I work at Starbucks (I didnt tell them that😉) and this was our 1st time here and they made it just awesome ❤ Even named the drink I wanted after me lol! Absolutely worth the drive across town every day. So much better than starbucks.

Ok product but have been in twice and forced to wear a mask by two different workers although I can sit at a table when Im done ordering without mask which makes the least sense of all the rules our tyrants have issued. So wont be coming back. Its their choice to follow these unconstitutional mandates but my choice to spend my money elsewhere as well and coffee is everywhere. I only frequent establishments that allow freedom now without sacrificing regard for my health (which are in the majority as I havent worn mask anywhere in months). Coffee is not worth the loss of freedom and spread of communism. Choose who you support with your wallet wisely.

I love BIGGBYs. So far I have not found anything I do not like.Mochas, and smoothies are delightful. The bagels and pastries are fresh! So good. All of the staff are so courteous. You must go!

All I have to say is I love the coffee the staff is friendly and its one of the few places you actually can get A coffee and sit down and actually have a conversation with somebody like in the good old days.

Had a great experience at Loveland Biggby Coffee! The two employees working were fantastic. Great, cozy atmosphere. Very family friendly. Our kids loved it. Coffee was delicious and in the words of my six year old daughter, “The hot chocolate was 2000% better than any she’s had before.”

This place will differently give Starbucks a run for the money. Best coffee I have had in a long time without messing up my oder.

I come here primarily because Starbucks makes too much money and I’m sick of seeing them everywhere. Our economy needs competition. And their coffee is just as good. People are very friendly. It’s a bright, pleasant environment. Very much a family coffee shop.

I went to the location and was hurried to place my order. There was no one in line and it didnt seem like the baristas were getting any Doordash orders either. The location has VERY VERY Slow Wifi. The drink I got wasnt that great either.

Delightful employees, extra cold freezes and lattes with strong flavors. We drive from maineville just to come here weekly.

This place is odd. The young kids are very helpful but the one lady running things is always screaming at people. Their packaging of large orders for Doordash is the worst as well. They dont put anything in bags, they just hand you a bunch of stuff.

My favorite coffee place in the area! They offer a ton of great promotions, and their coffee is excellent! I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like this place is worth complimenting. Their customer service is outstanding, the employees are always friendly and welcoming. I come here quite often and they always remember me. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

This is a great place to stop and try new things. They have alot of variety when it comes to coffee and ways to get your coffee but that have food and deserts and smoothies and other things Ive yet to try but its all good. I love their coffee and it was very reasonable. They do assume everyone is regulars because I had no idea where to look when I walked in for the first time, but I figured it out. They have a large variety of drinks and food. Not to mention the coffee was delicious!

So I stop by one of my favorite coffee shops to get my favorite coffee - Michigan cherry only brewed Monday and Thursday - and was extremely surprised to find out they dump all their brewed coffee at 7:30 - a full hour and a half before they close!!! What?!?!? This is a COFFEE shop that closes at 9pm and I cant get their coffee when I go in at 8:15??? To be fair, when I complained they brewed it for me but I really expect a COFFEE place to actually have coffee up until they close! heres hoping they rethink this!

I did like this concept. The place looks good too. Could be a good alternate for Starbucks. Yet the latte was too sugary. May be coz they opened recently and need to get good hang of the taste.

Excellent customer service, nearly no wait even when busy. Staff were neatly dressed & so friendly. The Espresso was spot on and drink size is slightly larger than Starbucks which is why prices are slightly higher is my guess.Overall, youll like this place way better than the other.

Staff was friendly and quick, but the mocha mocha iced latte I ordered was nasty, bitter and not sweet at all. Cinnamon roll was hard, I had to microwave it to be able to eat it. Starbucks at least has the option to warm up.

Honestly, the best caramel mochioto Ive had in awhile. The only problem I see is its more of a treat then an everyday thing. The prices are too high! I mean come on now, its not Starbucks. Dunkin is even cheaper. Over $5 for a medium! If prices were lower, Id be an every day customer, not an every GRWAT once in a while customer.

Quick service and very friendly staff. I got a turmeric chai tea latte and it was excellent. The employee gave me the suggestion to try it and I am glad they did. This is my favorite Biggby that I have been too so far.

Was hoping for a small town quality coffee shop when I saw this place opened run by people who are passionate about coffee. Then I realized it was a chain but decided to try it anyway. Had a shot of espresso to get a good feel of the quality of the place and it was good, however, I also ordered a basic latte with the tiniest (couldnt have made it more clear) shot of flavoring in it. Heard the directions relayed to the overwhelmed frantic barista (there were maybe 3 customers tops in the place and 5 people behind the counter) . When I saw my drink come up they proceeded to start loading whipped creme on top. I knew it was doomed. Stopped her short of ruining it with whipped cream and took my drink and left without tasting it (my mistake). Three sips in and I had to toss it and didnt have time to go back. Waste.Most will like this place as sugared up whip topped coffee drinks are where its at. I will have to wait for the coffee shop I long for to come around.

Friendly atmosphere and kind staff, but overpriced and disappointing. I paid about $9 for a Dirty Chai (chai latte with espresso), which unfortunately, wasnt great - the coffee was okay and chai wasnt anything special. This place has similar quality to Dunkin Donuts which is cool with me, just not when Im paying double the price. The cafe I work at (small business) charges me about 5 - 6 dollars for much better quality.Biggbys does cater towards kids and smoothie lovers which is sweet, but not a great coffee shop.
