My husband purchased my engagement ring at a Jared jewelers in MO, we moved here and purchased my wedding band enhancement from the Loveland location.We purchased my enhancement with a Jared Credit Card no interest for the first year, and paid it off no problem.Cleaning and inspections are always quick and easy, and service requests are the same. I’ve always been happy with how polished my ring looks when I get it back.The staff is always friendly and willing to help no matter your budget.

I havent ever heard of a jeweler that doesnt give back the gold and silver that is sized off of a piece of jewelry. This is precious metal that has true dollar value. The idea that they keep all trim boggels my mind, and spells dishonesty.I have a hard time believing I am the only person capable of thinking critically enough to realize this is not right. Imagibe how much is sized each day!They lost this long time Loveland resident along with my word of mouth.

I am writing a review for Summer.She made my ring shopping experience fun and it went very well! I told Summer the ring that I was wanting to buy, and she had it delivered to the store in a quick amount of time. Then she had it fitted for size right away. Overall, Summer was super friendly, very helpful, and kept me updated frequently with the status of the ring. I will defiantly be coming back to her in the future for more purchases!

Beware! My ring looks ridiculous because, apparently, I chose a princess instead of a round, which was what my wedding band was meant for. Did I get a call? Nope! Now I have a lopsided ring, but I’m unable to show because no pics allowed.

My wife needed to get her rings inspected for warranty, showed up during business hours to find the door was locked but could see employees at the counter. We tried calling several times to make an appointment with no answer. Again, we couldsee there were employees inside totally ignoring the phone. Super disappointed after spending thousands of dollars at this store. I understand Covid makes businesses have to operate differently but that’s no excuse for poor customer service.
I had a wonderful experience today. I went in to get a couple of things appraised by an independent appraiser. He was awesome to work with and very helpful and professional. The two women up front that helped me complete my transaction we’re a pleasure to deal with and treated me with the utmost respect and care. I will absolutely be back.

My boyfriend (now fiancé) purchased a beautiful ring from Jared. However, I had to leave this review after the awful service we’ve had with them. We went to get my ring resized, and our salesperson said she had to check how long it would be until we’d receive the ring back. While she was checking, the saleswoman next to us told her customer less than 2 hours. She was obviously trying to make a sale, because when our salesperson came back she told us they just take orders as they come, and we would not receive the ring back until the next day. We didn’t want to make a scene about it, and so I returned on a later date to get my ring resized. When I went to pick it up and got all the way home, I realized the very sweet engraving that my fiancé had customized with my ring was gone. And so, yet again I had to return to Jared’s to get it redone, again. What made it worse was not one person or manager ever apologized for any of this. Very sad and unfortunate as I really love my ring, but will never recommend this Jared’s to anyone.

Usually our experience is good but the past two times have not been enjoyable. The time before yesterday that we went my husband and I went to get our diamonds checked for the warranty and to get my jewelry cleaned. When they brought my jewelry out it was still not cleaned properly. i had to send it back and have them do it again. This time that we went we had my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together. I was excites to have this done but when I picked the ring up, after I left I noticed that the ring wasn’t fitting and was much too tight. We told them not to resize it and they didn’t, but the jeweler didn’t line the bands up correctly. Now they are soldered together but the wedding bands isn’t centered on the engagement ring. It is slightly to the left side. Since the bands aren’t lined up they overlap on both sides making the ring too tight. I felt like this was very unprofessional. The ring should be reviewed to make sure it is perfect before it is brought out. We had to make a two hour drive just to get it checked and soldered together and now my wedding ring is much too tight that I can’t even get it off of my finger. I am very dissatisfied with the service. This is the ring set that I will be wearing for the rest of my life and I am disappointed that better care was not taken of it. They could have simply lined it up on the sized to make sure that it would fit perfectly but that was clearly not done.

Wow! Went to Jared to get my rings cleaned and checked today but rudely found the door locked, called and no answer. Finally talked to someone walking another customer out who was very rude in letting me know they can let people in who are buying items but the current customers mean nothing to them. So my past business basically is useless and my current jewelry doesnt matter but if youre there to spend money theyll let you in. Time to find a new jeweler.

We purchased our engagement and wedding rings at Jared-- and it is one of the best investments we made going on now 9 years ago. The included service and support with the purchase has been exceptional. We bring the rings in every 3-4 months and Jareds provides cleaning and inspection that has helped our rings keep look fantastic and brand new. They are efficient and friendly and do not do any sales gimmicks or pressure. They have saved us from an expense several times in that they discover a smaller diamond that is coming loose and tighten it. Im so glad we selected them!
They have been very kind whenever I have come in to clean my wifes ring. BUT I am very disappointed in my most recent experience. I wanted an anniversary ring for my wife. Found the perfect one, and had them order it since it was a different size. They say they would call me when it is in. I call 2 weeks later since I hadnt heard anything and come to find out that they cancelled my order!?!? They said they are no longer in stock. So... I can somewhat understand that they ran out of something. But what I dont understand is that I had to call them and ask what the status was. They couldnt tell me that it wasnt in stock two weeks ago? So now I am left scrambling to figure something out in time. Very disappointed. DO NOT TRUST THEM IF YOU HAVE TO ORDER SOMETHING. Not worth the gamble.Oh, and dont even bother trying to email their manager Tom. He apparently doesnt check his email or bother to respond in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional.
I purchased my wedding rings from the store here in Loveland Colorado. I was promised at that time that I could use the promotional financing program and would not pay any interest. However, their payment program and their financing promotion didn’t align, now I’m being charged interest for the entire purchase. I was convinced at the time of purchase by my sales person, that nothing like this would happen. I had the money to pay for the rings upfront but took the option after being convinced to take the promotion by my sales person. If anyone should be paying this, it should be the sales person for not giving the correct information out.When I called and spoke with someone about this, I was meet with rudeness. The first person I spoke with was nice but stated that she couldn’t help me. She transferred me to her manager. The second person, Sabrina, the manager was very rude. She must have placed me on mute so she couldn’t hear me since she continued to talk over me and once, I asked her to listen, she wouldn’t respond until after I finished for several seconds, stating she was waiting for me to finish. She was very rude and irritated me further. I then asked for a second manager. He was much better and stated that the only way I can try and resolve this matter is to contact you by letter. In today’s world, this seems very strange. He promised to send me a link… that I never received.By not giving me clear information by the sales person, not aligning the promotional period with the payment schedule, causing me to miss the deadline by three days, very rude customer service and expecting someone not to complain about receiving another $260.00 bill is simply ridiculous. I find this to be very unethical.I could go on about the thousands of dollars I’ve spent at your Loveland, CO store, or how a diamond came out of my wife’s engagement ring only a few months after the purchase, or how we spent thousands more to have a custom band made there for my wife’s ring, not only to have your techs attach it to the engagement ring the wrong way – days before our wedding, when it was obvious that the diamonds (on only one side) should be facing outward. But we’ve overlooked all this, and still continued to do business with them. In fact, I’ve also bought her some Ever US jewelry in 12/2019. Considering all this and now the experience I am having with this disreputable – blind-sided finance charge, we had hoped that you would only do what is moral & honorable.I have mailed a letter off to the corporate office weeks ago now and have not heard a word from them. The took a payment for the finance charge out of our account without even contacting us. Im done with them. I paid the interest charge off in total and will be passing the word to stay away from this jeweler.

Not honest about the reasons why they wont work on certain pieces. I was given some reason that was instantly proved false with a quick Google search and phone call to a few other jewelers. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I visited this establishment not too long ago and was quite pleased. I consider myself an old timer and dont like feeling pressured into a purchase as if I was on a car lot. I spoke with Ellie Mae for quite some time. She was a very polite and knowledgeable young lady. Although young, she is very mature and respectful and I enjoyed having a chat with her. I ultimately made a purchase for my wife of 43 years and she was ecstatic. I will absolutely be back in the near future.
The people are extremely nice and helpful, however do not bring anything in to trade. They originally quoted me $1.7k on trade in, then noticed an issue when it came time to make a purchase and suddenly my trade in value was reduced to $300. Untrustworthy. Youre better off taking your business elsewhere.
My fiance and I have bad the best experience at this Jared location. The manager Summer has been especially helpful. She took the time and listened to what he was looking for in an engagment ring and made sure it would be perfect. We went back to get his wedding ring as well. They have customers for life in us because of the great customer service!

Again, I had a good experience with the repair & even though it wasnt ready when promised, a kind rep offered me a discount to make up for the inconvenience of 2 trips out to the store. It took a long time for someone to help me yesterday! There were several people working and I finally had to ask someone for help. Her reply was, she was waiting to see what I was going to do! What I was going to do??? I had been in the Pandora section for approximately 12 minutes, used the restroom, and waited approximately two more minutes at the Pandora counter, once again! Ive been shopping there for many years and have never had a bad experience before this time. It was a very different atmosphere compared to my other shopping experiences at Jared.

I went in yesterday to drop off my custom rung for Rhodium plating. The store had 6 or so employees that I could see and 4 people being helped. I waited by the counter to be seen but the guy looked right past me and welcomed the people who came in after I did. Obviously irritated but I waited until another girl finally saw me. Got my ring dropped off and left. We came back today during out errands to pick it up, not realizing they closed at 5:00. We pulled into the parking space at 4:59, so my fiance got out to try the door. At 4:59 the door was already locked, because no one locked it while we pulled in but it was locked when he pulled it. We saw some people coming to the door so we thought they were trying to let him in, so he walked back to the door while two guys squeezed out laughing like they were all socializing. She pulled the door shut without even speaking to him! We kept trying to signal that we were just looking to pick up my ring and she just said sorry! And shrugged her shoulders. So RUDE!! When I worked retail we would have been fired for locking the door early! And she wouldnt even speak to him to see what we were after? It was no transaction, no money involved and would have taken 5 minutes to keep someone happy. We live in Fort Collins now so Centerra isnt just down the street anymore. I just couldnt believe she wouldnt even take a moment when THEY locked the doors early anyway. We decided not to go there for the wedding band...so theyve lost that. Small potatoes to a company that size Im sure...but its about principles.

Ive worked with this store a handful of times. When I first shopped for my wifes engagement/wedding ring in 2012, I was assisted by someone who messed up my custom ring. This was a rough start. However, as soon as I made a complaint to the manager, the customer service soared to top notch. Summer was the associate who I worked with and she was excellent through the next few weeks to get my custom ring just the way I wanted it.Since then, Ive had great service there. In fact, just yesterday, I went in to get a watch (that I bought elsewhere) resized, and they took care of it for free. I believe the managers name was Brandon.I would recommend going here. AND I would recommend asking for someone else if your service is not great the first time! This is important for the store manager to know which associates are great and which ones are not.
Was great impressed with customer service. Went here to get a battery for my watch. I also had them put it in. They outstanding part I called in and they said one thing on price and in the store I was told the price was higher the what was told to me on the phone. I told the lady who was help me. Now in most stores this would become a problem. Usually the customer leave unhappy. Not in this case. They said it was in them sense I was told two different prices. I dont accept this every time but it greatly impressed me. Definitely will be back when I am in town. Would highly recommend this place. Been to this location twice. Both time customer service was Impressive. Keep up the good work.

We purchased our rings there a little over two years ago. One ring is tungsten which the sales rep told us was one of the strongest metals out there. Just recently the tungsten ring broke in 3 pieces. The store is trying to make us pay $40 for a repair when we were originally told we had a warranty. A couple of months ago the ring started getting black marks on it that wouldnt come off at our semi-annual cleanings. We were told at that time that we had a warranty but because it is tungsten they have to send it out as they do not deal with that type of metal in store which is why wed have to pay $40. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as we just want to switch out this ring for a different one and pay the difference. Jared has still not responded and its been a week. We will never shop here EVER again, and I will be sure to let everyone know how terrible their jewelry is. Google is not the only place to review a business. If I ever hear the phrase he went to Jared again, Ill apologize to whoever says it! Save yourself the hassle and shop at a different jewelry store.

That is like going to a restaurant and the food is fully guaranteed for 10 seconds. Jared must not care about repeat business. Stuff happens Jared! My ring is brand new why wouldnt I be able to return it

I have never been more upset with a sales experience in my entire life. We purchased our wedding rings in April of 2018 and Summer the manager was who sold them to us. In the 8 months since I’ve had a diamond fall out of my band twice. I took it to another Jared for repairs today and was told by their manager and repair shop that anyone should have predicted this would happen. My ring was not a wedding band and not designed for everyday use. Summer must have known this and omitted this information in order to make a sale. The other store recommended I pick a new band. I have never felt so betrayed or taken advantage of. STAY AWAY FROM SUMMER!!!

My husband and I went to this Jared to get our jewelry cleaned and inspected and to pick out my valentines day gift. After picking out my new ring we decided to have it sized. The associate helping us was not fully committed to our experience. She sized my finger and then forgot what the size was...instead of resizing to ensure of the right size she wrote down what she thought it was. After picking up my new ring it is now too big and once I got it home and took it out of the box to put it on we noticed it is missing one of the stones and the band is bent. Needless to say this is the worst experience we have had (we loved every experience in the Aurora store). Taking my ring back today so that maybe I will be able to wear it soon.UPDATE: we went back to Jared today to rectify the situation. Customer service was better and we left pleased with our experience. Apparently, just avoid the common busy times (Valentines Day, Mothers Day, and any other holiday where jewelry is a common gift and your experience should be ok)

I love Jared’s we were in CO visiting family and seen one. My rings needed the prongs checked and cleaned and my wedding ring which we purchased in MO had a bent prong. It kept catching on my clothes and getting fuzz caught on it. They fixed it but it still feels like it is still rough on the tip and still catching on clothes. I will have to make another trip to St. Louis, MO to have it checked again. The closest store is about 1.5 hour drive for us. I wish they would build one closer to home.
I had been a loyal Jared customer for many years until today. I had worked with them to find a bracelet for my wife for our anniversary. I had the goal of surprising her, which was ruined when Jared called my wife and told her that her bracelet had arrived! I had specifically asked them to make sure they didnt reach out to her, and to call me directly. After the manager apologized and gave me a discount on the bracelet for their error, they later decided not to honor that discount. Having spent thousands of dollars over the years with Jared, they will not get a penny from me again. Jared and their employees could use a lesson in customer service and taking care of loyal customers. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
I took my Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch in to add a link and a new battery. Summer was incredibly helpful and the entire staff was so friendly and pleasant. I will definitely give them all of my business in the future!
Wish I could give negative stars. Never have I ever felt so disrespected at a retailer in my life. We were not greeted at all and were not asked if we needed help looking for anything. They were not busy either. The stuck up judgmental ladies working that day were too busy touching up their makeup and gossiping to even care about a potential sale. I will tell everyone that I know to avoid this location at all costs. Jared you need to get your employees in check.

Very poor experience. Was told one price for the insurance and resizing and was charged another price. Wasnt until I looked at the receipt that I saw the discrepancy. Prior to that I was shown Emeralds, but was not explained by the Jared staff that one was a lab emerald and the other a natural emerald. Had to go to one of the other jewelry stores at Centerra in Loveland where they explained the difference. A longtime Johnstown resident, I like to shop locally, but after this experience and hearing family and friends with similar poor experiences, Ill definitely not return, and would encourage anyone who shops there to beware.

The stores representatives made what was suppose to be a wonderful experience a horrible one by seemingly not knowing what is going on themselves and not being very clear (conserning financing). They left me feeling jerked around. I hope Jareds customer service improves because the jewelry is spectacular.

Jared...They sell you a watch, it breaks, they attempt to fix, it falls off your wrist, they attempt to fix send it to the dealer, it almost falls off again, they send it back to the dealer. In the mean time you have spent over 1K on a dress watch that you thought was quality only to find out, the 19.95 Timex holds up better than the 1K Tag. These people are a joke, they cant get an answer, it has been over 2 months and no status, they said they would call within a week with a status when I dropped it off on 8/22 now 10/28 and nothing, zero, I have to call to find out, they still dont know. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent, never again! Time to tell the rest of the internet about this so someone else doesnt fall for the same money-grabbing trap. Oh, and yes I bought the 150.00 extended warranty too, a lot of good that does, I thought it was to cover batteries, seems it simply to line Jareds pockets. NEVER DO BUSINESS with these people!
You wont even want to try to set up a payment plan. You will have to continue to check in after you sent them their payment and badger them to actually find this payment so you arent charged late fees. Its similar to holding a childs hand through a process.
Fantastic, personalized customer service. I was not rushed or hurried away looking at a number of pieces, basically dreaming, and I received help planning a custom piece, for a future purchase.My engagement ring and wedding ring were originally purchased in Virginia Beach, VA. My jewelry care specialist took the time to find the store number so she could locate our purchase in the computer system since my rings have a life time warranty.After 11 1/2 years I was finally ready to have them soldered together since I temporarily lost my engagement ring for four days in the leaf litter at a business. They did the work beautifully, topped the prongs off on my diamond, cleaned and polished my rings for free. Its part of the services provided when you purchase the warranty on your jewelry at Jareds. Go there. I doubt youll be disappointed. If they dont have exactly what you want, they can order something or custom make it.
Worst shopping experience ever. The customer service is awful. I am a really good customer and Jared sold me a defective necklace chain for my diamond pendent. The necklace has continually broken and Jared will not replace it, but only choose to repair it not considering that if it may break again the valuable diamond pendant could be lost due the the poor quality of the product. I have wasted my time and money with Jared. They have lost my business because they can not replace a defective necklace. I would strongly urge no one to shop there. The staff is helpless, lairs, and ignorant!!!!
Always helpful and get the job done quickly. This time had to have my ring sized. Dropped it off in the am on my way to Denver. Picked back up on my way back.
No pressure to buy. I even told the saleslady I was going to check out a couple other stores (not sure Google will let me mention them in the review, but there are 2 or 3 more jewelry stores in Centerra) and she smiled with confidence that Id be back. We looked at more rings online and they were the same price as the ones in the store, so we just decided to go back to the store to buy. They offered me a bottled water both times I was in the store, so if you ever just need a quick drink, go in and act interested for a couple minutes.
I bought a watch from this store worth $1700 . When I open an account nobody informed me about putting 20% down to be able to avail the 0 interest for certain period of time. Now Im stuck with interest every month because nobody inform me. Please jared sales representative inform your customer. Instead of just thinking of selling and hitting your quota for the week. Very dishonest marketing strategy. I wrote this comment because I want people to be aware. Beware!!!!
Dropped off ring to be sized. Came back two weeks later and nothing had been done. No phone call saying there was a problem. They just tried to get more money out out of me for fixing the prongs. When I drop it off they said no problem it could be resized with no other work. They did not even clean the ring!!!! Never go here.
UPDATE: Jared CS reached out and asked me to speak with the Jareds store manager. He was able to polish the ring where it was scratched (that didnt sound like too risky a thing to let happen)..he said that it should have been caught in their quality inspection before being released to me. He did what he was able to, to remedy the issues we had, and my ring looks much better! Still 2-toned, which they maintain it was originally (that wouldnt be an easy thing to change at this point, and Im fine with it). They really made the effort to make things right, and I am very pleased with that...upping my review to reflect the overall negative and positive experiences.Still leaving the original...in case someone else has an old ring that needs work. Be aware its not a super straightforward process, and you may want to research or ask a lot of questions!My fiance and I recently took his late grandmothers ring to this Jared to get it resized for our engagement. Upon inspecting the ring, the woman said that the ring would need additional work - retipping, resetting, etc. That was all fine, although it was quoted to cost ~$550. She suggested not re-working the current ring and instead purchasing a new setting to place our diamonds into. We werent interested in anything she showed us (I like the vintage look - I think its much more interesting than the current styles). When my fiance was reading the agreement prior to signing, the woman got very rude and impatient and said Frankly, if youre going to leave the ring with us, you have to sign it. I wish we had walked out then and there!The ring had some intricate etching that had worn down slightly over the years, and I asked if it was possible to re-etch it. ....more on that later....The ring we brought in to Jared was completely yellow gold. The ring we got back was re-set with white gold. And it wasnt cleaned when we got it back. There were metal specks all over the setting as well as the diamond. We took the ring, because we were meeting with people who wanted to see it, and I was going to see if the two-toned would grow on me.After showing some people the ring, one noticed that one of the smaller outside diamonds was not secure in the new setting. I also decided that I preferred all yellow gold to the two-toned, so we took it back.When I inquired about the gold color, I was told that the ring was probably originally two-toned, and that they arent allowed to re-tip with yellow gold (we asked my fiances mother, and she said the ring was definitely always all yellow gold).My big problem here is WHY didnt they tell me up front that there was a chance my color would be altered? They knew how old the ring was when we brought it in, and they should have informed me. Not that I trust them in their assessment that the ring was probably always two-toned, when family of the original owner attests otherwise.We let them fix the setting that they botched, and came in later for the ring. Again, the ring was speckled with bits of metal...not cleaned.And when we took a closer look at the setting they fixed....they actually secured the diamond, but they SCRATCHED the entire side of the ring for the length of that setting. Also, the setting no longer matches the setting on the other side of the ring. I think it might even be cracked, but I REFUSE to take it back to them, as every time I take it, I get it back MORE DAMAGED.The etching: it is a SLOPPY job. It looks like someone heated the gold to melting, and then dragged a toothpick through it in a really poor attempt to mimic the other sides etching.I wish I would not have trusted their expert jewelers with ANY of my rings work. I will find a local jeweler who does this for more than a paycheck. I will never recommend Jared or any subsidiary (a lot of chain jewelry stores send their rings to Jared for work-so make sure to ask!!)
Paulette and Connie were exceptional, not sure if I would have made the purchase without their professionalism, kindness and great sense of humorThey were to knowledgeable and fun. If you are going to spend your hard earned money, you should have a good time doing it.
We walked in and started looking for bands to accent an engagement ring. We were in the store for about 25 minutes and not a single person spoke to us. Not even a hello, well be right with you. Others came into the store after us and were helped promptly.As we were walking out the door, a guy asked if we had been helped, I told him no, and that wed been there for about 25 minutes. His response was Oh, yeah, were busy. he said this in a tone as if to blow me off.

Each time I stop into Jared in Loveland, CO, Im impressed with those that assist me. Tonight was no exception, as Brandon repaired my watch, cleaned and checked my ring, and set up a wish list for items I was interested in. Great customer service each and every time!!
