June 25th. They show up June 25th but do not have all the seals needed to install new glass, so they reschedule for July 10th. Since I cannot use the car I asked for a quicker timeline and was scheduled for July 7th. Now I get a call that they still do not have the correct seals and cannot make it today, but they can come back Friday. All this time without the use of my car, or any sense of urgency to make things right. Absolutely horrible service, and seemingly no one there cares about the terrible experience or inconvenience they have caused me. I highly recommend using someone else, Anchor may be a better choice in Loveland area.

Really good service. They finished my chip repair in half the time theyd quoted, and the technician took the time to check for discounts for my particular insurance, halving the quoted price. The technician was professional and respectful. The fix is recent so I have yet to see how well it holds up over time, but is doing well so far. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had such a good experience! I went to just get a chip repair and not only did they do great on that you can barely see anything but they went the extra mile and vacuumed my front floors!! I was so amazed that made my day! Such a little thing but leaves such a good impact!

I always take my vehicles here to get my windshields replaced. Nicco was very friendly and informative. He even was able to stabilize my rear view mirror that has been wiggly for years! The entire staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome while I waited for my car. Thank you so much so much for another wonderful job!

Very happy with my new windshield. Installation was super quick and Niko mentioned when I picked it up that he believed there was a dead animal in my engine compartment. I assumed the funky smell in my garage was chicken in my trash can. I went home and investigated and found a dead bunny. So THANK you Niko for pointing that out. I spent 30 mins trying to free the petrified stuck bunny from my bottom engine cover. I worked up such an appetite that I had to run down the road and get a Mountain Dew and some crab legs. Thanks again guys!!!

I was wary of getting overcharged when I stopped in to Safelite to get an opinion on my broken window (Honda Civic, window fell inside door). I was beyond surprised when specialist Nico offered to take a look at the end of his workday on a Friday. Not only did he take a look, but he went ahead and fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg. His kindness and willingness to give some extra time to resolve my issue restored my faith in humanity. Mckaylin (sp?) at the front desk also gave friendly and compassionate service. It was a tough week for me and they totally turned it around. Not often you can say that when you take your car to get serviced! Ill definitely be back. Thanks, guys!

Unbelievable customer service. I have a 1990 Toyota truck on which the door glass weather stripping has shrunk causing neither window to roll up completely. I stopped by the Loveland Safelite just to see what kind of glue they might recommend to keep the weather stripping in place. They pulled my truck in while I waited and fixed both doors on the spot. Best of all was that the technician refused payment saying it was just a small job.I have used Safelite about 6 times in the past and I would never think of using another auto glass company.

Wow! The guys at Safelight were really awesome. They replaced my windshield quickly, and even vacuumed my car. There was a small discrepancy about the estimate, so they threw in some windshield wipers for free - I ended up paying less than the original estimate! I would highly recommend Safelight!

What a horrendous experience. 10 days after my new windshield was installed, a stress fracture happened. It started as what looked like an inch long black thread between the two sheets of glass.The manifold that contains the vents (between windshield and hood) was not properly reinstalled, and the glass appears to be defective. I can fit my fingernail in between the two layers of glass on the side that is cracked, also the side with the improperly installed manifold. On the other side, it is obvious that the glass is two pieces but very well fused and you can’t feel the line between them at all.Called Safelite, actually called Dennis, their regional manager. Got a phone call back from a woman named Mary, who brushed off that one of their employees may have improperly installed something. Mary also talked over me throughout the entire phone call, was non-chalant that I had expressed a concern, and then couldn’t schedule anything closer than 2 weeks out. (I am still waiting on a call back from Dennis, we’ll see if that happens.)Before installation, safelite told me twice that the vehicle has a rain sensor, and a lane departure sensor that needs to be recalibrated. When the tech was done, he said the windshield did not need recalibration because our truck does not have those features.I called a different glass company who my insurance works with. Desiree, the gal who booked my new appointment with Premiere Auto Glass, told me the VIN of the truck (which safelite never asked me for?) says that a new windshield does indeed need to be recalibrated because we do have those features. So this just seems like laziness on the part of the tech, and I was his last stop of the day.I am fortunate - I have a $0 deductible for comprehensive work. Two windshields in two weeks is $0 to me, but Safelite scammed my insurance company.TL;DR - if you want to speak with someone who will talk over you, not listen to your concerns, and just try to get you off the phone as soon as possible...THEN have an unqualified tech install your new windshield incorrectly....THEN not uphold any warranty they claim they offer...Safelite is who you’re looking for!

Went to Safelite on Thursday to order a replacement windshield. They said they could do it done Friday at the shop or come to the house on Saturday between 12:00 and 5:00 pm. Took the insurance information, looked at the car, thought we were set to go on Saturday at the house. They called Friday afternoon asking us to bring it to the shop because they would have to calibrate the eyesight for an Outback. We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 8:00 a.m. Arrived Monday, the glass hasnt there at the shop. We had to wait for over an hour for the glass to be delivered, then installed. Over two hours. Then the battery died because the tech left the door open. Not happy.

Poor workmanship!!!!!!! Flash forward one year, on my way out to Colorado my windshield gets a stone chip again but it spread figuring that I would hey back what I paid the previous year and hey a new window, all that was a bust I was told it would be a Ford replacement, what was installed was the cheapest piece of glass made and my insurance was billed for OEM glass, after I had the windows done they informed me that it would be extra for OEM glass now 635 dollars for the glass was steep but wanting more for OEM was out of line when other local glass companies charge about half of the safelite glass price and also do insurance work, on the end safelite will never see my business again, and I will never give them a recommendation for any work including clean bugs off of a piece of glass, do yourself a favor call anyone else!
