I have an 06 Heritage and it started cutting out. I took it to CJM and they began the tedious chore of replacing parts. The hours they spent on that bike was unreal and I began to think it might be a lost cause. Fortunately, I was the only one to think that. It was finally determined the manual identifying parts had a typo and the wrong parts were put in the bike even though they were verified in the manual. For the first time in weeks, that bike started and now runs great. That alone is a huge deal but in addition to that, they felt so bad on the time the bike was in the shop they waived A LOT of the hourly rate which I still cant believe. This shop isnt just fair, its phenomenal. I will gladly provide a positive reference to anyone looking for an honest hard working shop.

Tried to call CJM pre owned Harley using different phone numbers that I pulled on the internet. I appear to land on their home page. I then dial the number listed, to only either get a busy buzz tone or a car dealership not even related to a Harley support shop. Did they go out of business? I am trying to give a local business support, but thrilled that they dont have a good phone number to call.

I have wanted a Harley for as long as I can remember. I never really thought I could make that dream come true until I walked into CJM a couple weeks ago. I spent about a week stopping in every couple of days to look around and ask questions. Cory, Brian, and Roy were very patient and answered every question I had. They were happy to educate me and never made me feel any pressure to buy. I looked around at some other dealerships and ended up right back at CJM. I wanted to purchase from someone with integrity, great prices, and my best interest at heart. They went far above and beyond to help me out in every way possible and I ended up riding out of there with the bike of my dreams. And I literally mean that! The group of guys is so good, trustworthy, and friendly, that I go hang out there at least once a week! Even if youre not looking to buy a bike I recommend them. Brian is full of knowledge and skill and is a great mechanic! He answered all the technical mechanical questions that I had, no matter how stupid they were, and I will trust him to work on every aspect of my bike. Oil changes, new tires, whatever my needs may be they are there for me and they will be there for you! I have been telling everybody and will continue to tell everybody to check them out. At least stop by and talk to them, you will be impressed!

“Above and Beyond” is no where near adequate to describe the level of service and commitment that CJM Enterprises provides to their customers.I live in Salt Lake City and purchased a Heritage Classic from Cory. This was a big upgrade for me and I had a lot of questions about the bike and how it compared to what I was already riding. He was very helpful and didn’t mind answering my 101 questions. I was also in the process of refinancing and he worked with me, holding the bike, until that was complete.I decided to fly out to Denver to pick it up instead of having it shipped (which he was also ready to arrange for me if I wanted). Cory drove to DIA from Loveland to pick me up! I was very impressed with his level of commitment. When we arrived to his shop, I eagerly looked over the bike that I had been anticipating for weeks. The photos that I had did not do it justice. The bike was just as he had described…maybe even better. It was absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition.Then, as luck would have it, it started to rain before I was ready to leave to head to SLC. I did not have rain gear with me, so he drove me to Sheels to go shopping! He wanted to make sure that I was going to be prepared for my 500 mile journey home.Finally, in order to avoid traffic, he even hopped in his truck and led me out of town on some side roads that I would have never known to take.Cory and his staff are absolutely amazing! I can honestly say that I have never in my life had ANYONE go so far out of their way to ensure that I was so well taken care of. This was the most enjoyable experience that I have ever had and I probably won’t experience anything else like it…until I buy another bike from Cory!

Took my bike to CJM today to have my new tires mounted and balanced. They did a great job! I had a couple extra things I wanted to get installed, they took care of that as well. Ive never written a review for anything online but Ill write about this place.I sauntered in casually looking around at bikes and came across a newer Triumph. I talked to Cory (owner) who was low pressure and let the bike do the talking (pretty much brand new). He let me take it for a good test ride to get a feel for the bike. When we came to a deal I put a deposit down and he worked with me to secure financing (I ended up securing my own, even though he had great options on site). Overall a great place to buy a bike and a good dude.P.S. Ask about Corys Arts and Crafts class.

We just purchased a soft tail deuce from here. Rob had excellent customer service. He answered every question we had. He gave us a great price on the bike and a much higher amount for our trade in than we were offered earlier today at another business. We also asked about his shop rate for routine repairs and were quoted much lower rates then at other shops we have previously used. We will definitely be doing more business here!

Great personalized service with fantastic staff. Many times as a woman rider I have men treat me like they arent sure I could ride or even know what I was looking for in a bike - this was not the case here! It was a million times better than buying from a large Harley dealership. I had a flat tire on a bike and no tools to deal with it at home. I took it to CJM and, when some bike shops would just replace the tire and charge me for the full labor, they had the bike back to the the same day. The tire was fine, they said, and they just needed to reseat the bead. It ended up saving me time and money relative to other shops in the area, and they made sure I went home happy.
