I needed a couple signs for a conference and Adam and the rest of the team at FedEx went above and beyond to help me out in a bind. My signs were delayed and Adam helped me choose signs that were comparable and had them made quickly in house. The communication and customer service was great and I really appreciate all their help through the whole process.

I went to Loveland for a funeral and that was the only one open at the hour. Wanted to make copies of a drawing I did for my cousin that had passed.Adam, the FedEx worker, was very helpful. He wore his mask and was able to handle several customers at once while keeping social distancing. Adam did a great job. Thanks Adam.

Did an online print order and received both an email and phone message that the job was completed.However I had to wait in a long line just to pick it up. It isn’t even clear where to pick up printing jobs…no signage. Maybe a pick-up area? The whole point is to save the customer time, right!?The print job was great— no complaints about the work.Will not use FedEx again at this location.

Easy to send my fax. Staff is always friendly. Faxing is PRICEY. Took over $42 to send an 18 page fax. It was long distance, but the local price wasnt much cheaper

Is this a pedicure service??A dating service?? Or a mail service? I work for a NYT Best Sellers author and come in multiple times to ship book orders for my boss, amongst other business items, as well as a personal orders. I was offered for my nails to be done, then other unprofessional propositions by a Jordan H. (the man with long, tied up dreds), going so far as to give his PERSONAL number on a FEDEX card, only to ultimately ask for inappropriate relations!!!Yes, shipments were on time, but there seems to be an ongoing issue with this “service man” being inappropriate and unprofessional by giving out his number trying to get women to….do inappropriate, unprofessional and whatever else he can get from them. If you’re willing, you’ll get the “ultimate service” but personally, I have business to conduct. Multiple other coworkers have complained of the same. Big can of worms with an office full of women. Any positive review with his name attached is guaranteed to be an unsuspecting woman, feeling flattered from his flirtatious behavior. Very disappointing and equally unprofessional.All and all I will be forwarding my business to UPS.

Came to this location to purchase a box for shipping. Completely scammed by the agent. Purchased item 790363461739. This was to be a two piece telescopic box. He offered half of the purchased item, and said I could cut my own flaps. I go to a shipping store to get better than. I received worse.

The employees at this location are so unbelievably rude! I ship things constantly through my business and have never had any issues until the last 3 or 4 months here. It is completely not okay to be rude to your customers!! If you dont wanna work here anymore then leave! Stop taking your frustrations out on us! I have seen it with SOOOO many of the employees with multiple customers in here.Im about done using FedEx all together if the behavior doesnt change. Id rather pay more and have nicer service than to deal with this poor customer service anymore

This place has saved me multiple times. My printer at home has not been in service and Ive needed documents for work printed and delivered to numerous times in the last several months. Their communication is solid and service is impeccable. Ive never gotten the chance to thank them or to let them know how their services have kept me going professionally without hiccups. Be careful when getting a shipping quote from them because they quoted me about $42 over the phone but when you arrive in person at the store, it turned into about $320 by the time they get done adding in all their little fees and surcharges! They need to let people know these things ahead of time! Btw, the item they quoted me $320 to ship, I just sent with UPS for $62! I know who I will use from now on!

Nope nope nope! Every time I come here there is little to no help. Today I waited twenty minutes for two people in front of me to get serviced. When it’s my turn the person not helping me comes over to the person who is helping me to get help with printing. Instead of finishing with me she walks away. After several minutes the other person comes to wait on me. Then I tried to buy a candy bar while I was paying for my package shipping. Apparently that was not an option and I was going to have to go to a different register for that. Keep your candy bar and I promise I will drive the couple of extra miles to UPS where I have never had to wait.

I would give 0 stars if I could! This place is terrible!!! I have been shipping a package here monthly for 2 years and my husband or myself always pick it up, we literally know everyone in the store by name and now after 2 years they are refusing to allow my husband to pick up the package. They keep referring to some policy that they have not ever mentioned in the past 2 years! They state they need a tracking number, but have never asked for one over the past 2 years, my pharmacy does not provide me with a tracking number so it is impossible to provide one to them. I will never do business with them again!

1/10/19 The guy who helped me (I’m bad with names, but I think it was Adam??) was super nice and definitely tried to make sure that I got the least expensive option. He helped me package my stuff and send it and it was really very nice of him to let me know about the discount that was going on. I was so thrilled to use the order ahead printing service and, even after a disappointing first experience, I was still excited to use it again. But when I came to pick it up, the same thing happened again. What is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait for my documents to be laminated once I get there? Why do I pay more for options online that they argue with me about in store? Ill be taking my business elsewhere and, if youre looking for printing services, Id suggest you do the same.

Ive been here twice this week to ship expensive and delicate photo equipment ahead of me for an upcoming trip. Dont know what these other reviews are about, but my experiences so far have been top notch. Daniel did an excellent job of packing my equipment and it arrived in perfect condition. Went back today and was helped by Adam who also provided great service. Everybody was super helpful and friendly on the Pack n Ship side of the store.

I fully understand that times are tough for all businesses, but my experience was extremely poor. The lady was rude from the moment I walked in, then she didn’t like how I taped my box but grabbed it and said she was going to retape it and charge me. I left and took it to UPS as it was and they took it without question. My business will be going to UPS from now on.

If you plan on dropping off any type of package for your business reconsider and find an actual FedEx drop off/pick up they will not take Li-ion packages even if it is labeled. Also they are way over priced for any kind of service or supply they have been since they took over Kinkos. Had CD inserts/Show Flyers/ Poster sized (prints are rediculous) here. It was nothing but issues. Consider going local.

This store is absolutely terrible. Today I brought in a package to drop off with a pre-printed label and the guy at the counter (short reddish brown hair) took it upon himself to test the durability of our packing materials by trying to poke his fingers through the packing tape. I asked him to please stop doing that and he got very defensive saying that it was his responsibility to make sure it was adequately packed and he was sure that it was going to be crushed in the huge pile of boxes behind him. It was in a brand new shipping box with a 32lb/sq inch crush rating, reinforced corners and enough heavy-duty packing tape that even he couldnt dislodge it. I didnt wait around for the standard up-sell for a box that costs more than the item Im shipping itself - we ship thousands of the same identical box and identical contents through the USPS every year, and we havent had a single damage claim. Weve shipped a few with FedEx too, without problems. He was so rude that I ended up leaving with the package and re-shipping USPS. The lady at Valentine was more than happy to accept it, thanks, Maam, would you like a receipt?If you run a small business that ships a lot of items like I do, I wouldnt bother with this store. Either pay FedEx to pick up, or USPS will pick up daily free of charge. Even when you get an employee at this store that will just accept your package, there is always a long line with people standing around behind the counter.I spoke with the same guy over the summer about bulk discounts for shipping as we get with the USPS and he told me that FedEx doesnt offer bulk discounts for ground shipments, and that he couldnt get me in touch with an account manager except for with a high-volume of express shipments. That too was incorrect - we finally did get set up with bulk discounts online but of course if this is the drop-off experience, I dont think well be using FedEx often. This store is always pushing the unrelated up-sell, and canvas wrapped prints! when all I want is a place I can drop a FedEx package with a pre-paid label without someone hassling me.

Rude. Rude. And more rude. I dont need an attitude because Ive never used a laminating machine. Isnt that why you work there, is to show people what they dont know? Previous people there, have enlarged photographs for me on quality photo paper, I was told to use the copy machine and good luck. Guess I have to drive to Ft Collins for decent service for a place that is supposed to be....serviceable. WOW. Thank you and have a rotten day should be the motto since this place changed into whatever it is now. I work with the public on a daily and this is not how you carry yourself as a helping place

I went to FedEx to tile print a 24x36 image that I wasnt able to do at home. Shay was extremely helpful even though she had not done this process before. After a bit of trial and error we finally got a print that I was able to work with. Cost to me was minor and I was able to get tons of use out of their large rotary trimmer and scotch tape (free for customers). Great customer service and solutions that fit my needs! Ill be back.

I stopped in today to pick up invitations for my baby shower... omg worst experience ever not all were completed and so I waited for the rest and they werent done correctly and instead of using the test papers before printing on the invitations they didnt. They did only charge me for 32 not all 60 but other than the 32 that werent done correctly the rest I had to toss. So now Im going out and buying new invitations and writing everything in! Also feel like some individuals there should work on their customers service skills and handle situations like this way better!

Every time Ive gone in this store to drop off a shipment with a pre labled return they try and sell me a new box. They will tell you they wont take the box the product was initially mailed in and you have to buy a new one. Ill be honest, these guys have really grown on me. I had my reservations at first, but they really earned my business and theyve never gotten a delivery wrong. Ive been shipping through this location for just over two years (I lived in another city before this). Theyve gotten to where they know me by name and I make it in maybe twice a month. Solid and small town feeling customer service. Cant ask for much more from a nationwide chain. Thanks for all the hard work you do to help me get my stuff where it needs to go.

Went in to drop off a fedex shipment. My box was recycled but taped adequately and the guy who took my package inspected it and than stuck his finger THROUGH the taped dent and says “you are going to have to repack this as there is a hole in it”. I’m like no kidding you just opened the taped indent when u jammed your finger into it, it was just fine! He was “kind” enough to offer to repack it on the house ... this time. FedEx Office and Print has many great services. Most are self service, but assistance is provided if needed. There is free WiFi and restrooms available. Photo printing, laminating, paper printing and copying and office supplies are all available. Plenty of parking as well.

One star is generous. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I just left this terrible establishment after having one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I kindly approached a staff member for help with a copy machine I was having trouble with and was immediately met with one of the worst attitudes on a person I’ve ever encountered. This girl treated me like I was a total idiot and was so rude that it actually shocked me someone was talking to me the way she was. I let her manager know about the situation but I will NEVER return to this store and will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from this place.

Was hassled for a while by Mary trying to upsell packing goods, very unpleasant, saying (even though there was plenty of packing paper) there wasn’t enough, and acted like she wouldnt ship my pckage unless I bought more. Dropped off a package in the VERY SAME BOX that it came to me delivered by FedEx. The woman clerk did not want to ship it in the box it was packaged in as she claimed it wasn’t in a shipping box. Would not budge on this. Wanted me to purchase another box from them for 25 dollars. Went round and round. She was stupid. I had another clerk look at the box and she said it was OK in the box I had it in. I wanted to talk to the manager / owner to complain about the TERRIBLE customer service but he wouldnt answer his phone and his voice mail wasnt set up. I see why this is a effed up place. Called and asked if they provided a package receiving service, which they confirmed. Package denied receiving after spending a week in shipping. Call back and asked someone else if they do package receiving services, told AGAIN they do. Oh, it was shipped with a different provider? Then we refuse. I noted that would have been great to know last week so I could have informed the shipper, to which Casey (I think his name was) told me I would have told you we only accept our own shipments except when I asked him just 20 seconds earlier he told me exactly what the girl last week did.I cant speak to their building, but their (lack of) service and careless employees will cost them my business. Which was funny since Id only used FedEx for my shipping needs for the past 10 years due to a UPS mishap. I guess Ill be going back to UPS while in Colorado.

This is the WORST Fedex Office, ....you’re better off driving to a different one or directly to a real Fedex facility. This location has all new employees and management who are extremely rude. When their scanners don’t work, they claim that you don’t have a “real” label and treat you like you somehow stole a barcode. Then, drive to a different location and they scan the label just fine with no problems. There’s a lot of people out there who try “scams” but that doesn’t mean you treat all your customers like they are complete idiots when they ship things everyday for business purposes. It’s sad that these people represent Fedex when most of them are just ex “Kinkos” employees. It’s worth the drive to Fort Collins or Greeley for better service.

Upcharge seems to be the order of the day at this place. First, they demand to know whats in the box, which is none of their business. Second, if it rattles, their policy demands opening, buying their shipping material, new boxes, and paying a premium in the process. We shipped a dress with one hanger inside. Rather than pay the upcharge, we went to USPS who happily shipped it without any questions, requiring any repackaging or additional packaging material. This has happened on multiple occasions at this store, including as others have referenced, a refusal to ship in boxes that they use to ship to us! We have used them for the past year, but as of this week, are moving our business elsewhere. Its not worth the hassle and shabby attitudes.

The gal at the running the shipping counter on 12/22/2015 is horrible! This is my second run in with her in two months. All I needed to do was drop off a package that was sealed and label printed and attached to my shipment. Both times she has tried to up charge me because she does not like the way I have completed my package. Both time saying that I need to add more packing to the box. Both times I have needed to return items to a merchant and have returned the shipment exactly the way I received it. Go somewhere else or just schedule FedEx to pick up from your house.

We visited this location to do a simple email, print, and scan. We were expecting a full service transaction, we were informed that we had to load cash on to a card insert it into the printer kiosk, and then do it ourselves while your EMPLOYEE walked us through his expected job. As we were told these things the customer service agent was a downright A$&@le WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!! HE COMPLETELY TALKED OVER MY FIANCÉ AND I SO THERE WAS NO WAY TO EVEN REQUEST THAT HE DO HIS JOB OR LET US EVEN EXPLAIN TO HIM WHAT WE WERE REQUESTING. It is pointless to have employees when it’s all self service... least of all the supposed “customer service representative” you have employed there. I would also like to add that he was popping his knuckles and huffing and puffing at us making me feel extremely threatened, as did my fiancé... we remained completely calm although I felt as though I needed to take a defensive stance in order to protect myself as he was directly behind us while we were in front of the printer as he was popping his knuckles like he was preparing to hit someone. This caused me serious anxiety almost resulting in a panic attack, had I not taken my prescription for my panic attacks when we returned to the car it would have resulted in a visit to the hospital to get immediate medical attention. After I was able to calm down we located the nearest UPS Store where we were able to actually get customer service, including all the services we needed at a fraction of the cost it would take us to do it ourselves at your staffed store. I myself am in customer service and have never treated a customer with such disrespectful, threatening “service”.

Twice I have gone into this store to do a simple return from a merchant that has sent me something that doesnt fit. I package it the same way as it is shipped to me. Both times they have tried to upcharge me because they said it isnt packed correctly. Lady argues with me about how things can bounce around in the box. Terrible customer service.
