Tried two pumps and neither one would work. No signs on the stations and the lights were on. So, I went to 7/11 and gave them my money instead. Three stars because Im generous and theyve worked in the past.

I love this store because its located right around the corner from my house. It would be much nicer to get in and out of there quickly! The ladies that work there like to chat with eachother instead of checking customers out.

Coins are LEGAL tender. We had to use coins to pay for gas this last time, times are tough. We were counting out the coins for the cashier and she was complaining the entire time about having to count them again and having to do her JOB and roll them later. She proceeded to stop in the middle of us counting look at her coworker and go do I have to accept all of these dimes, I really dont want to have to roll them later. After being talked down to and harassed we just took our money back and left. They happily accepted $20 at Kroger. This is the poorest example of a customer service worker Ive ever seen. And Circle K especially this one will no longer have a regular customer. Pretty disgusting to be treated poorly because you have to pay in change.

Car wash has brushes now, never going again

I always stop here to get gas, but I just had an interesting experience. I prepaid $35 with a $100 bill and the lady in the cashier told me she didn’t have change and would have to wait 5 min for the safe to release the change...which is fine and I said “ok, I’ll fill my tank and come back”. When I came back she told me not to do that anymore, don’t bring $100 because it takes time for the safe to give the change. I asked her if she was serious and she said YES!!! Told me to bring smaller bills next time and I asked her again if she was serious, cause there’s lots of gas stations in town who would gladly accept my money...anyways, that was so “not America” for me

So the employee to made me show here everyone in my cars ID when I had my mom dad and all my moms kids and had the audacity to say I had a attitude when me and my mom said we had an attitude to she wouldn’t sell use any food or cigarettes even though we had our ID that’s not legal.

This location really has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction. It seems like every time I go to this location the car wash is broken. I tried to talk to the lady on duty about getting a refund for the car wash to no avail. She was very smart mouthed and was commenting about it not being her fault. I never said it was her fault I simply wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere to get my car washed. I was told I could call customer service, she even pointed the number out to me, but failed to mention they were closed till Monday morning. I only fueled up here because of saving .10 a gal on fuel if a car wash was purchased. otherwise I would have gone to king soopers where I could have gotten .20 a gal off.
