I havent used my Citi Visa card in several weeks, until I stopped here for filling my gas tank. The very next day, someone in Pennsylvania used my card information to order $65 worth of Wendys food through Door Dash. Fortunately, I received that order notice through my email and immediately had to report fraud to my credit card company, along with cancelling the card and being issued a new one. I was NOT happy!

Very friendly staff. As a regular customer, some of them remember what cigarettes I buy and have them ready before I even get to the cash register. Keep up the good work.

I stopped at Murphy’s in Loveland and bought a tank of gas and a couple snacks for my daughter and I on my MasterCard issued at the plasma bank where I had just donated and gotten $70 for my donation. The purchase was just $37 and change. From there I went to the grocery store to get food for dinner, only to be denied at the register and my card balance showing a negative $5 amount. I should have had a little over $30 left on my card and the groceries were only $25 total. When I called my card company they said that murphy’s had pre-authorized the amount I had spent twice and that they (Murphy’s) would have to remove the second authorization. When I called the corporate office, I was told that they could hold the money from the second pre authorization for up to 36 business hours (this occurred at 2:30 on a Friday before Memorial Day) or I could fax a form to my card carrier. I explained that I need the money released because I needed groceries, and all I got was an “I’m sorry, but that is the policy” so long story short, regardless of the funds for my purchase being available, this company has no issue taking double and holding it for several days regardless of the customers needs.

I turned your station into Larimer Country Public Health. Your employees are not masked and they are not requiring customers to be masked per the current laws that are plainly posted on the door.
