So I made an in store purchase on June 9th 2021. They charged my debit card the same day. Then they put a hold on my card a week later for no reason in which it temporarily got released back to my account. Then a few days after that. They recharged my card resulting in a negative balance. Ive called customer relations numerous times. Just for a continued waiting game. I keep getting told oh wait another 48 hours..its been 2 weeks with no resolution.

I come into this location quite a bit. The employees are great! Always welcoming, friendly and happy to help. The store itself is always clean and as well stocked as they can be.

Staff is always friendly, prices are fair. Store has been open for 2 years, seems to be improving and growing.

They dont answer the phone either ive called 3 stores for 45 mins not one answer

Opened as I got there, he answered all my questions. Could tell me just where to find what I was searching for. Store was very clean and. Easy to get around in. Even the parking lot was clean. We had to exchange my sons carhart and even that was super easy!!

Clean and well stocked Chelsea was friendly and quick with helping me pick up my online order.

I like this place great places and usually great staff however I was not impressed by the kid tonight on my pick up order no acknowledgement at all I work in Customer service and I get it but Id be fired if I acted like that.

Dont bother ordering curbside. If you show up and they are busy they will not bring your order out or even give you a time when you can pick it up, I was sent a text saying the order was ready for pick up. The representative who I spoke with on the phone had no desire to sell me the fencing products I had ordered. She basically told me to go elsewhere.

My wife & I stopped to get a few items to help hang some outdoor lights. We could not help but enjoy seeing the variety of baby chicks on display - so cute! Fortunately, Tractor Supply is close to our home --because I had picked the wrong size of zip ties that I needed. The cashier was very accommodating. My returning an already open package was readily accepted, and I got the correct size in a jiffy. Great service!

Their prices on pet food is great. I shop there for my rabbit kibble and hay. Also get stuff for my garden too. I just wish tractor supply as a whole would stop supporting the large scale chicken operation by selling all those chicks every spring. It breaks my heart to see them.

I stop by here for the pet washing station. Its a good deal for $10 if you dont want to wash your doggo in your tub at home. I bring my own shampoo and brushes but they have a nice selection of shampoos available to use as well as a grooming table and a high velocity dryer. Not sure if its because of covid but they only allow one customer in the washing area at a time so its nice to not have other dogs around as a distraction.

Tried to get my propane tank filled. Went in an asked a nice Gal. She paged someone to help me. I waited exactly 15 min no one came out to fill my propane. I went back I. And asked again. She paged again. I pro ceded to wait 10 more min. Still no one. Your place lost my business. For good

This place is a joke . I showed up for propane waited 30 min after which I was told the manager was selling a trailer and the only other person that could help was installing a battery in a mower . This place is quite a joke

I appreciate that there is a couple rewards program available, as it encourages me and hopefully others to shop local. I get my dog food here, but they definitely offer so much more!!!

We dont really have these places back in the Midwest and I was pleasantly surprised with the low prices and you can pretty much find anything youre looking for from home, to garden, to auto, pet food and more.

My friend took me in, otherwise I never wouldve never known about this little gem! Theyre really adorable fashion for both the true farmer and us green thumbers. The baby clothes are so so cute! Unbelievably wide number of great products ranging from tractors, pet supplies and fashion.

Great store and some awesome customer service as well. We always come in here for our dog food and end up browsing around picking up a knick knack or two. The customer service is amazing and friendly. Theyre always on top of it and want to help you out as much as possible. The only reason Im not getting it 5 stars is because it seems EVERY time that I come in, the shelves are empty of their 4Health dog food. If they could keep the dog food shelves stocked, I would happily bump it up to five stars. But it seems they dont order enough stock to keep it on the shelves.

Would not fill my propane tank. Was from blue rino. Was told the tank was to old. Asked at the Shell station that filled it and they said it was fine. Was worth the trip, the cost WAS MUCH less

Took my dogs into the bathing area and gave them very deep cleanings and blow dried them! Much better than doing it at my house and covering everything in dog hair and way cheaper than taking them to a groomer.

I was looking for a herbicide for those tenacious weeks in the rock garden. Tractor Supply had in stock the recommended broad spectrum product which states that is active for 1 year.

Great products and decent prices, but store seems to be severely understaffed. Ive had a terrible trying to find help the last 3 times Ive been in there over the space of the last 2 weeks. I was told last time that there were only 2 people in the entire store. Today, I just ended up going somewhere else because the only person I find for questions was the checkout clerk who Im guessing couldnt leave the front.

Waste of my time and rude employees on the phone send me elsewhere! I stopped in last week to see if they had any milk house heater‘s and they were out. I called this morning to see if they have received any and the rude person said they were out! She seemed aggravated that she was getting asked that question. I asked if they had any coming in she said “no and they wouldn’t” I was needing a milk house heater for my henhouse I guess I will not bother with tractor supply again. Come on tractor supply. Get your act together and hire and manage better your employees.

Love this place for all the project parts you cant find anywhere.

Grate local store for all sorts of DIY supplys. I always end up needing some bolts or hardware and come here first for the good selection and prices. Only issue I have is there, is the deal bins right as you walk in, and they are too hard to resist. I usually end up buying some tools on clearance or on special for the rainy days.

I use these guys to get propane and they are about 1$ cheaper than anyone else in town I love the store as well they have a self service dog wash that is amazing
