I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe from Hertz Car Sales Cincinnati on 5/6/20. We worked with Rico Graves (Sales Rep) and Jeff (Finance/manager). While both of them were very pleasant while we were in to purchase the car, and I like the car I purchased, my overall experience since has been EXTREMELY disappointing and unprofessional.**PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END**1) For starters the vehicle I purchased was filthy, covered in bird poop, and dirty streaks on the outside from clearly not being washed for a while; I assumed that the vehicle would be washed and cleaned up upon purchase but apparently this common courtesy that most dealerships provide to someone spending tens of thousands of dollars is not something they offer.2) My new vehicle came with an empty gas tank, apparently Hertz (a multi-billion dollar company as Rico made sure to mention to us during the sales process) does not provide a customer spending $20k+ a tank of gas with their new car.3) After purchasing the car and signing all the contracts and documents I was only given one key. This was again something that was never mentioned or addressed during the buying process and instead of offering to pay for a second key I was informed that luckily Hertz has a key guy in once a week who could make me one for just $150 (a perk of being a customer of theirs). Finally, in spite of the car being basically new (a 2019 model year with only ~16,500 miles) and being assured by Rico that each vehicle goes through an extensive 150+ point check before they list It for sale, one of the interior cabin lights is either burned out or simply does not turn on. While this may seem like an easy fix it turns out it is not. Upon taking it to a local Hyundai dealership and a local Pep-Boys to have it looked at on 5/7/20, both have quoted at least $150 to fix the light. Pep boys even said that since I hadnt even owned the car for 24 hours I should go back to Hertz and it would be ridiculous of them to not address this issue and pay to have it fixed. I took their advice, went back to Hertz, and spoke with the manager Jeff. He informed me that since I drove the car off the lot I was out of luck and they would not help me....One thing that has stuck with me is when Rico explained to us that hes been in the industry for years and worked at numerous dealerships but he loves working at Hertz because they dont play games and dont make their customers jump through the usual hoops associated with car buying. I guess I fell for the sleazy sales tactics of a sleazy used car salesman at a sleazy dealership... Everyone is nice enough during the sales process but looking back there are tons of little things (common standard courtesies at other used car dealerships: CLEANING the car, full gas tank, extra key, POINTING OUT ISSUES/FLAWS WITH THE VEHICLE BEFORE SOMEONE BUYS, etc) that they sweep under the rug and dont address until after youve purchased the car. In closing, although I mostly enjoy my new car, in-spite of having to shell out for a car wash, tank of gas, and having an *undisclosed* broken light and missing key, my experience with Hertz has left me feeling cheated and deceived. I would not recommend Hertz Car Sales, Rico Graves, or Jeff to anyone reading this.
Just showed up and went back home with a vehicle of my choice.Mr. Rico Graves is not only a gentleman but also doesnt push customer in decision making process. He was patiently waiting for me to test drive every vehicle I wanted. He even took out a car from a showroom with no prob. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Finance person got to ask me more question to ensure I can get a best rate which he made happen. Dont go to Bussam Nissan,go to HertzCar Sale in Loveland Ohio.
No pressure sale. I had plenty of time to test drive cars over a few days. They gave me time to have the car checked by my mechanic. I knew the price was great but I was cautious. My mechanic told me he used to advise against buying rentals but not anymore. The car he said was a great deal.
This place is AWESOME!! I never knew buying a car could be so easy. This is the first time Ive experienced such an easy buy at a car lot. And the prices are such a great deal there is hardly room for haggling. Right away I felt welcomed, never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into a car I wasnt interested in. Brett and Steven were great, very nice, both were super cool and joked with us. Made you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle. I know Ill buy from here again.
Allen and Phil were AMAZING! I really had lost hope for a second but I’m really glad that they were able to work something out for me! I’m forever grateful 😭😭💛
Saw a car on-line that I liked. Read some of the bad reviews and got concerned so called before visiting. Salesman said car I wanted hadnt arrived yet (very strange) but took my info and said he would call when it arrived. A day later got notice that the cars price had been reduced (great). Next day got notice that car was no longer available. Called salesmen and he said it had been sold to a dealership. Buyer beware. They are obviously playing bait and switch here and should be avoided.
Good points: Price was good. Buying was easy. Salesperson and finance person were extremely nice and helpful. Bad points: over $230 to get a second key and no explalnation as to why, liftgate hatch mechanism broke on first day of ownership. Nissan dealership did take care of under warranty though.
Our car was totaled and we had to get a car in a flash. I filled out the out the information on Hertz.com and Kevin Eckert contacted me. He was nothing short of a hardworking, amazing sales rep. He ran around the lot looking for the best car for us, ran accident reports, double checked for discrepancies and even drove to Enterprise to pick us up after we had to drop off our rental. He stayed past his shift as long as he could and and had the BEST attitude i have ever seen in a car salesman.
Price of a car from here is great--look for lower mileage vehicles so that there is less wear and tear on the vehicle. However, stay away from the finance guy Steven. He smelled strongly of alcohol and was completely unprofessional and somewhat out of line in his comments.
Awesome experience! I was under the gun to get a new vehicle and Kevin was a very helpful sales person. He helped me look at several on the lot and suggested I take the Malibu for a drive before I settled on it as I hadnt driven a Malibu before. After I decided that was the car I wanted, they were even cool with me taking it to my mechanic to have him check it out. I had my own financing arranged through my credit union, but they actually beat it! I loved not haggling on price. I have already suggested Hertz to several of my colleagues who are or will be in the market for a new car soon!
Sadly I heard they are done for business. But my time here was quiet challenging, Staff were not very friendly, Gary helped us. He was just OK didnt got us many choices. But Was quick and got the job done
I bought my last two cars from them and their service is second to none. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need and in a relaxed manner.
Great experience, no push or high pressure. Al Blackburn was very helpful throughout the whole process. Found the exact model and color we were looking for at a very fair price!
I bought a car today and and overall the experience was not pleasant. First, the Hertz Certified Car did not have any written maintenancerecord, and the salesman tried to convince me that all members in the fleet was taken good care of by professionally. Second after I signed all the papers and was about to leave the lot, I was handed only one key by the salesman and was told to pay from my own pocket to have the second key made. My advice: be aware of tricks when you shop here!!
Now know why they ate bankrupt ... absolutely no customer focus. Even though no haggle fixed pricing, no prices posted, salesman had trouble looking up prices or features and highs lost incomplete for inventory. All cars locked, had to wait in sweltering heat while salesman went back to retrieve keys one after the other. Most had a list with mileage and mpg in side window, but difficult to impossible to read thru tinted glass. Prices seem attractive, though inconsistent. Horrible situation, gave up without buying.
Overall good experience bought a car here recently.. sales guys were great! I spoke to a Scott and Matt.. both were professional and knowledgeable.. they have a huge selection with great prices.. lowest prices in the area.. you are buying a used rental car but you are definitely paying lower for a newer car with lower mileage.. as far as the negatives they were not upfront about the trade in policy.. basically they will give you much lower value for your trade-in than at a dealership.. I understand why but I specifically asked about this before I went in but they waited until I was there to answer me honestly (they were up front in person which was good) also the finance guy was a little pushy with the warranties during the paperwork process. I gracefully declined and he tried to make me feel like I was dumb for not considering an extended warranty. as a grown man I was a little insulted by this. Overall though good experience and I would recommend if you are wanting a used car at a discounted rate
Straight forward. No haggle pricing. Service was quick. Was completely done in a couple hours. If you plan to make down payment you can only pay by check or money order. No cash, credit or debit cards accepted.
Very good place to buy car. Inside of car was in great shape. Outside had a few scratches and dings but for 350$ paint job saved thousands of dollars. No nonsense dealing process . I was very happy and world recommend these guys to anyone. I got a 350$ discount because I was a hertz gold member. Good location easy to get to.
Tried to buy a car today. Definitely not easy when you have a trade in. I am not sure why Hertz Gold Loyalty Rewards discounts show up on their website if they do not want to honor them. I am also not sure why they have a trade in value tool on their website when they offer no where close to that number in store. The below is a text I received from one of their salesmen. Check yes or no! Very professional!I talked to my boss, he got freed up and I told him about your trade and he committed at $2,500. See you at 3:30? Y or N
My husband and I had a very positive experience with Brett at Hertz Car Sales. He is very personable and low key. The financing was easy and their manufacturer’s warranty was a great value. Pricing for what you are getting seems unbeatable. We are thoroughly enjoying our new Ford Escape.
While looking for a car I seriously considered buying from Hertz. They have incredible prices and a fantastic selection of vehicles (keep an eye on their website! The inventory is always changing). Kevin was personable & patient—I really enjoyed working with him. I got to test drive different makes & models. The environment is perfect: casual, open, and low pressure to buy. After debating for a while, I decided to get a new hybrid at a nearby dealership because of the tax credit, fuel economy, & extra warranty (My family is not car savvy at ALL, and have taught me to the (somewhat irrational) fear of buying used).Honestly if I was a little more comfortable around cars and knew how to work with them, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Hertz. The vehicles all looked very well taken care of, and prices are consistently 1-2k below kbb. With a little more experience and confidence, I will consider these vehicles in the future. For now I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends in search of cars! Thanks Kevin for a great experience. Keep doing what you’re doing, guys!
Brett and Tim were fantastic to work with. The process was very easy and simple. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I love my new car and I have been recommending Hertz car sales to everyone!
So thankful my husband found Hertz Car Sales. What a phenomenal experience! Unbeatable prices on nice cars with low miles and in impressive condition. Brett D. was fantastic. He provided a lot of great information about the car in which I was interested as well as Hertzs sales processes. He was super nice, honest and not pushy - a real joy to work with. You can tell he loves what he does - helping people find the right car for them. Hertz gave us a fair deal on our trade-in car. And Steve A. in Finance, who was very friendly and thorough, made the purchase a smooth and pleasant transaction helping us feel confident that we were receiving a great deal on a really great car!
Super busy but willing to let you drive any car til you find the one you want. Great prices too.
Went with a friend to buy a car, Bill was very helpful. The car we went to look at was already sold but he pointed out some others we were not aware of. Price was better than we could find anywhere else and there wasnt a lot of pressure to buy either. They just sat back and answered questions and made suggestions. Jeff the financial guy offered some options, extended warranty, gap insurance, etc, also no pressure. Really was happy with the experience, I would buy from them when looking for myself as well.
I am so glad I came here to purchase my vehicle. I truly received 5 Star service from Kevin and the rest of the staff. Kevin was so friendly and truly worked with me to purchase my vehicle. He made sure I had an affordable, but dependable car. I would and will definitely recommend Hertz Car Sales to anyone. Theyre friendly, kind, and willing to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.
Untrusted place to buy a vehicle. They claim they perform hundreds of checkpoints that will be irrelevant when you have an issue. In my case the vehicle seemed to have a clean slate, however apparently it had accident that was not reported in the carfax/autocheck neither they informed me on this for obvious reasons. Apparently they replaced among others the windshield which is now leaking rain water due to a faulty installation they should be responsible of. Tried to get to speak to them. Some salesman told me to speak to the Manager but I have never passed the filter of the middle man salesman. The Manager never answers nor calls back. Best advice I can offer. If you buy a car here, save your money on any insurance thing they offer as it the end you will need to be paying it out of pocket. Best of luck. Jose
No opinion yet on the car itself, but buying it was reasonably painless. There was no issue with taking a test drive and the paperwork was pretty much ready by the time Id finished arranging for insurance. They were very willing to let us have an independent mechanic look at the car first. So far, so good.
They have a lot of nice cars. The prices are quite good. The sales staff was very nice. I would have rated it 5 stars, but Im a little wary of buying a used rental car. I dont have any information to back that up though.
Awesome to deal with! My salesman, Matt, was excellent to work with! Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pressure, no hassle! Finance guy (Steve I think) was great as well. Highly recommend!!
Went to Kings Auto Mall to look at certified pre-owned AWD Nissan Rogues. We looked at 2018 models with low miles 35K to 45K for my daughter. The place was so busy we could not get any help. I hate car shopping. We left. On the way home, my daughter asked me to stop at Hertz Car Sales - she saw Rogues in the lot. We found the same Rogue SUV - same color - same features with only 19K and the price was $3k less. So we saved money and we got a car still under Nissan warranty. Plus it was super easy to trade her old car in and get financing. Gary and Steve were great to work with. Perhaps the best car buying experience I have ever had.
After looking for a used car for several weeks, I decided to go look at the selection at Hertz. I worked with Matt. He was incredibly helpful, showing me several options and having cars ready for me to test drive. He was very transparent about the car’s history. Also had very good service with Steve in finance.
Had a great experience today. After this, I wont look elsewhere for my car needs. Make sure you know what you want and review the car as they all are experienced.
It shows open when I open it in google map but when i reached there it was closed
Good service. Matt was very helpful. Do a credit check before you go and do your own financing. Some of their options suck and the credit score they pulled up was over a 100 lower than what it actually was.
No haggling, fair and cheap. Everything was straightforward and quick. The manager was extremely helpful. The 2014 Mazda 2 had an oil change at another company before they sold it to me, but the oil plug wasnt screwed in properly, so all the oil dripped out on the freeway, had to get it towed and get it fixed. But the manager fixed everything, he talked to the other companys manager, got them to reimburse all expenses, do all the necessary inspections and even give us a free coupon for another oil change! The staff is also amazing, they dont try and rush you into making a decision, youll surely have your peace of mind.
Hertz car sales is a great place to buy a car. The prices are the best you will find around this area. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Stephen Salyers is a great car salesman. He goes out of his way to help put you in the right car. He makes buying a car stress and hassle free. I would recommend him and Hertz to all my family and friends.
Brett is a great professional. You better take great care of him. I have purchased two vehicles from him in the last year and about to acquire another one from him.
Buying a car here was simple, and the car itself is great. Sonny was patient and friendly. The no-haggle pricing is real, so the price you see online is the price youll pay. But, after looking at cars for weeks I can say the prices are competitive, especially considering the cleanliness and quality of their inventory. They offer good discounts for Hertz Gold members and AAA members, and the included 1-year/12,000 warranty is a nice touch.
Best car buying experience of my 35 years of car buying. No pressure whatsoever!!!! Easy to talk to and knowledgeable sales staff. And great help with financing.
If you are looking for a used car, then Hertz is the way to go! The prices are great and the sales team is very low pressure. Our sales lady was Michelle and she was great. The prices are no haggle and the dealership fees are an additional $250 (which is relatively low.)
I just bought a super cute Mirage here!Everyone was super nice and the car was a really good deal! I would highly recommend this dealer for their friendly attitude and low pressure. I will follow up after I have had the car for a while and put some miles on it :^)
My wife and I delt with a salesman by the name of Alan Blackburn. Alan was extremely helpful in aiding us to find a vehicle without applying the stereorypical car salesman pressure that you would normally get at a dealer. I am very grateful to have got to work with someone that was courteous, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with. Thank you Mr. Blackburn for the excellent service!
Very nice salesmen, great prices, excellent service. I bought a car from them and they paid for an oil change for peace if mind as well as to touch up the two very small chips in the paint that were in the car.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a one year old used car.
Im very impressed with their low pressure sales staff. Very helpful and attentive. They have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from at incredible prices. Im going to buy my next car here.
Knowledgeable, professional staff and best no haggle prices around.I heavily researched prices and they could not be beat. The manager was very fair and accommodating to ensure we were satisfied with with our vehicle. I will definitely be back for the next car I need to purchase.
Awesome place to buy a car! The cars are well-maintained and clean and Stephen was great.Highly recommend and we will be back when were in the market again!
I was looking for a quality used car for my daughter who recently graduated from college. We had been to multiple well known dealers and received much of the traditional used car salesman experience. I selected Hertz car sales as one of our stops because of the moderate mileage on the cars, good Carfax, and attractive pricing. Besides the car itself, what sold us was the great people who helped us with our choice and ultimately the sale. Why? Because they didnt try to sell and we were treated as a guest by a Hertz team - not an over eager salesperson. We got an excellent deal and they stayed late to help us finish the paperwork. I highly recommend Hertz Car Sales of Cincinnati
Super friendly staff just wanted to help awesome
Just recently bought my first car through Hertz. I worked with Gary and he was extrenly helpful and very thoughtful. But when it came to the finance part the guy was rude and made a so far enjoyable experience into one where I thought I was going to go somewhere else to find my car. Also they give you 45 day plates to ensure you get your title on time. Well my 45 days are up and I have yet to receive my title. I actually have to drive all the way back home (2 hours one way) to purchase another title. The only thing they could do for me was to tell me where to go to get another copy of the title. Overall, the cars a very nice, but make sure they get you your title ASAP.
I recently bought a car from Hertz. Great car, great salesman. Finance guy was a very rude person. Tried to get me to purchase an expensive extended warranty which I kept telling him I didnt want and he would not shut up. Almost canceled the purchase because of him.
The people there are very helpful and professional. No pressure, they just want be happy with your purchase. Keep up the good work guys.
I couldn’t get into my old gmail account to correct my previous negative review but after some time and hassle, hertz did make the issues right. I am thankful for Tim (a salesman) who helped me until the issue was resolved completely.
I purchased a vehicle from here. Low pressure sales, non-negotiable prices, and pretty good selection of vehicles for sale. Would definitely recommend searching their stock online before going there.
Dont do it! I bought a 9,000 car and when I got home I looked over the contract, total was 18,000 with pointless fees. What the heck is other charges paid to others on your behalf 11,000 dollars. The most important part is the cancellation part, and the pay no interest if you pay it off before a certain date is just all checked with N/A. I wasnt even asked, so how could they put N/A! Real life con artist.
ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Michelle Fisher was a true professional and awesome to deal with. I hate buying cars but she made it fun and easy. She is straight to the point, honest and just made it a wonderful experience. I never thought I would say that about buying a car. I wish everyone in Sales was as amazing as her. I always wanted a Nissan Murano but didn’t think I could afford one. I was going to settle for a Nissan Rogue but after she explained that even though the Murano was more expensive than the Rogue that I could get more term on my auto loan and instead of only 72 months, I could get 84 months because it was over $20,000. So I got the vehicle I wanted at the same payment I was going to pay on the Rogue. I can’t tell you just how happy I am!!! I’m still in shock that this 18 Murano is in my driveway!?!? THANK YOU MICHELLE FOR EVERYTHING!!!!! I will be sending everyone I know that’s looking for a car your way!!! I also want to give a special thanks to the management staff there. They went above and beyond when it came to discounting the vehicle and giving me what my trade was actually worth. They actually gave me $2300 more than the highest offer from 4 other dealerships that I shopped at previously. They do straight up, no nonsense business there with a nice personal touch added. They truly care and they truly give great deals. I have a whole new perspective of the car business after this buying experience. Thank you Hertz car sales and more importantly, thank you Michelle!!!
I received exceptional help from a few employees here. In particular, Brett was very helpful and helped deliver a hassle free experience. This was my first time going through the car buying process. I had originally gone to Jeff Wyler Nissan at Kings Automall, but had a terrible inexperienced salesman there, so I turned to Hertz. They offer very fair prices on pretty new cars, with the only trade off being a slightly higher mileage. I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue with only 40,000 miles for under the KBB price. Also, without the haggling of price negotiation, it is very easy to have an honest conversation about your wants/needs in a car. Brett includes his personal phone number on his business card and has helped me through every step of the process from selecting a car, to explaining the financing process, and helping me understand the post-purchase process like registering the car. I highly recommend Hertz car sales and ask for Brett. If Brett isnt around, I also received help from Rico and Matt. Both of them were a pleasure to work with as well.
If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from them in July that they claimed was “Hertz Certified” like all their vehicles but I have since spent $1200 on repairs and $450 on rental cars. None of the repairs are covered under the warranty that I purchased as well. The car was wrecked before they sold it to me and had under body damage that was “bandaged” to get it off the lot. I emailed corporate asking for more information on my vehicle and as soon as I asked for the inspection report that they use to deem their cars “Hertz Certified” the rep, Michelle Fischer, has completely ignored me. Don’t buy a car from Hertz or give them your money. Unprofessional and not worth it. You’re better off paying a higher price on a certified used vehicle from a different place.
I have never experienced a group of people who have just not wanted to do their job more than these people. It is absolutely astounding the circles that they, and Hertz in general, will send you in just so anyone can avoid doing what they are supposed to be doing.
I purchased my 2nd car in 2 years from Hertz Car Sales and with some due diligence, you can walk away with a good car, at a great price! When I went to the dealersip on Saturday it was pouring down rain. Our salesman, was Matt Haas and he far exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with his efforts, as I test drove mutiple cars, until I found a 2018 Nissan Altima SL that my wife and I both liked. Matt is professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and has a passsion for customer service! He did not hesitate in going out in the pouring down rain, to pull up another car that I wanted to test drive. Thanks Matt!I rated my experience 5 stars, because:1. The car had a few scratches, but it wasn’t anything detailing could not take care of. The interior of the car was in pristine condition.2. The car I chose was in excellent mechanical condition and our mechanic signed off, saying the engine, transmission, suspension, exhaust and other major systems were in very good condition.3. The price was easily $2,000-$3,000 less than comparable dealer prices and even Blue Book value. That’s a 10-20% savings on the purchase price and it also means that even if we have to put some money into it, we are way ahead.4. The paperwork and the whole finance process went very smoothly. Jeff, the Finance Manager, was a straight up guy and he took the time to answer any questions we had.I would highly recommend checking out Hertz Car Sales for a newer car, offering value and a poitive customer service experience. Ask for Matt!
Place kind of a mess. No place to park. Sales not sure about product specs or data. Try somewhere else
Bought a great car for a great price in November, the car buying experience was fine. We had researched before going so we had an idea of what we were going to get. Financing was fast and painless. Unfortunately it is now almost the end of January and we have yet to receive the car tax refund as they called. This will probably be the thing that sticks out the most from my experience and will likely be the reason we do not go back. I have made several calls to the finance department at Hertz and waited days for call backs until we finally break down and call again to find him searching his email for the response. Extremely frustrating, if I wanted to pay the car taxes out of pocket I wouldnt have bothered to bundle it into my loan.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Called them about a vehicle. They didnt return my two calls. Third time I got them to answer. Said we were coming from out of town to see a specific car. They sold it.I understand cars can sell and they cant be held, but your lack of communication on returning calls and lack of a courtesy call when the one we were interested in is unacceptable.Your leadership needs to do some training.
Such a great experience!! Tyler and Leon made this such a great experience for my mother and I. My credit wasnt great but they worked with us and I drove off in a fantastic sonata!! Wonderful people!!
I simply had to write a review about my experience with Brian from Hertz. I dealt with him for an entire week as I was trying to find an affordable, low mileage car that would better suit my lifestyle. Unfortunately, the car that I ended up with was not at Hertz, but at another dealership that I will not mention... Lets just say the buying process at the other dealership was a NIGHTMARE. The ONLY thing that prohibited me from buying the sexy black Elantra that I wanted was the fact that I could not get a loan small enough for the remainder of my old cars loan and therefore would have been stuck paying for two vehicles. Brian was EXTREMELY patient as I test drove a few vehicles and asked a million questions. I never ever felt taken advantage of as woman in terms of being misled or perceived as less knowledgeable about purchasing a car. Brian kept up with me in a timely manner but NEVER annoyed me. (Ive definitely been annoyed by dealers in the past.) He was humble and informative! He also has a very good personality that is void of any deceit. I wish SO much that I could have bought a car from him and avoided the AWFULLLLLLL experience at the other dealership, but my partner plans to purchase a car this year, and we already discussed that Brian will be the first person we call.
I just brought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata on Saturday. My Salesman was Rico.I went in knowing my budget that I wanted to spend.Rico went out his way to make sure I got want I wanted.Everything was fine until it was time to do paper work Steve Arnold was my Fiance person it was late when I got done.He started off nice he really didnt go over my paper work with me.Was rushing to get out of there.I was tried and I really wasnt paying attention.I was happy I found a car.I leave and get home and go over my paper to find out he was over charging me.Put Extra Warranty Protection on with out my permission. So When I realized what happen.I called Rico.He tell me to come Monday Morning and We will go over the paper work.Monday come I get there a little after 10.Steve the fiance person tell me to come to his office.I tell him the problem and he just blew up on me got real loud and nasty.I feel like because I was a Woman he was trying to intimidate me by telling at me and making a seen in front of the workers and the few customers that was there. He was mad because he got busted trying to pull some sneaky stuff. He told me he would give me my down payment back and he would undo the deal.So I Said in do the deal Im not paying all that money.WE COMING OUT HIS OFFICE HE YELLING SO RICO ASK WHAT WRONG I EXPLAIN TO HIM.STEVE ARNOLD BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR.Steve walk away go to his boss office. When Steve come back to Rico desk where I was standing he tell me it going to be a minute so they can get my check he was still nasty toward me.Me Im mad and ready to flip but I kept my cool and handle it the right way.RICO STILL GOING OUT HIS WAY MAKE SURE I LEAVE HAPPY GO TO THE BOSS AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO THERE BOSS.Their Boss apologized to me and make sure I was charge what I was supposed to be charge.Steve Arnold was overcharging me by $3300 dollars.IN THE PROCESS OF ALL THIS GOING ON STEVE HAD THEM PRINT PAPER BACK UP FOR MY CAR AND PUT THEM ON THE WINDOW TO SALE THE CAR.I STARTED TO GO BACK IN AND FLIP.He Bossed said he was going to do something but Im not trusting that.Im reporting Steve to the General Manager.
Great used calls. The staff is great and will not push you into a sale. I recommend them!
I bought a car from them around 8 PM in the night, everything was awesome until I signed the finance paper. while coming back to home I felt some weird sound from the car and next day morning at 8 AM I called them to check if I can exchange the car and Sales manager came on the call. he was very rude and I felt like they dont nothing to do with customer relationship. They said the deal is done now we cannot do anything. around a month later I got the memorandum title and they put my first name as my last name and vice versa that too with spelling mistake and asked me to go to title office to get it corrected by myself as they dont handle these kind of issue although its there mistake. Ill never recommend to buy any car from Hertz. another thing - they dont give interest rate what they show on their website irrespective of your excellent credit history.
Great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No haggling, no hassle. A great used car buying experience.
Very helpful and friendly staff!
Great place to buy a car. Prices are very good!!
Anyone know who the racist salesperson this is? My husband went in to purchase a vehicle, and whoever helped him was nice throughout the process UNTIL he gave him all of his information to run credit. The salesman decided to not only run his credit, but took it upon himself do a Google search of my husbands name for some reason. He Googled incorrectly, by the way, and came at my husband armed with this wrong information, asking all these strange questions completely unrelated to purchasing a vehicle, he even had the audacity to accuse him of being part of Isis. Are you serious? This is how you treat people? No thank you. We took our business elsewhere. Completely inappropriate, not at all professional and extremely uncalled for.
Bought a 2017 Hyundai here recently. Salespersons name is Kevin. Very patient, professional, and courteous. Thank you!
You can tell a lot about a place by how the sales staff treat each other. As I was asking questions of my salesperson, the other sales people were helping out. Not in an annoying way, but in a guidance way. For me, car shopping is all about information, and I appreciated the extra information
Great service from Brett, also they have a wide range of nice clean cars at good prices. I definately recommend them if you are looking for a car
Glen in Indianapolis was polite, pleasant and very responsive to any questions I had, without ever pressuring me. A very good experience.
Easiest car buying experience of my life! Tank was awesome...Love my Jeep!
They have great prices on newer used car. Go see Kevin. He is the man.
The sales men were very helpful and were willing to let us drive any car we wanted.
Good service and prices on very nice used cars, trucks and SUVs
Bought a 2015 Hyundai back in November, Wrote a check for deposit. They deposited it November, Then They tried to cash it again in December. Then they turn it over to collections because they didnt get paid twice. They create a complete mess and seem to have a problem with keeping accounting straight.Just a little update. They just tried to run check through for the third time. $4300 check they cashed on 12/2/15 . Hertz ran check through again on 1/2/16, and just tried to run it through again on 1/28/16 I only give $13000 for the car with $4300 down. In three month they tried to get $12900 out of my account. No wonder Carl Ican bought into this company. They need all the help they can get. Hope he starts cleaning house with Leon the useless manager running the circus on Galbraith.Stay away from Galbraith Hertz locations.Once you go into financing office. Turn on you phone recorders. They cant be trusted.Customer Service horrid !
Great experience at Hertz car sales. Sales people were honest. No haggling. The staff and manager were accomodating and went out of their way to make sure I was satisified. Car pricing was also the cheapest around.
Caution!!! Please read before purchasing a car from here!I purchased my vehicle from here six weeks ago and was told that they would let me know when I can come pick up the title. In the meantime, I was given temporary tags for my vehicle. After four weeks, I decided to start calling the dealership to see what the status was and the response I received varied from “looks like we will have it in tomorrow” to “we will have the title clerk call you back but we only have one title clerk and she’s pregnant.” At one point, I decided to stop by the dealership to inquire and was surprised to see that the lot was empty, the dealership had moved without notice to existing customers, like myself. After finding the new location, I was still not able to obtain the title to register the vehicle. The temporary tag is set to expire over the holiday weekend. I called again today and the individual that answered the phone sounded like he was irritated that I was calling again and once again said “we will have someone call you back”. Needless to say, I’m thoroughly disappointed with the quality of customer service and at this point, I’m not sure that Hertz even has the title. Ill be contacting the Better Business Bureau today to file a formal complaint.
Took way too long to get paperwork done. They knew we were coming and we still had to wait we ended up leaving and coming back
