Was appalled that staff were allowing, and ignoring unmasked customers coming into the business after a county wide mask mandate had gone into affect. No sign outside the entrance stating they required masks either. I counted 4 customers w/o masks. Guess the dollar is more important than lives! I mentioned it to several of the staff who seemed self-centered and oblivious. Additionally, I ordered and paid for a large drink and was given a small. Sure, keep my tip!!
I accidentally ordered the wrong size drink and the barista Amanda was amazing!!! She remade my order without charging me twice! She was so thoughtful and I appreciated her patience and giving me exceptional service! Thank Amanda your awesome
As always the staff create a big variety of coffee and non-coffee concoctions made always the way that you want them. I was helped by a staff member who wore a friendly smile. Up til now I havent taken the time to sign up for their rewards program, but a friend told me that I was really missing out. I guess that I better get to it. Happy caffeine everyone!!!
As per Starbucks usual, the coffee is good and the breakfast sandwiches are hot and tasty. My only complaint is that the lot is hard to get into if entering from the east as the drive through customer tend to line up from the west and traffic can be very heavy on Eisenhower. Lot is tight.
I stopped at the west location today, and the employees were great!!! Daniel was very kind, and made my drink perfectly! Courtney even ran my card out to me as I was leaving, as I had forgotten to get it back before I left. Great service from both of them!!
Went thru the drive thru & only had a couple of cars ahead of us. I wanted a breakfast sandwich but they were out of all of them which is why theres a drop in 1star. I did get a frap which was delicious as always.

My coffee is always burnt from this location. If Im gonna pay $7 for a coffee, the least I should expect is they should know how not to burn it. Ill drive down the road to Safeway and go to the kiosk inside the store because they dont burn the coffee.

They have all their inside dinning blocked. There is only sitting outside but no snow removal done. Other coffee joints are spacing their tables. I know this is corporate but get with the program!

The coffee is great. But I am NOT a fan of the Drive thru, and having enough room for only 4-5 cars while the rest have to wait in the middle of an intersection with heavy traffic.
Its a Starbucks but WARNING if you are headed East, this would put the Starbucks on your right, the entrance approaches very quickly and if you pass it you have 3 options #1: park in the parking area to the East and walk over (quickest) #2: Dart across to the left and execute a U-turn (dangerous and possibly illegal) #3: continue to the light take a right, then another right, and another, try not to miss it this go-round (longest) Now once you make it into the parking lot & drive through are NOT trailer friendly (uhaul and up 1axel or more no go) and the drive through is immediately to the right so all you in a suburban or similar size vehicle beware (watch that right rear wheel). The people that work here are always rude. Literally the worst Starbucks in town. I asked for a secret menu drink and they had no idea how to make it (even though I gave them a recipe) so I got a bitter tasting tea that I didn’t even drink.
It would be cool if they did not hand me a drink that was so sloppily put together that it leaks coffee everywhere when taking a sip, a croissant with melted chocolate smeared all over the outside of the bag and expect me to pay more for a drink I didnt want because they were out of cold brew and didnt update the mobile order site.
Need to change their website. Still says dine in. Covid restrictions do not require a total shut down. Thought I could enjoy a cup of coffee while meeting with a client. Got to sit outside in 12 degrees and snow. Would not have scheduled meeting here had the site been accurate. Needless to say. Will schedule no further meetings or even drive through even after Covid is a thing of the past.
I ordered off my app for the 1st time and I messed up. These guys/ gals fixed my goof up and helped me out! They were so kind about it! I want to thank them for being so kind!!! They have always been so nice at this star bucks! They went above and beyond with customer service!! 5 stars!! Thank you!!!
Drive thru is poorly designed is a safety problem when packed
They are always ALWAYS helpful and polite. Weve even walked over with our dog and they offer a pup treat (whipped cream in a cup) for her. Wasnt happy when corporate took out the more comfortable seating but employee space may have been increased so hopefully it was a win for them.
Starbucks is always awesome. Try the cinnamon dolce!
I frequent this location daily for my afternoon break. Absolutely amazing staff at this location. Its never too crowed and they have lots of comfortable seating inside and out. The shift supervisor Aunah has a great attitude and is a gem for the entire store. Shes a keeper.

This Starbucks has really genuine and kind people currently working here, as well as a very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere overall. I definitely recommend coming here on a weekday morning as it is not very crowded during those times. Last thing is that I highly recommend getting the new seasonal frappe here! I cant remember what its called, but it has syrup in it!
Ive noticed its kind of hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the staff will be awesome and sometimes it seems like they have better things to do and cant think straight. There have been times where Ill have to ask if they put something/forgot to put something in my drink or mention that I noticed that they hadnt and a lot of the time, Im met with anger and just flat out rude behavior even though Im always as polite as can be because I know how stressful that line of work is. They always admit to the mistake which is great, but the attitude is terrible about it for no reason
If you want to be ripped off, belittled, called names, and then laughed out the door by management and staff this is the place for you. The disabled community does not deserve to be treated like trash. Please do your part to make our community a better place and DO NOT FUND THIS LOCATION.

Not gonna lie I dont come here for the coffee, its all about the wifi. However the staff has always been friendly and cheerful. The place is clean and Ive never been when its very crowded. (To be fair im not one to go anywhere during their rush hours) So if youre after a good signal at fast speeds look no further.
I always liked this store, until one employee gave me the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She couldnt be bothered to give me a refill on a black coffee. Instead I was bombarded with store policy and mockery. I would never go back to this location.
During peak hours its a nightmare to get in and out of. If its 730am and you would like to leave turning West... Good luck. Employees were all helpful and pleasant.

I order a cordusio on a regular basis and half the time the individual making it does not know how to make it correctly. Sometimes I get in my vehicle and it is wrong! I wish they would train their people on making the drinks that are not the norm if theyre going to offer them. When I tell them it has been done in correctly after the fact, I am never offered a replacement. A lot of the time I am simply grabbing it and running and dont realize it till Im halfway down the street with no time to go back.

Ordered via the app. Arrived 8 minutes later at the suggested time and notified them I had a hot sandwich ordered. It still wasnt ready. They sent me to wait for it. Five minutes later, they told me they were out of that sandwich...They offered other sandwiches but did not have anything else vegetarian.No one seemed to be on the same page. Reps were friendly and apologetic. But still, I was hungry and ready for breakfast.The app told me that several items were out of stock, but only on the checkout page. The menu showed other items unavailable, but not the item I ordered or the items that turned out to be out of stock on the checkout page.Nowhere did the app indicate that my sandwich was out of stock.Wasted 40 minutes trying to find this sandwich in town today, including at two other Starbucks location.I dont have cash but do have a gift card, so unable to buy breakfast elsewhere.Gotta get to work now. Skipping breakfast. 😕
I go to this Starbucks location most frequently. They have great customer service and the coffee is exactly as expected. The drive thru line can be long but it generally moves along quickly.
Good service, good coffee. If Starbucks is your thing then it is really good. If you dont like there regular coffee I suggest getting the type you like as a poor over. This eliminates the horrible taste Starbucks coffee usually has as they brew it in the store. They actually have high quality coffee, its just they brew it way to strong.
Me and my girlfriend have never visited this location before. We came here thinking it would be the same as every other Starbucks we visit. My peppermint mocha Frappuccino and her caramel macchiato. This time, we definitely weren’t expecting a Java chip and an iced latte. The lady (Zoe) was rude and we didn’t receive our drinks correctly. Ziggis is better and will always be.
Only came here because other place was closed. Good, but expensive.

While Im not the biggest fan of the coffee at Starbucks because I think they usually burn the beans I do like the other specialty drinks they have here and no matter the season I can always find something good. I particularly like the new Midnight Mint Frappacino. The staff here is always nice and I have never had a drink order messed up. Also they have recently expanded the outdoor seating which makes it a nice place to come and hang out when the weather is nice. Inside they have lots of good table space for if you like to read or work while you drink.
Love the green tea latte. Whenever i have a cold or feel one coming on, I get this to boost my immune system. This starbucks is quick and efficient!
They sometimes do whole milk over soy and Im lactose intolerant, but over all a good place. Save for the pain of tummy rumblies, they have gotten better though and give pup a chinos!
First off, I work near this location and I stop in almost every day. Typically the service isnt bad, they have messed up my order more times than they should have. Today was one of those days. The girl (Sammy) at the drive thru read my order back and it was correct. When I pulled up to the window, she tried handing me 3 different drinks, that were not what I ordered. Then I asked for my receipt and realized that she over charged me. I brought that to her attention and she offered to void the item. Which was great but when I went to hand her my card, she snatched it out of my hand and all of sudden had an attitude with me. Sorry that you messed up 3 times but dont take it out on the customer. This location really needs to work on their customer service skills. There are only 1 or 2 people that are great there.
I go to the Starbucks in Loveland at Garfield and Taft often. Its my favorite Starbucks to visit. The staff is awesome! Over the top with customer service.I stopped at a Starbucks in Longmont a couple of days ago and that was the worst! Five workers behind the counter and not one of them said a word to me. I was the only one standing there for 5 minutes or so. Finally one of them looked over and says Do you need something? WOW!

Former Starbucks employee. Have been to this location numerous times. Drinks never taste as they should. Everything I have ordered has just tasted bitter. Drinks arent even mixed properly. I ordered an iced coffee with a few pumps of white mocha and a splash of cream. You could literally see the three layers in this drink. I didnt even think it was mine until I saw my name on the cup. I thanked the barista for my three layered mobile order and was completely ignored. I do have to say that the drive thru employees seem to be very pleasant but I find mobile order much faster if Im on my way to work, no lines. I will keep going to the Starbucks on Rocky Mountain Ave as they are very friendly and their drinks are made consistently and deliciously.

This Starbucks is the worst! It’s the closest to my home! They mess up my drink at least once a week, the day manager girl with brown hair is constantly rude. She is Irritated always that they mess up my drink, sorry I paid for it! I have dietary restrictions. The drinks never taste good or the same, I refuse to go back again after today. There was a hair attached to my sticker on the cup! Gross! Plus It is always busy, and takes forever to get through.

Wow! I’ve never had a Starbucks barista be so rude! Not to mention I had to ask for a straw for my iced beverage and it was so watery it didn’t taste like coffee.Apparently, (according ding to the barista) it is a “commonly known thing” that the “Free Birthday Drink” is ONLY on your Birthday, and not the WEEK of your Birthday!! I personally think this is ridiculous, but at least the barista could have been nice about informing me that I missed out on the free Birthday treat

The drive thru was around the building this morning, packed as ever. And still get treated like I am the only one there. I appreciate this. In todays time customer service is going downhill, but not at this place. Kudos to the management team for hiring such exceptional employees.
Great Starbucks to come to. People are friendly as always. But for me personally, this location has a Clover coffee system. Best cup of coffee youll ever have.

The lady that runs this place is rude and DOES NOT know what customer service is. She made us wait to be greeted with NO other customers in the store and when my daughter asked for a sample of a drink she wanted to try she told her no she was too busy with a line out the door. There was no one else in there.... and her drive through was at that point dead. Then she went ahead and rang up another employee when I wanted to order my drink and told me Id have to wait since I didnt know what I wanted anyway.I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!SHE NEEDS to be RETRAINED for MANAGEMENT with a major wake up call!

They have never screwed up an order of mine here and the drinks are always tasty. I took away one star because they always have the music cranked up so loud it gets hard to carry on a conversation sometimes.
They have amazing coffee, awesome staff, and a even better service. I think of Starbucks when I think of coffee☕

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever visited regularly. I lived in Denver for a number of years and not one of them had the level of consistent service that this store offers. I cannot recall a single time this store mesded up an order. The amount was the same, the taste was the same, and the service was exactly the same day in and day out. Specifically, the blonde woman in the drive thru in the morning is always right on top of it and exactly the level of chipper that I need until I get to my morning coffee!! I will be moving soon and am so sad to be leaving this Starbucks.

Nice people here a bit crowded and the drive through is a pain getting in and out of. The parking is horrible. It is better to park next door and walk over. It will save a lot of frustration!

This is very difficult to access when busy. When I went there were 6 customers inside the shop and no parking spaces in the 15 space lot. Very hard to park and too short a space for the drive through line.
I have been to hundreds of Starbucks across the country and this was the roomiest and most immaculate location I have ever been too. It was well staffed and they were kind and helpful to boot!
I ordered a frapp and a sandwich. The total was $11! I asked what my drink cost. The lady said my mini cost $3.95 before tax and I was better off purchasing a tall.Why was I not told that?! Isnt that customer service? Not to mention a great up sale tactic.The lady saw I was upset and did not offer anything to fix it. Not even an apology. I could tell she was hurried and wanted me to leave. So I left and never coming back. And neither will the three friends who were with me who saw the whole thing.
