I have known the owner of this dealership for a long time and have been involved in many transactions with him. He is very honest person. He goes above and beyond for his customers even after the sale; which is rare in the used car industry. If he doesn’t have a vehicle that your looking for just tell him what you want and he will do the research and find it for you. We went to AG Wheels to buy my daughters first car. Shes had a car before, but it was a hand me down from us - I was very nervous and probably very irritating. Garland was super sweet - my daughter got the car of her dreams - we took it to a mechanic and everything that AG Wheels said they fixed - they did. Subarus are great cars - trust that they have done the work - I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again - 4 star rating is for communication - but nothing was wrong with the vehicle - very satisfied customer. Received Title in 3 days. Thanks again! : )

If I could give zero stars I would. Be careful dealing with the people here. Their communication is nearly non existent. And they lied about the process of receiving the title. The dmv also said they filed the paperwork completely incorrect and put in a false number for taxes paid. My wife and I bought a camper from you and then never answered their phones to any phone calls after.

What a joke of a car salesman! Excuse, after excuse. No communication, and more lies! Shut down for A MONTH, we waited, believing in Dazel........for lies!

Great experience here! Garland sold me a 2010 Honda Civic that runs very well. He was very nice and he let me take my time picking out the right ride. He didnt give me that pushy car sales guy vibe. I noticed that the tires were a little bald so he was nice enough to hook me up with a new set. Highly recommend these guys.

Saw a Truck For sale on Facebook, ask questions about it, also ask what was the lowest they will take, the guy answer me back and told me no more question, so I told him that i wanted more info on the truck so he replied to me no to buy it, and they he send me another mgs saying that I coudent afford the vehicle he was selling, this guys name is Dazel Hernandez, well at least thats his name on FB

AG Wheels cant be a serious car sales business when they dont do business ethically or responsibility. They invite questions and counter offers but dont bother to reply when you ask them something. If they treat you badly before the sale how much worse will they treat you after the sale. I guess that is a good thing - be for-warned! Oh, and they are not qualified to be a BBB member

I would suggest staying far away from this poor excuse for a business. Owners support unethical practices and play on younger buyers lack of experience. Come off as wanting to help provide safe transportation apparently without even checking our the vehicles they sell. How sad this type of business operates in Loveland. Cant call them thieves but they are as unethical as you can get.
