The best startbucks in Cleveland :)

Staff at this store is fantastic. Coffee is pretty consistent too!

So two errors were made. First one came with the online app. I ordered & paid for a cold cup for my daughter only to find out when I got there, that cup was not in stock at the store. Second error, I have a boatload of stars. I decided to apply them to a new hot cup for myself while I was there. I informed the girl, Im using Stars yet somehow it was not stars but cash from my app that was taken.The shift manager then proceeded to go above & beyond trying to fix things imho. The way I see it, that kind of customer service went further with me & proceeded to overshadow any mistakes made.

Horrible 1/2 hour to get a drink that was ordered on the app. They got chocolate all over the outside of my cup. Guess what it ended up on me. SMH because they were training I have to suffer.

This Starbucks is located at a great location. There are plenty of seats where you can enjoy coffee and work on your laptop. The staffs were nice and friendly. Its all you need to enjoy a beautiful afternoon at Cleveland. I would definitely recommend this place

Probably the worst location I have ever been too. Been there, done that, wont do it again... There was another location a few minutes away and when I am in the area its where I will go next time

Typical Starbucks, neither terrible nor amazing. Loud and painful acoustics careening off of hard, square surfaces. Over roasted coffee touted as something special. Chilled hot brew sold as iced coffee. I remember years ago Caribou was cold brewing all their iced coffee, before it was cool (no pun intended). Starbucks is now the Target of coffee. Commentary aside, hows this location? Its fine.

Its Starbucks so it tastes good. But they have the guy from hot foods trying to run hot foods and Starbucks so the wait is long. They usually dont have iced coffee made and the service is slow. Giant eagle needs to hire a Starbucks only employee and improve the service here.

Rude and very unhelpful workers at the Starbucks on SOM Center Road in Mayfield Heights

I recently went into Starbucks after running the Perfect Ten Miler. After seeing the store at the 730 am starting line, I had it in my head the whole time running! The store was busy so there was a little bit of a wait until I could place my order. The folks behind the counter were not super nice, but not rude either. My drink was good, but not exceptional as it sometimes is. For that I give this location 3 stars. It is also a good place to stop if meeting friends or a date to walk around Legacy Village.

The girl did not make a white chocolate mocha, she just added milk to a regular mocha. it had no white choclate flavor at all. i got this at various other locations and it tasted just like white chocolate every where else

Its definitely a mall setting. A little slower paced but home-y with good customer service.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but when I say I recieved the most milkiest Strawberry Frappe ever!! I wound up throwing it in the trash. So disappointed.

Same Starbucks coffee, but horrible customer service. I did a mobile order and was sitting at the counter they whole time waiting for my order. They never took the order slip out of the printer, so I didnt know if my order was ready or what was going on. The baristas ignored me several times as I tried to verbally inquire about my order. Once I had someones attention, I ask if they took mobile orders, cause they didnt take the slip out of the printer. I honestly tried to be understanding, but all I got was 2 coffees and huge pile of attitude.I know its the Holidays, but there is no need to be snotty. AVOID this starbucks.I love my Starbucks near work at Chagrin and Green, MUCH busier location, and the employee are SOOO much nicer and accommodating.

Customer service is an oxymoron at this location. A bunch of lazy idiots behind counter.

Its a Starbucks...not much more to say. Small seating area but its in an outdoor mall, so mostly grab-and-go traffic and no drive-thru.

Sat at front of store drinking my tea, and noticed that the chairs needed to be wiped and the floor swept. Should be done throughout the day.
