These techs are amazing. I’ve taken phones there 2 times( clumsy teens) we needed to fix the screens on 2 iPhones. They did a great job. Not only that, but they fixed them for such a good price.They are so professional, friendly and very fast! I will always recommend them to my family and friends. We will be loyal customers for sure!

Walked in with 2 different issues phone and tablet. Had these issues forever. Within 2 hours all was fixed, not only fixed but explained and re-explained. These folks have a lot of patience and are so kind and courteous. I can not say enough good about them except they have a customer for as long as they are in business. Wow!! I am so happy with the service we received. We took a Samsung Galaxy in that hadnt worked in months due to water damage. We had given up on it months ago. Jeff and his staff got the phone up and running and it works great. I was also very happy with the price to fix the phone considering we werent eligible for an upgrade for a few more months and didnt have insurance.

Jeff fixed the camera on my phone so quickly and effortlessly. It was nice to have someone who really knew what they were doing, had the parts, and experience to get the job done while I waited. Simply wanted to swap a battery out of one phone to another. They destroyed BOTH batteries in process. Didn’t warn us that batteries could be damaged prior nor did they have us sign any waiver. We even had to prepay. DO NOT USE THEM! Wouldn’t even give us our money back!Effin’ awful service! Rude and don’t know a thing about customer service. If I could give them zeros stars that would be too many. Go to Batteries Plus!

Do not take your cell phone to these techs. They completely messed up my camera that will now cost me three times as much to fix. The tech was looking up parts on E-bay to fix my phone. When I was told that he could not guarantee the proper part would be ordered he refunded me my money because he said that they did not have the ability to fix my phone properly.DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PHONE!!!

When I called about my Iphone 6s, staff didnt know a thing. he just said, Maybe I will look into it. What kind of a staff says that? maybe I will look into it? I was pretty surprised. He still gave me the info and said he could help, but I guess he wasnt too clear on the info.

This place is the best! I dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen the other night. I called them first thing in the morning when they opened and they said to bring it in and had it done in 2 hours!!! Love them!!!!

They were fast and cheap but soon after I discovered why. I paid for a screen replacement as well as a screen shield that was suppose to be shatter proof. The silicone used to secure the new screen wore out after a couple weeks and the screen is literally falling out. This creates play in the screen which has caused my screen to begin cracking, including the shatter proof screen. It has also caused my screen to flicker in and out as the ribbon connectors work themselves loose. There are a few spots where the silicone oozed out of the screen and is globbed in the corners of the phone. I would not recommend this to anyone that values quality. If you want a shobby cheap solution then these are your guys. Otherwise spend the extra few bucks and get it done right.
