I have to say a very big Thank you to Brett, Scott and Orlando. These guys are top notch!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. If you want to buy a bike go here! You will be treated great. Thanks again guys!
This place is amazing for customer service and friendliness. We enjoyed stopping in and getting our Indian taken care of by professionals that know what they are doing. Up most respect for the ladies that were so helpful to us after a long day of riding. Got our bike fixed even at closing time and did not feel rushed out. Thank you Loveland dealership!customers from Oregon, now customers of Loveland
Man, this place has a great selection of bikes in stock. I didnt expect to see so many Victories and Indians. Christina and Tyler were great to work with on the purchase of my Victory. They even threw in a helmet of my choice! Before I headed home to Lexington, Christina wanted to make sure I was acquainted with my new motorcycle, so we took a ride through town. By the time I left, I felt like family. Thanks guys.
Been in this dealer many times. People are awesome. Bought several things there over the past year. Love going here, they know me by name and that makes me feel good.
Went out of the house early this morning intending to shop at several places. Started my 2014 Indian Chieftain and noticed the check engine light was on. I restarted the bike twice more and the engine light wouldnt go away. So, scrap shopping, I drove to this Indian shop to see what was going on with my bike. Ive been here many times before. When I arrived I didnt notice the time was about 9am (about an hour before they open). Adam, the chief mechanic, was parking a new Indian out front. As I drove up, I said, Man am I glad to see you. I showed him the check engine light, and, right away, he took me in the garage, hooked up his computer to my bike, and found the bike needed some software updates. He did it right then and there!! Took about an hour. Then he washed my bike and sent me away - NO CHARGE! Can you believe that?!??This is a new Indian dealership and theyre working hard to please their customers... it shows!! Thanks Guys!!
Great Indian and Victory motorcycles. Plenty of room to see the motocycles. Friendly sales people with no pressure. Brett will take good care of you.Sad to say they are no longer in business
I recently bought a 2015 Indian Scout from AHM. The new showroom (as opposed to the old VW dealer that was at the location) is very nicely done. Has a warm feeling to it and lots of nice, new (Indian, Polaris Slingshot, and Victory) bikes and some decent used bikes. My salesperson was Christina Young. She was absolutely great to work with and went well beyond what could be expected. She was very patient, enthusiastic, and had excellent follow up. If you are in the market for a motorcycle, I recommend you check out this dealer. It is one of the nicer places you will visit.
My wife and I stopped by AHM on what we suspected would be one of the last nice days before Winter sets in, just to test ride a Classic or Vintage and let the experience dance in our heads like sugarplums until we felt we were ready to make a decision in Spring. It never got there. We were treated to a 2014 Vintage that was on sale, and we rolled back into the dealership with Santa making an early arrival down the chimney. Our sales person Orlando was engaging, knowledgable, patient and just seemed to have a quiet charm and confidence about him that made our whole experience a great one. Even though he was our sales rep, we met several other people who were equally friendly and helpful as we wandered around waiting for insurance and financing to get done. I rode away on the Vintage, but also feeling like the dealership was my riding partner if I ever had questions or when I return for service. They clearly have made an intentional effort to be different and classy, creating a great customer experience.
Well first off let me tell you I have been after a victory for a long time! Do to the old dealers and how they treated people I moved on, now I have just purchased a 2016 cross country tour. I traded in not just my 15 Harley road glide but also my yamaha fz-09. The whole staff here is top notch, awsome and professional. I could not say enough about these guys thank you Jed, Big Papa, and Bret you have a customer for life and advocate of your dealership. What the ad says is true ride one and you will own one!!!
I have already purchased two new motorcycles from AHM Cincinnati. This is a first class Victory, Indian, and Polaris Slingshot dealership. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the customers needs. I previously owned a Victory Cross Country that was purchased from a different dealer. I also had purchased several motorcycles from a dealership in Wilmington where I had a great relationship. I decided to try AHM Cincinnati because they are very close to my residence and I have no regrets for my decision. I feel like a part of the AHM family and not just another customer. I wish them all the success in the world and will be a customer of theirs for many years to come.
All I can say is, Too bad this place is closing! What a beautiful showroom for Victory and Indian motorcycles, with a friendly and helpful staff, and a great selection of gear.
Overtly expensive, 250$ for an oil change, never again. Good service if you have deep pockets
Great dealer with great service... Victory!
I had gotten a postcard in the mail where I could get a Tshirt and gift certificate for doing a test ride on one of their bikes or Slingshot trike. I found the staff as well as other customers to be amazingly nice and helpful. After my test ride I received my Tshirt and spent the gift certificate plus a little extra on a NICE set of Indian brand gloves (which I really needed),The place was clean and the bikes beautiful. And when you see one of the sales/staff taking the moment to wipe up a small spill on the floor (unasked)- you know they care about looking good. the person who helped me (Im sorry I dont remember your name) was knowledgable not just about the bikes there, but about bikes in general.I test rode the Indian Scout, and I have to say that it is a bike that I think will really surprise you. I am a new rider and can only compare it to the one bike I have experience with, but youll find that the Scout is a bike thats bigger on the inside than the outside. (they dont come in Tardis blue, though) Its lower and shorter than my bike, and actually weighs about the same, but it doesnt FEEL as heavy, and it packs a lot of horsepower in that small frame. The throttle response is immediate without being abrupt. and it never seemed to hesitate no matter the gear or speed. Even at highway speeds it will punch to pass without even fully opening up.. I did notice that it seemed to move a little more in response to wind/buffeting, but that might be my imagination.I found the shifter to be very --smooth? and quiet both in sound and feel. I am used to a louder shifter that I can feel under my boot. So shifting for me was do the motion and see if it worked and it did- flawlessly. The motor never seemed to lug at lower RPMs, In fact Im not sure the motor cares much which gear you are in as long as you are close to the right one. Oh and there are plenty of gears to play with.I did find the motor to have a little more vibration than mine (but mine is a V4 ) but it is still surprisingly smooth, and the suspension is great. I would love to see someone really take this out on a hard test on twisties - I dont think I have the experience to say if this is a corner carver, but it felt REALLY good to me and I think Id have NO trouble keeping up with my riding buddy (who loves twisties) on his fun routes. For me it handled without handling the bike just went where I wanted it to and was very responsive to my cues.On the con side, I did notice that the seat is rather hard on parts of the anatomy that dont have much padding but this may be because I had to sit further forward on the seat (being short). I am also used to having a little more bike in front of me where everything on this bike sits a lot lower in front, I had to tilt my head down more to see the speedo and tach (the speedo is a traditional dial and needle, and the tach is a digital readout in the bottom) but then again how many people use those? (wink)If I were to win my choice of bikes in an AHM giveaway - I would not hesitate to grab the Scout, But I have to say that I MIGHT just have to test ride a few more, just to be sure, you know (wink).
