The furniture is beautiful, high quality, and will last for years. The people are very friendly and extremely efficient. In the spring I purchased a couch and loveseat which are so comfortable and show no signs of wear and tear. Recently, I ordered a matching ottoman so I can put my feet up and really relax. Thank you La-Z-Boy!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The free custom design service is great. The quality of the furniture is so much better than all the chain stores.The ONLY reason Im not giving 5 stars was because of the actual purchasing phase. I asked if prices were negotiable and given a flat NO, Im giving you the 30% off by the designer. The salesperson told us we had 3 days to cancel or make changes. Our designer said they cant cancel, only make changes. That is a lie period. I almost canceled because of this.. Not the best ending to a really nice experience.

Found salesman pleasant but felt he did not disclose enough about fabric and delivery. I have had second thought about the color I chose and am trying to justify coming back to store to discuss it. Also AFTER I signed everything and gave him my credit card, I asked about the delivery date....not until March or April !!! I love the style of the chair and Lazy Boy quality but disappointed in other things.

I ordered a recliner in May. I was told it would be back ordered until July. With the Covid-19 and the way everything is being delayed, I was ok with that. We put our deposits down and waited. I called in the beginning of August to see where the order was and they told me it was complete, just waiting for a full truck so it can be shipped and they would call when it arrived. 4 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything yet, so I called for a status update. My recliner had been sitting in their warehouse for over a week. They had no explanation as to why i was not contacted for delivery. Then I had to wait a another week to even get it delivered. I love the recliner, I will even give Laz-y-boy a pass due to current labor shortages. I do hope they get this figured out and get back to the quality customer service we have been used to.

The pictures below are of the issues we had with our furniture. The frame was broken on the couch, cushions layers delaminated, pillows and back cushions under-stuffed... We spent months working with Comfort Care who handles the warranties. Finally, our sales person and the store manager intervened. The full furniture set was replaced. The new set is nothing like the lemons we were originally sent. So, if you arent satisfied with your purchase follow up. The first couch and loveseat were absolutely horrible. The replacements are amazing. Heres hoping that the second set is representative of the norm.

This was the best experience I have had purchasing furniture. The staff was gracious when I first came in. Nari, the store manager, was very warm and professional. He sat down with me and took his time to help me choose from a wide array of textures, materials, styles, and colors the best upholstery option for the accent chairs that would work well with my living room. I did not feel rushed. My expectations were most definitely surpassed. Would give more than 5 stars if it was an option. I look forward to shopping for some more items in the very near future from this Laz-y-boy store. I was thoroughly impressed.

The service was especially great. Sue was so patient with us, giving us the time we needed to decide. We actually called few days later, she was able to go beyond getting exactly what Id wanted, and I was able to pick up the day I called! Too no time at all once we got there, everything was ready. Highly recommend this store, all the associates were more than friendly and personable. The treatment was memorable and worth going back for!

If you need furniture and you want it to last and get detailed attention, go to Lazy Boy!!!! Seriously, my husband went in just to look around and see what they had. I have always known lazy boy as a “grandma shop”. IT IS NOT! We had Nare who is the store manager come up to us and asked what we were looking for. He listened to everything we had to say, or budget, and our style. It wasn’t a quick in and out, they scheduled time to walk through and see what we liked and talked us through it all. After we got done, he had us connect with their designer Kristin. She came to our house, took measurements, and pictures. We came in that next week and she had our home all planned out! They stayed in our budget AND helped us with the financing. They are a 10/10!!Update: Still amazing!! They kept us up to date with any furniture that needs reordered or whatever. The delivery guys did AMAZING. They got everything in and together for us.

At her doctor’s recommendation, I went in mid-January to buy a lift chair for my elderly mother who was recovering from COVID, and was too weak to get up by herself. The salesman told me the chair would arrive the “first week of February.” I expressed my disappointment that there was no way to get it for her faster, but decided to go ahead. Only after I paid, the salesman said someone would call “the first or second week of February.” I should’ve cancelled the sale right then.Mid-February rolls around, and no chair. So I call and I’m told there’s been a delay and it will be the first week of March.Mid-March rolls around, and I’m told there’s still a delay, and it will be mid-April. I asked to speak to the store manager at the point, who was not available. I was promised he’d call me back the next week.I never got a call from the manager, but did get a call from someone at the store a few days later saying the chair was ready. So my “first week of February” chair finally got delivered on March 31st. And I’m still waiting on that call from the store manager. I’ll never shop here again, nor simply because of the delay, but because management obviously doesn’t care about their customers enough to give me the courtesy of a call back.

Worst customer service ever received. Never got the table that had been in the warehouse for weeks. Most disturbing was the Associate (Terry) who promised to look into this and call back ( no call, and was even Off the day he was supposed to call), followed by the MANAGER ( Nurry) who also never followed up and was also conveniently off the following day. I canceled our order!

Bill Essen was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain, in detail, all the recliners Lazy Boy has to offer. He afforded me the opportunity to take my time in selecting the perfect recliner. My delivery experience was on time, quick and without incident. Both Alejandro and Engel were courteous and very efficient. Oh, and the recliner is absolutely incredible! Bought a $899 jasper recliner. Got 30% off during presidents day sale. It has a indentation on right arm rest and makes a creaking sound when you sit down on it or rock on it. Instead of then saying bring it back in and well take care of it (literally week old) I had to set up a service appointment. Chair is very comfy darn. The whole reason I bought new and not used (cheap) was because of my experience of rocker recliners either squeaking or creaking during any movement. Should have asked me to bring back in. I understand it was on clearance but almost $700 after 30% off Id expect to have it replaced with same model same price, especially since I made it known I was coming back to buy more things (area rug, that $99 picture, end tables and lamps. I see nothing but issues down the road with this chair regardless of service techs. I can see then right now coming out and just spraying lubricant on it. What about the indentation on right arm?Will change review if they read this and decide to just replace it. Theyll earn my business back and gain respect plus a few grand more on home furnishings. Ps, I really do like that deer picture my sales person was trying to sell me. The ball is in there court. How much do you want my repeat business? This is no jab at my sales women. Very nice ladyEdit: 6 months later, after spending $700 on this chair the fabric is falling apart. I live by myself and have no animals. After my original review they sent out a service tech to fix the “squeaking” noise this chair was making within the first month or so of ownership. They tightened up some screws and it seemed to fix the issue but the “squeaking” is back along with the fabric fraying. I don’t sit much in this chair other than nights I’m having difficulty sleeping due to back pain. I’d expect a recliner that retailed for $999 to last much longer than the 6 months I’ve owned it. I really don’t think it would matter much at all if they came out and replaced the whole recliner with the exact same one. This is why I wanted them to let me switch it out for a different one (even if I had to pay extra for it). I’ll be lucky if this recliner last me a full year. I’m very disappointed as I thought recliners from lazy boy were the best in the business. Unless lazy boy is willing to make things right by coming and picking this thing up and replacing it with a different one i just don’t see why I would be a returning customer. I’ll edit this review if they make things right. What a disappointment as this recliner is comfortable but it surely wasn’t made with “longevity” in mind.

Because of my past 20 years with my personal La-Z-y Boy recliner and the quality of its furniture, I went to Loveland, Ohio, La-Z-y Boy for a new recliner. The store had a huge display.The Sales Associate, Janet Johnson, was exceptional. She helped my wife and me select the best recliner to meet our needs. Due to its special features, it was special ordered. Through the build process, Janet kept track of the order and informed us of the status. When it was delivered, the installation crew was efficient. Before they left, they repeatedly ask if I had questions about the chair. They answered all my questions. I was happy with the installation.My experience with the La-Z-y Boy products, the Loveland, Ohio, store, the Sales Associate, Janet Johnson, and the recliners quality, has been exceptional.

Everyone knows La-Z-Boy makes and sells great furniture. While out shopping, my wife saw a recliner she really liked at the store in Loveland. We have recliners, but this was the finest recliner she had ever used and enjoyed. It not only reclined all the way back, but it also rocked, glided, and swiveled. The problem was it was expensive, though it was a beautiful fully leather chair that matched our other furniture in our living room wonderfully. Having a 30% off sale really helped. Since the store was packed, I just sat in the chair. Within 5 minutes a young salesman came to sell me the recliner. He was kind and efficient. Making my wife happy isone of my joys. I bought the beautiful, comfortable, leather recliner. Hopefully, it will arrive before Christmas to be her Christmas present.

Actually ten stars would be appropriate. On Wednesday August 12, 2020 I and my sisters arrived at the Loveland, OH store. We had the pleasure of meeting with Katelyn Goins, Design Assistant. A truly asset to the Lazy Boy origination. Great personality, very knowable, explained in detail the several features the Finley power recliner has to offer. Katelyn, was helpful in selection the upholstery for the recliner. Katelyn explained the various types of upholstery regarding spills, stains and cleaning. My sister is recovering from a serious illness and appreciated the detail information Katelyn explained including the construction of the recliner. Marshas, career was in nursing, as a BSN, RN for a major hospital in the greater Cincinnati, OH area. Which Katelyn included a discount of an appreciated amount. The designer Nare was more than fantastic in our experience to get a couch for the space we have. His demeanor was not overbearing in sales, he was more concerned about matching exactly what my husband and I wanted than selling us the pieces in the showroom. His honesty and wholesome passion about his profession made him charming and extremely easy to work with. Not just easy, but I WANTED to continue working with him. By the end of it all, I can say with pride Im confident in my purchase and I greatly appreciated his approach to showing me various differences in the exercises we went through. I am grateful for having Nare (Nar-eh) as our sales person than his fellow associates who did not appear that they wanted to be there, or disappointed. Ive had La-Z-boy furniture in my childhood home and I am pleased to walk away having such a great experience and excited for my new couch. Although on the operational side it is a 4-7 month wait period for our custom couch, the price was unbelievably affordable for the size, color, fabric, design, plushiness, and overall discussion about the space the piece will fit in. Cannot imagine trying to get this price for my confidence ordering something online. 10/10 will go back to Nare for his advice again and whatever next piece I need.

Bought a recliner for my husbands birthday was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. No call after 2 weeks- called store and they couldn’t help had to have customer service call me back. A day later get a call from customer service saying could be in a just a few days but not sure? Then get a email stating would not be shipped to the store until March 24th. I purchased the chair on Feb. 3rd. I feel like the salesmen told me two weeks just to get the sale knowing it wouldn’t be in until March 24th. Feeling very frustrated an feel like I got taken advantage of.

Our La-z-boy experience was great. My husband and I were looking for a pair of recliners. We were approached by Nari, who offered help but allowed us to roam the merchandise at our leisure, and un-pressured.When we decided on a chair, Nari researched his supply. He suggested we order 2 chairs from the same fabric lots, he worked out a price cut and delivery details. Nari was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was able to purchase a high quality and incrediblely comfortable leather rocker recliner. Anne, Pat and Lindsey made sure the chair was exactly what I wanted, adding a needed swivel base. There was none of the high pressure sales tactics. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Since Im older I appreciate all staff were wearing masks. At 2:00 on Sunday afternoon I called the La Z Boy store on Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pat answered the phone. I asked him if he had any extra tall recliners on the floor that we could come see. He knew immediately that he had 5 different ones on the floor. My husband and I headed over to the store around 4pm, met with Pat, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very nice professional sales rep. Took a nice percentage off. Did not tell us how much the extended warranty was or that the delivery fee was 99 dollars or that there was a $40 fee for taking a chair off the floor. I thought the delivery fee was high and the 40 dollar fee for taking a floor model was slightly ridiculous. Especially since the chair was originally marked at $3600 . Otherwise nice staff and I have heard the extended warranty is worth the $215 fee

We just purchased a sofa, two chairs, and an ottoman. Our sales person, Pat Ryan, rang up our order with the fabric and had given us our price quote but then we reminded him we were planning to purchase in the renewed leather which was an upgrade from the fabric. It was a small oversight and Pat automatically adjusted our price to what he originally quoted. It was unnecessary but very much appreciated and a great positive customer service experience.

We had gone to Ashley Home Furnishings and looked there and found a few nice pieces. However, when we arrived at La-Z-Boy, we were met by Nare the manager. He not only took the time to show us what they had, but he listen to our specific needs and offered suggestions to improve our purchase. The comparison in his knowledge to that of the Ashley sales person was a night and day differene. We are certain that we purchased exactly what we wanted and needed without any pressure sales tactics. Katelyn was the associate who helped us on two occasions. We came in looking for a loveseat and possibly a matching chair but were unsure if we wanted recliners or not. She had great suggestions, knew the products well and helped us zero in on styles and options we liked. She has a great eye for fabrics too and was very patient with our dozens of questions. Once we were ready to purchase, the manager asked us about our experience and we had only good tings to say. He was also great to talk to, worked with us on financing options and had good things to say about Katelyn. The store has a wide variety of selections without being overwhelming like some of the huge stores can be. Highly recommend this store!

Unfortunately, the Luke duo model was unavailable at this location, but, with Bills guidance, we found the Bennett model and decided that it would fit in nicely with pieces we already have in the space. I bought a beautiful wall hugger recliner in July for my disabled brother. He has had La Z Boy recliners for at least 15 years plus. He cannot lay in a bed due to his back. When I went into the Loveland Store to purchase the chair, I had no idea what to get. I told Ann, my salesperson, my circumstances that I needed it that day and the financial limitations. She recommended this amazing recliner that was on sale. She made arrangements and had it approved by Pat, the General Manager, so that I could put it in my car to take to my brother. There were chairs in their warehouse just like the one I bought. Their policy is to have the chair delivered but they understood my urgent need. I will never forget that! The professionalism and concern went above and beyond! I would highly recommend that store and thank you, Ann and Pat, for helping me. My brother loves the chair.

My experience was wonderful. Katelyn my sales person was patient and knowledgeable and walked me through every step over 3 visits to the store. The design appointment was really helpful and made all my decisions easier. I’m excited to get all my furnishings.

I went in on Thursday and was told that the product I wanted there were 10 in stock at the store and was excited to have an early Fathers Day gift for my husband when I called in on Saturday to order it. When I called in on Saturday, I was told there were 0 in stock and that it would have to come from the warehouse and would not be able to be delivered until June 19th. Surely they did not sell out of the chair in 2 days... Fathers day is June 21st so I am hoping there is not a setback and that we have it by Fathers Day!

Anne Laun was incredible. She helped us pick out the perfect furniture and fabric/colors for our new home. Her eye is so good it’s really set the stage for all other decor in our home. Not only that, she was so kind, answered all of our questions and we never felt like she was trying to talk us into anything. Just a genuinely great experience at La-Z-Boy. Ask for Anne when you stop by-she’s wonderful!

Pat Ryan was very helpful to us when selecting our new sofa and chair-and-a-half. He was also very patient to wait while making the fabric selection. That task takes a bit of time - and patience! Great experience in shopping at the Loveland, Ohio store! Was able to browse without being pounced on by a salesperson. While looking I overheard a sales lady (Anne) talking to another customer. She was so good with them that I decided to wait for her before making my decision. I chose the Pinnacke group plus two accent chairs. All were ordered for delivery in 6-8 weeks.Also met the very nice store manager and the in store designer was great in helping to coordinate everything. Good job, La Z Boy!!

This is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced!! My primary salesperson and his sidekick ( like working with Batman and Robin 😂) were simply outstanding. They LISTENED to my needs and showed me several options. Once a decision was made they continued to go out of their way to insure the sale went smoothly. I will return for future furniture needs!!

We needed to buy new furniture for our great room. From start to finish we found an entire ensemble of furnishings through the guidance of the sales associate, the designer, and store manager. All were very accommodating in assisting us to find exactly what we wanted without any undo pressure. The designer’s assistance by coming to our home was a definite plus in helping us choose the correct furniture pieces and the appropriate colors to enhance our living space. The entire shopping experience at the Loveland LazBoy store was truly a pleasant one with a professional staff who took the time to make sure we found all the items we needed to make our home’s Great Room comfortable and inviting.
