Let me start off by saying I absolutely hate going to the phone store. Every time Ive had to get a new contract for my cell phone its always a hassle and I always end up paying more than what they say. Thats usually a waste of a few hours if not the entire day. But Jordan and his team made sure that that was absolutely not the case. I had very low expectations coming in to this store so it was not hard to exceed them. But I was in and out with a new phone and a new contract in less than an hour. He quoted me a very straightforward and transparent price and I am very very happy with how things turned out thank you Jordan and Jolli
My husband went in to upgrade his phone after getting a notification his SIM card was not valid after having it for many years. Sprint/Tmobile said they had to shut off all the phone (including mine) and they HAD to come get a new SIM card regardless of if they were working fine or not. Nick the manager was not helpful when I had to call to try and understand why this was happening. Obviously I was frustrated because I work from home and NEED my phone to operate in my position. He was rude from the get go and told me that he would not speak or help me. I asked for him to please explain what was going on and he said it was due to the Sprint/Tmobile merge and everyone needed to get new SIM cards by the end of the year. I asked for them to not complete anything and we would do it later but after he was done talking over me he told me he refused to help me because I was so rude and hung up on me. He tried to remove my husband from the store without getting him a new phone that was already paid for and with no SIM cards for either of us. He refused to give me his district managers name and phone number and I had to call back and speak to another associate that said he was new and did not have that information. They refused to give it to me and told me I could call back later. So now we do not have working phone that we pay for.
Enrique was incredibly helpful when I switched to T-Mobile from ATT. He didn’t try to talk me into something more than what I needed (unlike some salespeople). Because of my experience with him, my parents switched over a week later. We had a question about parental controls for my daughter’s phone and he was very quick to help us find an app that works for us! He’s very sweet and kind!!
Enrique lied to us multiple times and told us a much higher in store price than what was required. He also told us that we would receive multiple promotions. It turned out we didn’t receive any promotions and the store manager, Toua was extremely unhelpful when we presented the issue. We called multiple times they had no answers and refused to give us a different promotion or allow for a return.
This is about Sprint services. It has declined quite a bit since T Mobile took over. On my phone, I received a message from Sprint saying they will personalize ads. I used the opt out link and it takes me to a website where I have to sign in. I forgot my username and followed instructions for recovery via cell phone. It says it will send my info to my email. I go to my email and I’m still waiting for the info. I’m a web developer and this is a tactic by Sprint/T Mobile to get people to give up and allow Sprint to sell your personal info to ad companies.
If I could leave 0 I would my phone screen cracked and I have the insurance on it but cant get it repaired at all they dont make my phone anymore (less than a year old mind you) I tried going their insurance company thing but because they dont have the phone parts they want me to pay 285 dollars for a phone screen when I have the insurance on it I spent several hours on the phone with multiple people with no solution in sight I am beyond frustrated with the customer service and lack of help resolving the issue
Staff doesn’t know their own plans. My monthly payment kept changing as we went through the quote process and the salesperson, who I could barely understand, tried to sneak “Tvision” TV into my quote for an extra $55 a month. Never asked for that and I don’t appreciate the underhanded sales technique.A lot of confusion and random, ever-changing charges (like trying to charge me $50 for my “free” phone and $30 for my “free” line) led me to walk out. Not a huge fan of Verizon but at least they’re up front about what they’re going to charge you.
I had a great experience with the service from this group after abad experience with the call in sales team. After a short conversation, this group understood what I was trying to accomplish and quickly helped me reach my goal. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
The store was clean and the staff was nice but unfortunately what was talked about in store didnt happen. It is horrible that people avoid doing anything to their account due to constant runaround given from Sprint/Tmobile. It shouldnt take MONTHS to deal with a problem that shouldnt have happened in the first place. Stores say one thing, customer service says another. I think I will avoid any stores from now on because there seems to be a lack of communication between the store level and cooperate.
This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had with sprint/T-Mobile. I purchased three phones and ported a number over from another carrier, I did this on the 6th of Feb. The phone that I ported over has not worked since, it worked fine when it was with a different carrier but now doesnt work at all. I have driven to the store on the 7th and 8th and have been online with the call center everyday since, and still we have no resolution. In fact it was suggested that we purchase a new phone, and then all would be good and it would work. So we have come to the conclusion that this was done on purpose to get more money out of us by trying to make us purchase a new phone. The phone that we ported over is not even two years old. I am very sad to say it is still not fixed.
Poor, very poor customer care
Enrique is awesome answered all my questions
Worst phone service and data I ever have, spatially after sprint became part of T-mobile. Never again
Tmobiles coverage and customer service is absolutely not worth it.
Walking in the door, I had a nice greeting by a man named Harrison, seemed helpful but got tossed over to a man named Toua and unfortunately he wasn’t helpful at all, he just typed in my name and said he couldn’t help me and that we should just go to another store for help.
Awful customer service. Do not know their own plans, could not tell me how much my bill would be, only could see a bill after signing up.
Supposed store manager is not a stand up person, sold my wife 2 phones that were on a 2 for one deal. Clearly making commission and trying to get rid of whatever POS phones they have on hand. Poorest customer service I have ever had described to me. Both phones will be returned to the store and will be purchased at a different location. I will never step foot in this store again. In addition, this particular manager, while setting up the phones, receives a text on a customers phone that is intended for the customer to leave a review of their experience. This person leaves himself an amazing personal review. From one small business owner to another you need to a handle on youre people.
I had been to this store a few years ago and it wasnt great but recently they have had a change of staff and a change of policies. Its a great atmosphere and the people are great. Jon was the one that helped me primarily but two other employees were there and they were great too. They were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I will go to this store instead of the Fort Collins store.
I came in yesterday to have Sprint honor a deal that Boost Mobile was having with Sprint. Needless to say it didnt happen as expected but the rep, Emma, was very patient and helpful in getting me something comparable in lieu of the original deal offered. She even stayed late to make it happen! I appreciate your time and effort. You have a new Sprint customer!
Walked in and there were just two workers out front. Both were with customers, which is obviously fine, but not once was I acknowledged or told what the wait time would be. After waiting for 15 minutes without a single word from the staff, I left. Would not hurry back....so tired of horrible customer service.
Standing in store not even acknowledged! But employee can answer the phone to help customers. I understand if they are busy with someone but a simple hello and I will be with you shortly is just common sense when it comes to customer service.
Staff was very helpful. I was very impressed.
Always have to wait a long time just to be told to call them on the phone
Personel are friendly and helpfull, they were able to solve my problem.
This store is a joke. Every single time you come here theres only one employee and a half hour to 45 minute wait. Its a different employee every time also. If you want to pay a bill and split -youre screwed. Its like a Spanish Speaking daycare in there. Kids everywhere while mom/babysitter shops for a phone for 45 minutes while you have to watch/wait to pay a bill and split. Theres only one employee who looks methed out while dressed to impress -only focused on selling phones to Ms. Maria and nothing else. You just have to sit back and watch.
They made a mistake when activating a new contract. This is only a third party company only good to take money once they have it if you have a problem they seem incapable of doing anything to help you. The staff is incapable of anything and they never follow up with promises. Horrible customer service. ABOSULUTLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The assistant manager Jacob in this location is very young and inexperienced. The supposed DM never call or cares to follow thru. I am unfortunate to have come to this location. And my issue has not been resolved.
Both times I went In I have been treated rude. Just cause I had issues with my phone and wasnt purchasing anything. They told me my phone was broken when I went to fort Collins Sprint I just needed a new charger. They just want you to buy a NEW phone for commission!
Good view tv
People are great and nice but sprint service isnt very good, you get good service IF you pay extra for it, but ONLY if you pay extra
Good store. Never had any problems.
These guys suck! First off, theyre not a real sprint store, theyre a third party company called fast wireless! Went in to upgrade my wifes phone to a galaxy slll and I was going to buy phone outright(same phone) but was told if I bought outright they would have to ship it because of fraud issues! WTF? Walked out after that been a sprint customer for too long! Ill just go to a real store where I can get my phone right away without them accusing me of trying to defraud them before I even buy the phone!
We came in after a hassle at the Johnstown location and were assisted by Jake. Jake is amazing. We have a new phone, new service, phone case, and liquid screen protector! Thank you Jake!
This place is awesome I came in with problems from another sprint store in texas and they didnt hesitate to help me they did everything they could to help and I am very happy speak to allen he is awesome!!
The employees at this location are clueless and poorly trained-yet act as if they are absolute experts. If you really want sprint, head to the corporate stores, not this place. Personally I will never again use sprint after dealing with this store and then the corporate help center.
Very helpful :)
These guys make things happen and fix all issues ever A++

Sprint service sucks. I never knew what quality sounded like until I switched. They take months to fix issues and think giving you compensation is worth not having service in your own home.
Hate them they have lied since I signed up wish I never did Cantor wait until my contract is over
Great customer service
Did not enjoy the visits here.
Poor service
