I had to go into the store because I got a brand new phone and had a few technical issues...... Christian helped me and I got to say T-Mobile you need a couple more people on hand daily much less on a Saturday...... There are always so many people in the T-Mobile store..... The Christian did a great job got my phone situated got me on my way and I do want to say thats a great T-Mobile store I dont know who the manager is but Tyler has helped me also and he is nothing but awesome

The salesman was useless (Lucas was his name). Im trying to upgrade my wifes phone and they didnt have what we wanted in stock. In addition, even though Im a long time customer in good standing, they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to get out of the terrible one plus 8 into a Samsung. One Plus phones suck, and TMobile knows it but wont do anything about it.
Just had AMAZING customer service at T-Mobile! Had to get a new phone for my daughter and ended up getting a new one for me! Aaron was so knowledgeable, patient and kind with us! I have been with T-Mobile 17 years but this was the best customer service I have received, by far! I will always come back to this location because all of their reps are great! I was watching and listening as I waited for my phone to transfer data and I was very impressed by them all! Great job T-Mobile for hiring a great bunch of young folks who truly care about their customers!

As well as the crew here especially Christian Jones.(Dont be dumb give that man a raise if your managers here are smart he should see it happen.)

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 4 years and dont plan on ever going anywhere else. I was in today with a phone I had just purchased a week ago with an issue and Christian was able to get it taken care of rather quickly. Id recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service.
Best workers in town.. i thought i had broken a screen on my phone and tablet, but turns out because of their screen protector recommendation when I got them both, it was just the protectors! 15 minutes later, 2 new coverings. Look like new! Brayden was awesome!

I am very late in leaving this review, but a week ago I came in to replace my old phone. I was helped by Christian and he did an amazing job getting my damaged device taken care of quickly. He also got me an amazing deal on my new device at a much lower upfront cost than I was expecting. Id recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone!
Came in out of curiosity and just wanted to keep my options open. Payton welcomed me right away and was very professional at the start. I’ve been with Verizon for the past 4 years and wasn’t sure if I wanted to switch. She persuaded me to not only buy a new phone but I set up a plan and bought a few extra goodies! She was very friendly, optimistic, and smart. She knew all of her facts and I realized she was very involved in her job which is awesome! I live in Greeley and will definitely be coming back to that location! Keep it up T-Mobile

I never thought I could leave a ranting review over a cellphone purchase and provider switch UNTIL we met Christian at this location. He was beyond knowledgeable on every single phone. We haven’t had a new phone in a couple of years and he was able to compare every single phone we were considering. He really helped us make the right choice individually when selecting a phone based on the features that are important to us. My hubby and I have been married 5 years and the only thing we never switched into both of our names was our phone plans because we were overwhelmed by the concept and thought we had contracts.... Christian walked us through everything! I wasn’t even going to switch companies let alone get a new phone- just my hubby was, but he knew his deals! He noticed my iPhone was old but in pristine condition so he let me know there was a huge promotion going on where they give you $600 credit towards a new phone. I seriously thought it was too good to be true and some sort of sales scam but 100%! Christian didn’t try to up sell us for a more expensive product, he really made sure we got what he want. He has the best screen applying abilities ever! That alone was worth it. We were so happy with our experience! Thank you!Ps, the iPhone takes better pics :)

I would give this location more stars if I could. I dread having to buy a new phone because I always feel pressured into buying something I don’t need or want. When I went in, I was greeted by all three employees and each of them helped me at one point. They worked as a team like a well oiled machine. All of them were friendly, professional and knowledgable about the products. A special thanks to Brandon who patiently answered every question I had and encouraged me to call or come back with any other questions I had. Jeff and Christian are excellent. I was in the store a month ago looking at my options. I spoke with Jeff and really enjoyed his professionalism and candor. I didnt upgrade that day because I had just missed the window on a recent s10 promo. I told him Id be back in a month. So, tonight I went in and spoke with Jeff and Christian about upgrading my phone. They each provided a great deal of product knowledge and within minutes, I bought a new Galaxy. Christian provided the data swap and setup. It was the best experience Ive ever had in a phone store. Several weeks ago I was having some major phone issues and ended up at this T-mobile location 4x in one week. This isnt the closest T-mobile location to my home but after the first time in, I went out of my way every other time to come here. I was helped every time by Yoni and he was amazing to work with! I just switched from 12 years with Verizon to T-Mobile. They have plans that are amazing, more than what Verizon can meet. The clerk I was dealing with, Jeff was fantastic! Ive had a great experience with this store and customer service from Brayden. Everyone there is very helpful but he definitely deserves commendation for his positive attitude and knowledge. He has assisted me twice and each time is very patient and keeps smiling through whatever problem hes solved for me. As a company, I feel T-Mobile has vastly improved their service overall in the past few years. I bought a hot spot device that failed a week after I put it into use, but was just out of warranty, and our son contacted the president of the company, who then made things right with his personal apology. I highly recommend T-Mobile and this store in particular!
I had a problem with my bill- I was overcharged by $20.00 and stopped by T Mobile on Garfield Avenue in Loveland CO. A very polite, friendly associate by the name of Christian Jones waited on me, explained what happened, credited my account and explained future billing. He is an AWESOME, polite, friendly and knowledgeable employee. T Mobile is very fortunate to have this young gentleman as an employee!

Jeff made my experience unforgettable, I had an unfortunate mishap with a device and needed help getting it fixed. I was fairly new when it comes to device protection and what to do if it is broken. He had to deal with me at my worst when it came down to it and for that I’m truly sorry. But he handled it in the most professional manner and honestly made things easier for me in the end. I happened to need new screen covers and stopped in and immediately he remembered me! Seriously! Talked for a few while he put my screen covers on and totally made my day. Great job Jeff!

Will never return to the store few months ago my son had issues there so I thought Id give them second chance. Well today I was invisible for 10 minutes I walked in the door at the same time as another man guess they assumed we were together but we were never asked. I will never return to this location Fall River by far is the better customer service location.

Always nice to go in. I didnt get my screen protector from Pure Gear. So that us why I went in. But the clerk gave me the Pure Gear phone # to call Pure Gear, but they were closed. Its Not T:Moble fault. It be over a week and I didnt get my screen protector. So I am really upset with PURE GEAR.
Brayden at T Mobile helped me switch to the new iPhone XR and I absolutely love it! He was a very great salesman and awesome support! Helped me with learning the new device because this is the first iPhone I’ve ever owned! I recommend Brayden to help anyone with anything at T Mobile!

Ill preface this with saying Ive been with TMobile for over a decade with zero issues, until moving to Loveland and visiting this location.Went in to get my autopay info changed with the new billing address, simple enough... Except three separate people could not do it over the course of three months. Totally unacceptable! Its bad enough getting my service completely deactivated despite having zero issues for so many years and so many moves... but when the employees here cant even set up a new card for autopay? Every month the same thing is said by the people at this store: looks like last time they didnt set it up, let me fix this. Well, three months later, surprise surprise I get my service deactivated AGAIN saying I dont have any autopay set up. I cant even get into my online account because the first person at this location completely closed my account when they tried to fix it and my online account has never worked since. Tired of coming into this location only to have the same issue repeat and interfere with the rest of my life. Its been a good run, but guess its time to find a provider that doesnt completely butcher simple requests.

Sunday afternoon around 3p.m. Two people working each with customers when I arrive. One other couple waiting ahead of me. Im there to make a purchase and stood around for 22 minutes before its my turn. Then waited another 16 minutes for a damn receipt. Not my idea of great customer service and I was quickly reminded of the reason why I detest going into the T-Mobile store for anything! So,I wasnt surprised today to see that nothing has changed. Needless to say, Im not a very happy customer!

Folks this is the BEST T-Mobile Store and ask for Jeff! #PeriodId been with Cricket a few months shy of 20yrs. I was getting tired of hearing how some of my friends were getting these cool offers from T-Mobile JUST FOR BEING A CUSTOMER!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING from Cricket EVER. So, I did my research (5 months worth) between major & small carriers and for us, T-mobile was the one.After alllllll the research I thought ok, sure seein n readin is 1 thing but now I need to get 2 a store & talk 2 a representative and really get the gossip/down-low. BUT WHICH STORE? I live in the Denver Metro and Im not a fan of ANY customer service down here (excluding small businesses). A fam member happened to live in Loveland and so I put her to the test. Told her to go to a T-Mobile store and ask questions. NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES (to me this ALWAYS will show you if its what and who you want to do business with).To try n keep this review short, she met a WONDERFUL gentleman named Jeff and told me the store on Garfield St and Jeff WAS THE PLACE! So I made it up there and he was even better than expected. FRICKIN knowledgeable, AMAZING AMAZING personality, FRIENDLY, kind, fast but not too fast. Answered EVERY question (even some annoyin ones). He went over in DETAIL the contract/plan, switched our phones over to the new ones, explained how some of the phones work (mine was super old), gave me the websites, customer service number, told me to call for anything. Im officially after 20yrs with Cricket a T-Mobile customer and if all goes as expected, plan to be for quite some time.Jeff is a RARE employee you can only PRAY to find anywhere you go. I watched his interaction with other customers and the ins and outs of the store deliveries and was just blown away at how well he handled it ALL. Never flustered, NEVER a sour note. Great multitasker. Careful T-Mobile I may tell my boss to hire him within our company #wink!! Bottom line, thank you T-Mobile but THANK YOU Jeff for being exactly who you are and for the AMAZING service you provided (lol and still providing my fam member), youre a rare gem and priceless!
