I picked up a really cute car in good condition at a fair price. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Remember used cars are sold as is so there is a risk. But as long as the seller acts in good faith and delivers a good car to the best of their knowledge that is all one can expect. I find this to be the case with Network Auto Source.

Dont waste your time. Dishonest and lazy business practices. I was interested in a car on their website under current inventory. I had seen this car listed in the springs previously. Went to look at the car but it wasnt there. Asked the sales guy about it and he said oh yeah we sold that car last week. I told him its still on the website. His reply was yeah I should probably take that down. Then he tells me that it was an AZ car with low miles and that he gets these in all the time. Really? Thats why it had snow tires and was listed in the springs earlier? Disgusted with his lies, Im leaving the lot and he tells me to keep checking the website for more vehicles! Really? Your website is obviously so accurate and up to date.

I needed a new vehicle quickly after an accident that totaled my van. I came in to check out a kia Sedona and John was super helpful. I looked it over and told him Id send my husband to test drive it and check under the hood. He was super patient and compassionate to our situation. John did everything in his power to get me back in a car even before the insurance check came in. Im super impressed with their customer service and I love my new van.

Bought a car from Doug less than 6 months ago, has been on the side of the road 3 separate times for extended periods of time, affecting work and school for me. Doug doesnt stand behind what he sells. Doug will not even try to make it right. MECHANICS do not check out the vehicles sold, DOUG does, who has no mechanic background nor documentation! Very different person when you have thousands of dollars in your hand. Do not buy a car here, it is just money down the drain.

Put simply, they sold me a lemon. When the Check Engine light came on while I was test driving, I was told that it was normal and a minor issue. I was an idiot for believing that and trusting them. 2 months later, the engines balance shaft crapped out leaving me with an un-driveable car and $4,500 fees in repairs. BEWARE.

I would caution everyone to avoid purchasing from this dealer. We purchased a car that they clearly fraudulently tried to cover up a huge oil leak on, by plastering a piece to the side of the engine with silicone. It wasnt visible until we took it to another garage a few days later. After calling the dealer to try and work out a compromise on repair costs, they basically said its your problem. We are seeking legal advice, because it was clearly fraud on their part - much more to it than an as is deal.

This is the third car I have purchased from Clayton. After coming out of a financial hole my first car was a $2,000 98 wagon. Since I refuse to have car payments, I kept going back for a newer vehicle. Now I have a perfect car for me. Clayton is easy to work with and will never talk you into something just to make a sale. I told him what I was interested in and it so happened he had one on the lot. I always recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new car.

Avoid this place. My girlfriend bought a car from here. The salesman has no idea what he is doing. She had cash to pay for the car and he was hesitant to drop the price of the car by only $100. He forgot to sign the title and it was a hassle for her to get him to sign it. She was at the DMV registering the car and again the salesman forgot to provide her with proper paperwork to register the car. She called Network while at the DMV and was told she never bought a car from here. The car broke down three times in a month and I replaced the battery, alternator and starter.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ive had my car for only 3 months and there is probably 600 dollars I already need to put into it. Doug told me the check engine light was on, but he took it in several times and they couldnt find anything wrong with it, it just wouldnt turn off. Not even a month later I took it to auto zone because I was having problems and there was something that I had to fix and now it doesnt even want to start. Never will I buy a car from here again. It was a waste of money.

Doug McClure sold a car TOTAL LEMON to my sons 19 year old girlfriend.Took it back to talk about all the issues,BATTERY< ELECTRIC< ALTERNATER. in just 5 months, towed twice His response was TUFF NOT MY PROBLEM. Asked for a copy of the safety inspection he said they performed it but dont keep a record of those. VERY INTERESTING Will be contacting Better Busines Bureau. He should not be able to take advantage of 19 year old girls anymore or anybody for that fact. This business is a 2.5 star rating. Terrible

DOUG helped me find a car. I was persuaded to buy a 2003 VW Passat. It seemed almost too good to be true... and it was. Three days after buying it the check engine light came on. Went and did some diagnostic testing at my mechanic. Come to find it had several issues. It needed catalytic converters which was a $2500 job. And the airbags were sending an error code as well. When I went in to Doug to talk to him about it. He provided us with an emissions test done the morning of my purchase. He said it passed emissions so He didn’t need to fix it, but he’d have his “guys” look at it with in the next week. Well someone blew through a stop sign and t-boned me. The car was totaled. When Doug called to have me bring my car in I let him know what happened and he laughed, then replied with “at least we don’t have to fix it now. When you’re ready to buy another car let me know” never buying here again.

Horrible!!! I was assured that the vehicle I was purchasing was “mechanically sound”. In less than 3 months the transmission needed replaced. Upon repairing that, it was discovered that the driveshaft needed replaced also. I contacted the dealership and asked if they could meet me half way on repair costs, or help in any way. I was told that they would “check with the boss” and call me back. After never receiving a call back, I made several other attempts to call, but they’re now avoiding me and just won’t speak to me. This is the worst customer service I have encountered, even at a used car dealership! This type of service should be illegal. It is now my mission to be sure my experience is posted as many places as possible to hopefully prevent further victims from their lies and horrible business practices.

My mom helped me get a good van here hoping it would get me around to my work. Ive only had it for a couple of months and Im having lots of problems with it. The heater is going out, the gas cap doesnt screw on right, the engine light, VSC and maint req lights are all on and it idles rough. (The engine light came in just about a week after I bought it and then the other lights came on)Im starting to wonder if they mess with the car to turn the engine light off when Its at the dealership. Its also hard to stop and go at lights. The sad thing is that my mom spent quite a bit of money on this van so I would have a reliable car but this dealership doesnt seem to care about all the issues Im having with it. I guess if you want a car here you should drive it for a few hours and have it checked at an actual shop before purchasing it

What a disappointment. Aaron the “internet sales manager” has no sense of customer service and has no idea what he’s talking about when it comes to vehicles and repairs. He has avoided my calls and left voicemails unreturned after inquiring once about a particular car. He has refused to contact me regarding the car and it’s status but has no problem answering other calls regarding the same car (I called from a different number after I realized he was screening my phone calls.) To the owners: find a new contact for your online sales. Aaron is incompetent and is not interested in selling cars. Thankfully I found a newer model with less miles for less money, but buyer beware of Network Auto Source. If they can’t manage phone calls, I certainly wouldn’t trust them on the purchase of a car.
