PCs & Parts is fantastic! They provided honest, helpful, friendly servicing on our livestream (i.e. security) cameras, not giving up until a solution was found, They returned a couple of days later with an even better fix that will last longer. They didnt need to do that and it speaks volumes about the integrity under which the business operates.

Bought 2 PCs to find out I was ripped off in price of it, the real price for my build would cost 400 maybe 500 but got charged 900 for a 2013 pc build.Cpu wasnt new got charged well over what its worth (amd fx 6350) same with a used gtx 1050 ti, little to no more than 1 months of use my son (oldest) noticed graphical issues and no thermal paste on cpu cooling. once he got more informative on how to maintain and build his own pc we recently took it to a pc repair in greeley and was told the same prices I found were over priced and was told I was ripped off. Also purchased a same exact build same day for my younger son who also like to game, Was charged 600 without a gpu in it and it didnt boot but my oldest fixed it for us, in all paid 1700 for 2 pcs.That should of cost less than $1000 for both. This was before gpu shortage and increase in pc prices.

These guys are great! I had a phone that had a broken charge jack and they found a charger for the battery so I could get my contacts off of my old phone, would highly recommend them to everyone.

We had a problem with internet speed. Took our modem/router and computer into PCs and Parts. Overall, and because I did not understand, we talked to them 3 times. They were patient and answered all my questions. I did get everything fixed. I believe this shop is fantastic!!!! Would recommend them to anyone.

I went to PC & Parts yesterday for a stuck key and they were super helpful. I called in advance and the man on the phone was eager to help and told me he could take a look. When I got to the store, there were about 3 people in front of me but I was helped in less than 10 minute. They said a key repair was expensive but offered to clean it for free and see if that was the problem. In the end, cleaning it solved the problem and they didn’t charge me for anything. I would highly recommend this place if you want genuine, knowledgeable, computer repair people!

My only experience with this company was a complete headache and I will never use their service again. First, they had me pay for the service in advance, before even receiving it (come to find out later, the employee should not have done so). After a week, they finally found the part they needed. I took my computer back in so that they could install the part. I took my computer home and half the keys no longer worked. I took my computer BACK in, waited a half hour while they tried to fix it, then was told they would have to once again replace the part theyd just replaced and it would take another week to receive it. I made the horrendous mistake of allowing them to keep my computer during that next week, since it was unusable. They gave me a loaner. Once again, after the second week was up, I had to call them to remind them that they still had my computer and I desperately needed it back. The owner informed me that somehow the lid got scratched while it was sitting in the basket here. I asked how that happened. He lamely said that metal computers can get scratched by having a charger rub up against them. Thats BS anyway, but especially when the scratches are as significant as the ones on the lid of my computer. He told me that hed found a part on Ebay to replace the scratched lid with, but it looks dented. He refunded me the $65 service fee. That hardly made up for the complete hassle I went through with this company. Two weeks without the use of my daily-used computer and ultimately brought it back in worse shape than it went in. I will not return to this business and will be recommending that other people go elsewhere.

I’ve bought 2 computers from here and they were both complete lemons. I bought a 600$ computer that they guaranteed would run the games I play at 60fps. It Rarely got 30. I took it back in and they somehow made it worse. Now it won’t even launch a game. And they won’t give me my money back even though the product is not what they promised. Everything they sell is old outdated junk.

I took my PC desktop in for upgrade over 3 months ago and they did a pretty good job. 2 days ago I took it in because of a power fluctuation kept causing my monitor to shut off, but my desktop was still running. Guys knew what they were doing, the tech told me it was a power cable ( that they installed with the upgrade) that was connected from the power converter to the rest of my computer. To my dismay they charged me for it. This should of been warranty work considering it was only 3 months old and they installed it that way.

The staff clearly stated pricing up front (extremely reasonable) and said they would let me know if they found anything that went beyond a basic diagnostic and repair. PC was fixed in 24 hours. Chris was awesome, and the charge for getting my bios back on track was more than fair. He also sent me instructions to get a problematic optane memory card working. Great shop! I wanted to get a cooling issue fixed ASAP, and they were able to get me in and out within an hour, and the prices were way better than expected.

I purchased a used computer a few months ago and just Monday it would not work. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in. Although they usually only warranty the computers for 30 days, Ron honored a 90 day warranty and corrected the problem with no charge. Ron was extremely pleasant and informative. I appreciated when they called to tell me what was wrong and when they thought it would be done. They finished in one day and called for me to pick it up. Ron answered all my questions and was very nice. This is the second time I have had work done by Pcs and Parts and would highly recommend this business.

Staff was very friendly to work with and werent worried that I wasnt very tech savvy. I went in with a computer that wouldnt start up due to the motherboard being fried, they replaced it quickly and cheap for me. The computer then started having more issues and they had me bring it back in and they fixed all of that for no charge. Awesome guys down there.

I was nervous about going here after reading the reviews. I was looking to build a NAS from an old PC tower but kept running into snags with the 4 desktops I already had. I needed a new case and wanted it yesterday. I called PCs & Parts and explained my situation. In the end it was more cost effective for me to purchase a complete used PC than to get the parts to make what I had work. The knowledgeable staff helped walk me through all my options and the pros and cons of each way. When all was said and done I was able to build not only the NAS that I was working on but also a sweet media server from the tower they sold me. About a month later, during another PC build that Id hit a snag on they were my first call. While they didnt have what i was looking for they did tell me where Id find what i wanted so i now have 2 amazing sources for instant gratification.Yes, you can get your parts cheaper off of the internet... sometimes. But you dont get the service of knowledge people. You also arent walking away from the internet with the exact part you need right now!

I have been fortunate to know that they are there to follow up repairs and needed parts for my computers. Recently, I spent an entire day trying to address a concern with one of desktops. I thought my monitor was dead. I brought in my monitor and cords. they spent a few minutes testing the hook ups and found that the cord I was using was not the original cord. By far the most overpriced PC hardware store I have ever seen. Its honestly sickening as you know that they are taking advantage if people who dont have knowledge of the the PC hardware market and its prices. Do not buy parts from here. Use Amazon, Newegg, Microcenter, or Frys as these are all competitive price matching businesses.

Excellent customer service and timely repair. Left my desktop suffering from BSOD. Also left a 1TB SSD for them to install and transfer my OS to. Had my desktop back in less than 24 hours for only $75! Fantastic group of techs and all very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Rob the owner had a sour attitude and only gave an offer of $75 for a gaming PC with 16Gb of RAM. Was ignored by staff as well. When I called him over the phone he said $300. Very disappointed.

Wish I couldn’t even put a star!!! Went in to have some soldering done, they acted like it was a act on congress and that I also wanted the repair for free. I told them I had no problem paying for repair even if they were unsuccessful .. I finally grabbed my part and walked out saying I’ll go somewhere else first and last time I’ll step foot in there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weve taken our computers here a couple times but with excellent to terrible results. One computer came back fixed like it was supposed to but they had removed the security program from it WITH OUT ASKING! We paid a fair bit of money for that program too. They then installed another free version of another internet security program, while the program works well, you will be bombarded all day with ads telling you to buy the paid version of the programs. Then the second computer we take in, comes back also with out programs, this time it was Microsoft Office. They were very rude in dealing with us when we told them about the issue, and were very unhelpful in recovering the program. So dont take your computer here unless you want to come back with missing programs.

The husband and wife owners are good - very good...the husband is amazing at what he does. However the kids they have as cheap labor kill it, I wont be going there again.

Very informed and friendly, with prices about the same as everyone else, and they know the products they sell. They restored a netbook OS for me last week, when they tested it they noticed it was slower than snail snot (it was indeed a slow old dog), they tried upgrading RAM and it helped considerably, and called and asked me to come check it out and see if I wanted to keep it in. That was only a $10 upcharge for the new RAM and of course no charge for the experiment. My previous experience with them was buying a wifi router, and again it was we really like this one and recommend you try it and indeed its been a long-range hotrod for a few years now.My impression of these folks is that they look at your IT problems from the perspective of YOU and what you need, rather than what gets them the most profit.Far better help and advice than the Big Box stores, and really at about the same price. Ill never set foot in Best Buy again, they are all about sales commissions, pushy salespeople who cant count to 5 on 2 hands, and worthless extended warranties. Big corporate.Buy local instead.
