I had a great experience with JLG recently installing a new tile floor in my kitchen. The installers did an amazing job and were real pros! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on my next flooring project.Update- I also recently used the same installers to put in a tile back splash, and they once again exceeded expectations! Their quote was very reasonable, and they did everything the right way (vs other contractors who gave me even higher quotes and the other contractors even wanted to take shortcuts to save themselves time)

My mother and I stopped in to this store today. When we walked in, I heard a lady say I will be right with you. My mother did not hear her and said excuse me. The lady said to her in a rude voice I said that I would be right with you! You must not have heard me! I bought carpeting from them about 17 years ago and needed to replace my living room carpet as I had a sick dog for the past year who damaged the carpet. When we explained this to the lady she threw up her hands and said oh not another dog story. I dont know how people can live like that! We did not ask for her opinion about animal owners! She was also working with another customer and was never able to give us quality time or try and understand what we needed or even get out a pen and paper and explain how the pricing worked. She seemed very frustrated that we were even there. Needless to say, It was not a good experience today. The carpet that I bought from them 17 or so years ago, has been very good carpet and I have been very pleased with how well it has lasted. The carpet in the rest of the house is still in very good shape and will probably last several more years.

I always call around for the best price. Also how do the service people communicate with me. This place is great! Best bang for the buck.

Theyve installed two walk-in showers for me and the tile floors in several bathrooms. Pricing is reasonable and quality has always been good.

JLG installed high-end laminate in our family room, and then did a tile tear-out and re-tile of our shower. Tina was very helpful and patient (with foibles of an old house), and the installers were top-notch. Dennis and Troy were thorough and professional. JLGs pricing was competitive or better than anticipated. I would not hesitate to enlist their help in your house remodels/make-overs.

This company does excellent work and is extremely helpful with advice on your selections. They did my entire house in Anderson carpet in many rooms and laminate in others. Both of were installed extremely well. Still look brand-new and its been probably 3 to 4 years. I waited to do this review to ensure that it would continue to look as good as the day they installed it and it has.

They go out of their way to help.
