I really like this dealership. The service entry is set up nice. They have a large waiting area with television, free wifi, and free beverages. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly. I feel very comfortable with the service provided by this dealership.

Was in a situation with my used car that I purchased a couple of years ago, where fixing it was going to cost a lot. I inquired about leasing where I started my experience with Kirk. Kirk was great and easy to get a hold of. Leasing then turned into buying where I was then dealing with Ryan in finance. Both gentlemen made the whole experience easy, breezy and fast. Unbelievably happy with your service!!!

I used the Value Trade In tool on their website and was emailing back and forth with the manager. Because of the crazy car market in July of 2021, the manager said, We need your current vehicle. We are offering top value right now whether you trade or just sell it to us!We agreed that I would come in the next day for an appraisal.After coming in, I worked with someone under the manager to obtain an appraisal. He seemed disinterested to work with me from the start, wasnt very friendly, and seemed annoyed that I was there. Regardless, I was still trying to sell my vehicle.They looked over my vehicle, ran some numbers and came back to where I was sitting. He simply told me, We do not have a market for your vehicle right now but will call you if we do. No offer; not even a low-ball. Not at all what I was expecting.So I wasted my afternoon taking off work to come to a dealership for an answer over an email that could have prevented me from wasting my time. Seems like a poor way to conduct business and retain or attract new customers.

Over the last couple of years the quality and service of my local dealer simply disappeared. So I felt I had to go looking. There was a local oil change shop in my town, that was offering free top offs on your washer fluid. They had also decided to top off my DEF fluid, but instead of putting it in my DEF tank they put it in my diesel tank. Before I got a block down the road the truck breaks down. I call a tow truck and also the Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet to let them know what had happened. They were so friendly and great to work with, by the time I had got to the dealership, they already had a loaner car ready for me to take and keep for the night. Josh, one of the service managers was awesome! He stayed in great contact with me and fortunately my truck didnt have any damages to the engine and I had my truck fixed and back to me within 48 hours. This was some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They treated me great and would highly recommend Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet dealership and service center to anyone. I did take my truck back there a week later to have new tires put on it and Mallory was who I worked with and that was also a great experience. Mallory had my truck in and out of there in no time and accommodated me with everything I needed while my truck was getting worked on. Went in from Berthoud to get a key replacement and brought the requisite material. Once I arrived I was informed the system was down and was told to return the next day. Thats a long drive.*Updated review after Scott called and apologized. Very rare that someone takes the time to call to do that. Guy at the service area was apologetic as well. I believe they took $5 off the total for the inconvenience.

His credit score is also the high 700’s. We bought a truck from a different company, one who did not mock us as your company did. When you could not help us, you told us that when we hit the lotto to give you a call. The salesman was offensive and humiliating. My fiancée called to complain to the manager, but could not even get a return call. Your company is never going to see a penny from me or anyone I know if I can help it. You were very willing to look at my car. The dealership I bought it from, and the salesman, was not willing to do anything. Once I paid cash for the Malibu, they were done with me. I would have bought my car from you if you would have had the color I wanted. I suggest that when you get inquiries for a car you dont have, you figure out a way to get that car for the buyer.

I first off would like to say that this is by far the best dealership around. I have been to various dealerships over the past two years in attempt to get a problem fixed on my car. I got the usual response from most dealerships about the issue being normal or bring it back when it gets worse. This dealership immediately agreed that something was wrong with my car and took the extra step of bringing in an engineer to get it fixed. It ultimately ended up needing a new torque converter at 52K miles. The warranty took care of this repair but I cannot thank this dealership enough for their efforts. If it would have gone on another few months, the warranty would have expired and the bill would have been on me. I would like to personally thank Josh (Service Manager) and Travis (Service Advisor) for all they have done. Thank you!

I ended up having a brand new car with much lower payment because my loan interest is way lower and the new car has a sale price which makes it lower than the truck I traded in, plus they gave me a great price for the trade in. I didn’t expect to have a brand new car at the payment at all. Me and my wife are so happy. Definitely my place to shop cars now.

I bought a chevy colorado here 4 months ago. I sent them an invoice and asked if they could match and they came back with a reasonable offer. It was truly no hassle, and the car is fantastic. It has everything I wanted and nothing I dont. I just brought it in for a complimentary oil change and they went above and beyond - washed it, tripped the tire pressure, etc

Almost 3 hours of wait time for an oil change and basic safety inspection.

Dealership performed well but had to wait for 2 years to get the car. I would say Im not happy with GMs performance on getting the car to me.

We have never felt more comfortable buying a car. The staff is personable and trustworthy without being pushy. Our family will not be going anywhere else.
