Went in shopping around for a new bed today. It was the second place we visited, but Im very glad to have weighed out my options! We were in and out in about 30 minutes with a brand new queen mattress, for the price of a twin, including a free adjustable base and delivery. Chloe was very polite and professional, answered all of our questions knowledgeably, and didnt push anything on us. Id definitely recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I recently went into the store to look for a mattress. The store manager Mike was there to help us out. I was so extremely pleased with our service. Mike was not pushy. He answered all of our questions. We got to try many different beds to see what exactly we liked. Buying a new bed was the best decision we could have made. We have not slept this good in so many years! Our delivery of the bed was smooth and easy. I recommend this place to anyone! Mike was so helpful! My husband and I bought our new Mattress a few months ago, and we are so happy with it. We are both sleeping better, lower back pain is gone. We have the adjustable base and its so nice being able to adjust it for comfort and convenience. Scott Baca was so helpful, we tried different firmness, until we found the perfect match for us. We also bought the sheets and pillows and they have made a huge difference too. We highly recommend going to see Scott and get your best sleep ever in 2020!

First off if I could give this store and company a negative rating I would. We purchased a mattress for our daughter for Christmas, the sales person (Michael) said the mattress would be here on a certain day to ensure it was on time for the holiday. The mattress did not show up, when I called asking where it was the sales person told me it would be in 6 days later than we were promised. He also told me that there was no way it would have ever showed up when we were told it would be there because they only receive orders one time per week. I was then told I could drive 2 hours and pick it up from the warehouse.Secondly we bought a mattress protector to ensure we didnt void our warranty on the mattress since its for my toddler who is potty training. She has had one accident and it leaked right through to the mattress and now has voided that warranty.So all in all if you want to be lied to and sold junk go ahead and spend your money here. If not I recommend going somewhere else where the employees are honest and straight forward. Thanks for nothing mattress firm 👍, Ill be spending my money at a different company from now on I really appreciate all the stress and bs I got.

Quick and easy, went into store looking for a mattress didnt really know what to look for but Mike helped us out and we found one we really liked. We spent a total of 15 min in the store and walked out with a Matress. Very pleased with the experience!

He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions that we had. I love the fact that we have 120 days to decide if this is the mattress for us, but with all of the time he spent with us trying the different models and different pillows I’m sure we made the right choice.

Overall I had a great experience with everyone that was involved with my new mattress purchase with the exception of the delivers. Mike Zeller was extremely helpful in buying my new mattress. He never pressured me in buying anything and he helped me save about 35% on the total of my mattress. I had told him that I needed a good priced item that I could finance under my companions name so that she may start building credit, he told me what he could do and how he could do it and now my companion is building credit for something more expensive like a house.Next were the movers I paid to deliver my mattress and set it up unfortunately I did not get their names. They did communicate to much about anything they were going to do or any unforeseen events that happened, they did not talk much in general. If I could I would give the movers a 3 star review. They showed up right on time and gave me a heads up call. They also were very fast in setting up my adjustable bed frame and get everything in my house safely without damaging anything. On the other hand they either broke one of the legs on my bed or just installed a broken leg on my bed either way they never told me about it which really upset me that they cant own up to what they did, I only found out because I was looking to see how everything worked on my bed and noticed the leg was bent.As soon as I noticed it I called Mike and he apologized on their behalf and told me that he would have someone out to replace it asap.Last were the guys who came out to do the repair/replacement, I also did not get their names, but I would give them a 5 star review without a second thought. When they should up they were very friendly, professional and fast. They asked what was wrong, so I told them and they immediately told me that they could easily fix it. Once they replaced the leg they made sure to gently set up everything so they would not hurt any of the legs. All while this was going on they took the time to get to know me a little and become my friends pretty much.All in all they were a wonderful company I had amazing experience with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a mattress.If anyone from Mattress Firm who helped me read this I would just like to so thank you very much I appreciate all the work you did for me.

Mark was super helpful in helping us narrow down our mattress choice. We didnt have alot of time so he efficiently answered our questions & we never felt pressured into anything other than what we were directly looking for! Appreciative that we were able to find exactly what we desired at the very first store we stepped into. They will definitely be our first choice for the next mattress purchase in a few more months!

In-store experience - 4 starsDelivery experience - 2 starsI ordered a Purple mattress from this store a few days ago. Talking with the employees in-store went well. They were knowledgeable and patient, listened to what we were looking for, and were only a little salesman-ey. My one gripe is that we left for an hour or two to do some more research, and we were told that as long as we came back by 2 pm, we would be able to get delivery next day. However, when we returned (before 2), somehow the 11 slots that were supposedly available for delivery the following day had all filled up. Not a huge deal, but it moved the delivery from a Sunday to a Monday, requiring time off of work.While the in-store experience went well, the delivery experience did not. We were called the day prior and given a two-hour delivery window of 1-3 pm. I received an automated call around 6 pm, already 3 hours past the window, stating that the drivers would be there within 30 minutes. They didnt show up until after 7 pm. No one tried to let me know that they were going to be significantly later than the quoted time, and I sat home from work all afternoon waiting for no reason.Additionally, the red carpet experience that Mattress Firm describes on their website was most definitely not what I received. The drivers didnt even bother asking if it was ok to walk through our house with their shoes on (no booties), and werent wearing gloves or anything. Im only giving the delivery 2 stars because they didnt physically break anything, but they came nowhere near the bar that the store had set.Mattress Firm supposedly guarantees the Red Carpet service and time slot, or your delivery is free. However, part of the sale that I received on the mattress included free delivery, so Im not sure I have any method of recourse for the service I received. I understand that people get behind, but 4 hours beyond the promised delivery window, with no heads up of the delay, was very frustrating.

Very Knowledgeable and Sincere Manager. Having had a bad motorcycle head-on collision I have been through 3 beds in the last year. Looking for the right one for my back. I went to four different Mattress Firm stores in the area I feel that Brian the manager at this store is the most knowledgeable person. He really helped me evaluate options as its not easy to pick out what do you think will feel good after an overnight sleep. He is truly concerned with customers and often mentions the words I just want you to be satisfied and get what you need. Plus he worked with me on the price! What more could I possibly want?

The salesperson - Brian Parker - really listened to why our previous mattress wasnt working well and was able to tell why our sleep was interrupted. Then he helped us narrow down the selection to just a few mattresses and we found the one that was just right! After years of interrupted sleep, I am no longer rolling around at night and I have now gone 4 months without waking up from lower back pain once. Now, if only there was a mattress that could keep a toddler in his bed...
