Nice pepole .....less high pressure sales the beds almost sell them selfs ....nice clean store no smells and the store was not crowded ...pleasant surprise

Gabe was a great help and no pressure, I have seen some worrisome reviews on if the delivery will be on time but the help we got in store was great

We had no problems, we were just disappointed that delivery is 6 weeks out.

Sales lady was very nice and helpful which is why Im giving 2 stars instead of 1. The bed itself (Queen base model) was not great, more of a glorified air mattress, hard to find the right sleep number and ended up just maxing it to 100 to get support. Would maybe work for a small woman? But not a larger framed man. Tried to return it after getting mid-back pain/cramps and clicking in my neck vertebrae. In order to do this you must call their return department, and well, they do not take RETURN for an answer. After several attempts, Im stuck with a $1,300+ bed, will try to sell it when I move into my next place.

Carla was amazing, well informed and shared personal preferences with each product. The store was super clean and well laid out. We were just looking for quotes the first day, there was absolutely no pressure to buy when we didn’t, they really just let the beds speak for themselves with some polite coaching. When we came back to by a couple days later they remembered exactly who we were by name. Setting up delivery was within a week. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.

Purchased our i8 less than a month ago. Didnt like it from the first night. Called Carla and tried to return it and was given the run around. Also tried to cancel the 1,900.00 headboard before it was shipped. Customer service told us it could not be returned even though it hasnt shipped yet. There was nothing stated on the receipt that items couldnt be returned. We were aware that we would have to eat the cost of the base if we were unsatisfied but not the rest. These beds feel like an air mattress and we have worse back and hip pain than before

The manager Caitlyn made picking out and buying our bed a breeze! Friendly and knowledgeable, she answered all of our questions and concerns while giving us the best deal possible. I highly recommend talking to Caitlyn if your in the market for a high quality bed!

The whole experience was personal and reassuring. I wasnt sure I would know right pressure from wrong but Carla was supportive, informative and friendly. She gave me all the time I needed to understand my needs and make the best choices.

Patty was great to deal with. Low pressure and knows more about the beds than most people know about their cars. A very clean and friendly environment. We took a total of 3 visits to make up our minds and Patty was able to help us wrap everything up. I would for sure recommend checking out the store and asking for Patty. Our bed is set to be delivered soon and we can not wait. We will be sending people to this store for the outstanding service and experience. Check back in a month to see how we like our bed

They must work on commission. Overall, not bad, but the first time I went in the store this guy was in there who looked like he just finished mowing the lawn. Not professional. The second time there were two women who were very professional. I wouldnt have bought a bed from the young man.
