I went in to check a leak in my tire. Not only were they able to patch it, they pulled my car around, started my A/C for me, helped me with my stroller, and waited while I put my daughter in the car. Garretts grubhub driver here. I just drove 30 miles to get your employee food during a busy time of day and was speedy with the delivery. My main issue is I didnt receive any tip what so ever. Im not sure if any of you have worked delivery or waiting tables but we live off of the tips. Very sad that this is called Family Tire Pros, should just be Tire Pros. Absolutely astonishing.

Went in for what I thought was a simple tire repair due to a nail. I asked if they might be able to rotate my tires and do an oil change if possible, but knew it would be a long shot due to not having an appointment. Got a call a couple hours later stating the oil change was done, but unfortunately my tires were too bald to repair. They had to order tires in as they did not have the ones my car takes in stock. They got them in same day and I had my car back by the end of the day ready to go for a long road trip. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area, super friendly and helpful!

Absolutely brilliant service. Needed to get all four tires replaced in a hurry yesterday after a flat left me stranded. They’re tricky tires to find but Garrett had them in stock and had me drive straight over. There were a few cars ahead of me but, even so, everything was finished in about two hours! Garrett was so very helpful and friendly, talked to me about the range of services that I had no idea that they offered and we set up an appointment for my son’s car this weekend! I will be going back to Family Tire for ALL my vehicle needs from now on - so glad I found this place.

Rico and his crew at Grease Monkey were so great. We had an emergency coming down the canyon to where our car started chugging and was being scary. We were coming here for our oil change anyway but they got us right in, it wasnt something they could take care of so they got us over to Family Tire Pros, Garrett, Dustin and Jon were so wonderful! Went in for a tire going flat. They fixed my tired and didn’t charge me a thing! They finished within the time frame they gave me. They were able to see me right away. Both gentlemen I spoke to were super friendly and helpful.

Went in for an oil change and a brake inspection so I could get my tires rotated. After coming back an hour later they gave me no tire rotation and a $2500 quote to replace my “extremely” bad breaks. Told me they would rotate my tires when I got the brakes changed. They told me my rotors were bad and acted like my breaks were almost gone. Currently having my boyfriend change the brakes and the rotors are in perfect condition. The brakes are ready to be changed but they are not anywhere near as bad as I was told. Only thing I should have been quoted for was brake pads. But going in as a female in a wheelchair with my small son they tried to get an unneeded $2500. Costed $120 at autozone. Very disappointed with being taken advantage of. I have pictures of the two front rotors the driver side they said was the worst.

I highly recommend Family Tire! I took my car in for a flat tire, which they fixed for free, but they also noticed that all my dashboards lights were on. I wasn’t too worried as they had been on for awhile and the car seemed to be running fine. They said they were worried it could be a safety issue and asked me to let them do a full inspection for free. They completed this and did some minor repairs which they didn’t charge me for. Everything was explained to me and they weren’t pushy at all. I’m taking my car here for everything from now on!

Needed tire checked because I was leaking air and also rotated. It was explained to me mag chloride can build up causing the bead to break. Very information and friendly and open. To top it off, the final cost was nothing! His recommendations were spot on with my vehicle and I will start getting those repaired, through them.

The entire crew went above and beyond when we got stranded on a road trip! They were very honest about repairs and extremely transparent when doing anything and had no issue explain things to me 3 or 4 times when I didn’t understand them. Garrett was amazing and I feel like I’ve gained a personal friend there! He called and spoke to my family and mechanics from back home without any hesitation. This man truly was a life saver and even took us in when our funds ran short for a hotel room. The entire staff was kind and understanding. I cannot brag enough about them and it almost temps me to move 950 miles so I can have honest and trustworthy work done to my car! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

New In town. Flat tire?This is the place to go.I visited Family Tire Pro because I was getting a notification that one of my tires was loosing pressure. They quickly took care of the problem and didnt make any work until they showed me the source of the problem that was a nail close to the tire wall.Normally that will require a new tire but they first told me and gave me the warning that they will attempt to fix it and if that didnt work they will suggest a new tire. Most places they will only suggest a new tire.Now dont be fooled by the name they not only do tire service and you should consider them. While I waited they took care of customer calls and you could see the care taken and how professional they are.

I recently hit something that was launched at me from the open bed trailer in front of me and it ripped my tire open. I was nearby the Loveland location and went in their hoping they could help me. The gentlemen were all extremely friendly, kind and helpful. They put my spare tire on and got me on my way very quickly (I had purchased my tires from a different establishment, and they were under warranty so I had to go there to have the tire replaced). Garett was so friendly, professional and kind and he went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs!!

Excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in the door. It was a busy weekday during the late morning. I was greeted promptly and waited maybe a single minute. Came in for an alignment and balance and ended up needing a bit more than that. They have a nice waiting area with refreshments to make the wait easier. The skilled suspension mechanic diagnosed the problems with my ride and was able to swiftly fix them that same day in just a couple hours or so. Overall, I couldnt ask for a better first visit, considering the circumstances. Will definitely be back with any future issues and would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent automotive service at a very reasonable price.

This Family Tire is the best I been to. They did everything to help with my car and I trust their work. Lewis has great customer service and helped out so much. He is very genuine and is great. All the workers were great. They were honest and had the best intentions for my car which you dont find a lot. I will definitely come back and I definitely recommend coming to this Family Tire.

After just two visits to this shop, I feel like I can trust the folks here with my car. After purchasing a set of tires using the Snap credit offered in-store, I walked away satisfied with the price, speed of service, and professionalism of the staff. A month or so later I happened to pick up a nail in one tire so I returned to have it patched. They went above and beyond in ensuring that I got back on the road as quickly as possible. Since my car was already there, I had them check and repair my AC system along with a transmission service and oil change. I feel like they were honest with me In their assessment of which services I needed soon and which could wait - I didn’t feel like I was being ‘sold’ on anything or pressured into any decisions. I’d feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone.Quick tip: if you do use the Snap financing, just be sure to pay it completely within the 100 day no-interest period. Otherwise, interest will be very high and you will end up paying 2-3times the invoiced amount. The folks at Family Tire make this very clear and upfront about this fact, another reason why I trust them!

Had a key lodged in my tire on my way to Denver. Stopped into Loveland and found this great shop that patched the tire immediately. I was able to get back on the road quick! Very good customer service and friendly staff. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire service.

This is where Ill be taking my vehicles for all maintenance I cant or dont want to do. I originally called to see if they can mount and balance 37x12.5x17 tires. Ray said he could but suggested using balance beads. I was able to get some at Napa and came down. I also asked them to do an alignment. While I was sitting and waiting in their comfortable lounge I over heard them talking to another customer about ac work. When they where done talking I asked if they would be able to change out my ac condenser fan. They said sure. I was quoted a price half that of what I was told at other garages, and all work was completed by COB. Now here is what impressed me the most. They werent able to do the alignment on my truck and that info didnt make it to the service writer so I ended up getting charged for it. The next morning I get a call from Ray explaining this and he asks me to come down so I my money could be refunded. They made a mistake and contacted me to make it right. I think I have found one of the last honest garages.

It’s so nice having a tire center efficiently located where I don’t have to cross town or get on HWY 34! Fast, friendly, and comparable prices! So glad I found this place!!! I would definitely recommend it!!!
