I would give this place a five star as they have just about everything youre looking for and more however am selecting a 3 star due to lack of good customer service by the csr on hand whom appeared more interested in her phone vs helping a customer unless you were there for vape juice then she was on that for the 2 people whom came in during my visit but couldnt bother to ask if I wanted to see something in the case instead I had to ask for her attention and service. Would have purchased more had the service been well. I will give this place 2 more chances to give me a great experience before I shop elsewhere. To the owners great setup truly awesome selections etc and I will be back,, just sad for the last of service tonight.

I went into this place and immediately loved it. The selection was huge and they had amazing prices. After doing some research on what water bong has the best type of perculator and the help of their employee, I decided to get a 250 dollar set up. After 4 weeks of moderate use, the bong can no longer be hit out off even after cleaning with alcohol and salt (no I didnt break it). It takes too much suction to get any type of a hit. I called and asked if I could get a partial refund, knowing their return policy was strict. I didnt expect to get a full 250 back in store credit. All I wanted was a new set up because I just spent 250. They didnt allow it and wouldnt help me in any fashion. Definitely not going back.

Havent always been impressed with this store. Prices are always good. Buut. The knowledge of the staff could be better. I have been lied to multiple times about which straws are quartz when in reality its cheap Chinese glass that closes.. had that scam pulled on me a few times. No big deal.I guess.Also I bought a silicone dab straw that was silicone for $15 and that darn thing burns my lips something fierce because its not a fan straw, it was a part of a dab rig that was parted and sold....

These guys always have what we need and if they dont they ordered it for us!!

Upon first step, we were promptly & warmly welcomed by Kelly. She was effortlessly kind not only to us, but to everyone else that walked in the door. The shop itself is a gallery of pieces. One could find just about youre looking for - in a rainbow of colors. As a visitor, I felt even more comfortable when regulars came through.Overall, I could not recommend One Love enough!

This us my favorite glass and head shop in all of Colorado. Theyve been doing it for years, even before things went legal. They have an amazing selection, super great prices, a knowledgeable & friendly staff who make you feel welcome, and are a much better place to shop for accessories than the dispensaries. Their clothing, tapestries, and other sundry items are very cool, and their mystery grab bags are always fun and a great deal. Oh...and definitely check out their exterior wall art...some of the best in Loveland, a place known for its murals.

If you buy a pipe from here, make sure u inspect it really well and have them fill it with water b4 you walk out of the store. We shelled out 100 bucks for a pipe that had a crack in it and didnt notice it till we got it home, of course no refunds or exchanges. In the trash it went.

Zander was incredibly knowledgeable on all the products I was interested in. The other staff member, whos name I forgot, was also very pleasant and helpful. I dont live in the direct area, but its definitely worth the drive.Overall, large array of items, lots of choices, friendly staff and reasonably priced. I look forward to going back again.

Great head shop

Nice people but any glass that wasnt a pipe has broken. Did get an email in response from them just a brush off. Not much but a remark on keeping their piece in padded containers. Which wouldnt help when glass broke while sitting there. Was hoping for some customer service or empathy guess thats dead even in small mom and pop shops.. Great for non glass stuff but think their stuff is cheap foreign junk they buy in bulk.

Ive only been a few times, but I love this shop! Im all about checking out new places and I absolutely love hippy/head shops! Staff here is always friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They have a huge selection of everything from clothes to hand dipped incense! If you are new to the area or looking to check out someplace new, Id encourage you to stop in and take a look around!

Aside from the horrible lack of parking and the difficulty trying to find a place near by to park, this location is alright. I would personally go to it more if it were in a better location. The outside of the building is very cool. The mural of Aliens and other weird stuff is worth stopping to check out even if you dont go inside.

I love One Love! Their staff is super friendly and very helpful. I go there regularly and have never had a bad experience. If they dont have what you need, they can tell you where to find it. The selection on glass, hookahs, kratom, and fashion is outstanding. And everything Ive purchased has been quality products. Ive had only one problem with a product, and they fixed it without a problem. I was feeling ill once in their store and they dropped everything and took compete care of me. Including bringing me a bottle of water. Ive been going here for years and I dont plan on stopping any time soon! One Love, you rock!

Y u no have website? I would like to browse and see what yall possibly have in stock, as in trying to collect as many similar pieces as possible; the ones that look like the hand, or any other body part, from the alien from AVP. If I could show a picture of the piece I have, it would simplify, more or less, as to what type of pieces Im talking about. Ive seen a couple from several different shops, but One Love and Good Vibes are the two places I like to visit first when it comes to pieces and rigs.

Wasnt what I expected at all, it seemed way too much like a pot smoking hookah place, not very professional. Better places in FoCo, Greeley or Boulder where they dont come out smoking on your hookah, blow the smoke in your face THEN put a tip on the hookah for you. Pretty small so if you want a place that isnt in your face go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Possibly the best store to purchase items for smoking apparel in all of northern Colorado. Beautifully laid out and colorful!

Terrible shop. Sales girl steered me to a product that wasnt right for me. When I asked to return it for store credit (not a refund, I just wanted to exchange it) on the same day they refused. Said it was against their policy, and they were kinda snide about it. The girl who was so friendly before they got my cash now gave me an eye roll and a sneer. There are lots of shops around here. I recommend you try one of those.

Everything about this store is great. Theyve been my number 1 since I moved to Loveland, and even living in a different city I still come back to One Love to get my pieces.
